Here you'll find tranquility, relaxation, and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with a lovely nature, which invites both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, here's plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides, so there are lovely places both morning, noon and evening. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a trip with the coffee basket or an overnight stay in the middle of the green nature.

the cottage is located just 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces is a lovely sea view. The house is from 1966 and with a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with bed of 140: 200. Outside there are terraces to the east, south and west with gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath, and a Wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: 4 kr per kWh. The money will be charged upon departure in DKK or euro in cash.

Wide doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows to play table tennis. Relax with the whole family at this amazing summerhouse in Sæby, North Jutland. The cottage is only 100 meters from the beach, newly renovated and in really nice condition. Enjoy lunch from the sea view terrace and there are terraces on all the four sides of the house - 2 covered. Sæby harbor is within walking distance - only 2 km distance. Similarly, a short distance to both the city center/shops, forest if you are into MTB or walks. There are 2 sup boards with wetsuits, life jackets and all equipment ready.

REMEMBER to bring your own sheets , bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with lovely dining area with sea view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Close to nice beach. PLEASE NOTE : it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse installations due to fire. There is no rent to youth groups.
