Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is attached to the main house and located on our 1.25 acre property. You are in the country, may hear the roosters, but 5 min. from the city. We are conveniently located 3 min. off of HWY 99. We are also 15 min. from downtown. It has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!
