Shara’s home was just as in the pictures. Nice open floor plan large relaxing back yard and amazing curb appeal as you drove up to the home.

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

I have deal with Jason on many occasions in different places and he is the best he is very responsive and I always make Jason my first pick when I’m in need of a place in the area. I really recommend Jason place if needed there is shopping and food area 6 minutes away freeway exit very near there’s nothing more you can ask for. Check out Jason’s place you won’t regret it. Wendy was an outstanding host. This was my first Airbnb experience. Wendy’s responsiveness and proactive reach outs, were so helpful and a definite highlight of our stay. Check-in was effortlessly. The layout of the home was perfect for our family to gather, connect, relax, and simply enjoy our peaceful surroundings. The beds are super comfortable! Everyone woke up refreshed. We loved our stay here and felt right at home the moment we walked in! The house was very spacious & had everything we needed - all the little details made it suitable to have our big family there together! We especially enjoyed the backyard area with the beautiful clean pool & patio area! We spent most of our time outside - felt like our own private cozy resort! We had an incredible week at this perfect poolside retreat! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, with a layout and vibe that made us feel like we were vacationing in style. It was spotless, free of clutter, and stocked with all the essentials — basically, a dream setup for a family trying to pack light. Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

The house is clean and beautifully remodeled, yet it still retains a cozy, inviting feel that makes you feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I highly recommend staying at Adams place if you're ever in Sacramento. Had a great stay here. Mike was responsive and confirmed a late notice change to the reservation, which was appreciated. Nice and clean on arrival. There’s lots to do just around the house. Felt private even though it’s technically attached to the main home. Would recommend to others for sure.

We stayed for few days. The photos posted does not do any justice of how great the place was. The house was clean and nice inside. The backyard had great vibe with lots of fun games, greatly furnished, amazing lights and mister for hot weather. Carla was very responsive anytime we had questions. she went above and beyond as a host. We would love to stay here again when we are in that area in future.

This country cottage is centrally located in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. With access to the wine and ale trail as well as the venue for concerts and a farmers market down the road, there was lots to do. We loved the creek and welcoming touches the hosts provided and appreciated their friendly and prompt communication as well as accommodating an earlier check in for us. This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is just what we needed for our family reunion! We had six adults sleeping there and our grandkids visiting some days. We cooked a lot of food and swam a little bit. The backyard was peaceful and we enjoyed going for walks on nearby trails. We appreciated the large square footage because we came from several time zones and were on different sleep schedules and this house provided the space we needed to spread out or to gather. Would definitely stay here again!

Tish’s home was beautiful and welcoming. If you need a private oasis this is the place. Plenty of bedrooms and a fantastic offering of things to do, pool, hot tub, pool/billiards, etc

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is perfect—just 17 from Golden 1 Center where the ceremony took place. Mia and Scott are wonderful hosts—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms and a bonus game room by the pool (a detached space with a foosball table and a single sofa bed), which my daughter chose to sleep. It accommodated my family, my brother’s family, our parents and dont forget my furry son, perfectly! We had a great time and appreciated how close everything was—grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Thank you again, Mia and Scott, for your hospitality. We’re from SoCal, but we’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we visit NorCal!

We’ve decided Rumen’s place was one of the nicest air bnb’s we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean it was easy to find. Getting in was easy. The best part was the back yard so comfortable, pretty and THAT pool was the best. I appreciated the grocery store a walkable distance away. Rumen was available for questions when I had one. All in all a great place for my family.
