Villa holiday rentals in Sacramento

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

This was our fourth stay at Brendan’s house. It is my our family’s favorite AirBnb to rent. The house, pool house, pool and fishing pond are major highlights for us. The grandkids love swimming in the pool all afternoon and go fishing early in the morning and after dinner. The house, pool house and grounds are very clean and comfortable. Staying there is both fun and relaxing. We will be back for our fifth visit next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, perfect for the long weekend with family. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even thanksgiving dinner. Nice neighborhood, great park within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, restaraunts, movie theater and other family entertainment nearby. The location felt peaceful but also near many conveniences.

If you're looking for a memorable getaway, this Airbnb is it. The setting is beautiful and unique, offering a truly special experience. And the pool? Absolutely perfect. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

We enjoyed our stay in Citrus Heights. The house was just as described, and worked great for our group.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue.
