This was a wonderful location. We walked to several restaurants, shops and sat by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Dawn & Dans place. We hope to return soon to the area and hope to stay here again. The 2bedroom 1bath is much larger than expected. The shower, beds and kitchen are well stocked and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call home for the 3 nights we stayed in Auburn. Thank you.

Booked this location for its quality pictures of an aesthetically pleasing apartment and its affordable pricing. Prior to and during my trip, host responded in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out was flexible. Keep in mind this location is located on K St. next to bars and restaurants, perfect if u want to go out! Ended up staying in and watched a movie in the cozy living room, the outside noise wasn’t a bother. Kitchen has the basic necessities/dishes. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the bathroom including the shower/tub! Would book again!

We truly enjoyed Michael’s place in Sacramento. We had all the necessities and more. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. This home is in a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe. Thank you, Michael!

I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!

We had a lovely stay in Sacramento! This home was walking distance to our friends’ house in Land Park and just a short commute to my husband’s office farther North. The hot tub and backyard space were particularly awesome, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed (traveling with a three year-old). The beds were comfy and the rooms tidy and spacious. This property also had a friendly, helpful host! Good food and family-friendly activities were easy to access (the Sacramento Zoo is walking distance!) We will definitely be back.

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

This was a perfect place for our overnight stop in the area. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. Check in was easy and the hosts were friendly, helpful and available. Thanks for the hospitality, Serene Stays Team!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ginger’s beautiful 2-bedroom apartment during our recent trip to Sacramento for my daughter’s graduation, and it exceeded every expectation. The space was exactly as described—stunning, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with high-quality, fully functional amenities. The backyard offered the perfect spot to soak in the California sun, and the private garage was a convenient bonus. Everything—from the fresh linens to the spotless cutlery—reflected attention to detail and care. My family and I had a truly memorable stay, and Ginger’s place played a big role in making this special occasion even more enjoyable. We would love to explore more properties hosted by Ginger in the future!
