Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Saco River

We were lucky to stay at Shannon’s Home so we could attend a family wedding in the area. Home was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. My family and I chose to buy our own groceries and cooked versus going out to the restaurants. We really loved that stove haha :) We honestly felt right at home and had the most loveliest time. Would definitely book with her again in the future.

Carla’s place was a great Airbnb stay! It was very clean and spacious—perfect for accommodating three families with kids. There was plenty of room, and the house was stocked with toys and games like Catan, making it fun for all age groups. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were various types of drinkware available, which added a nice touch. The home’s aesthetic was lovely and thoughtfully designed. Located in New Hampshire, the house is surrounded by nature and woods, offering a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere. Yet, it’s not too isolated, with other homes nearby, which gave us a sense of safety. Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

It is great place for family gathering together, especially with kids . Close to everything and beautiful view to the mountain.

This mountainside retreat was perfect! Quiet location with lots to do around the area! Came in the spring and it did not disappoint! We had an adults trip this time but we will be back with our children as it’s set up well for that too!!!

We loved our stay as their home was wonderful with an amazining view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The evening fire pit were was great, especially with the hammock.

This is our 2nd time staying here during winter break, and it checked all the boxes again this year. The place itself is super cute and cozy and just feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kids love having their own room downstairs and my son raves about the bed. In fact, he has me on a quest to recreate, as he puts it, "the bed situation" there. The upstairs living space is the perfect place to relax, and we spent time each day of our trip playing games while nestled in front of the fireplace. It's well positioned for easy access to Attitash and Wildcat as well as going into North Conway (Zebb's is always a must-do), but we also really love the town of Jackson. Going over the covered bridge feels like you're entering into a special tucked away place. Yesterday's restaurant has incredibly breakfast, Red Fox Inn has great dinner, and Nestlenook Farm is great for ice skating. If you're in the area, you also need to check out Vintage Baking Co. All around a great getaway!

Great place to stay with an awesome view of white heat!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

perfect location for a nice getaway. there is so much to do within the location or you are just within driving distance of some amazing water falls and hikes. place was clean, had everything we needed. very cozy. loved it all, will be staying again! 10/10 recommend

I went Ziplining in Lincoln and was looking for a unique place to stay for the night by myself. Her Bus fit that description, and it was only 20 minutes away from Lincoln downtown. It was super cool inside, from all the stickers to look at to the hammock it really felt comfy cozy. This made my night even more special and I couldn't wait to show my friends the coolest AIRBNB :)

We just loved to stay at Sam’s place! This is a really beautiful cabin that shows all the love that he has put on the many little details that can be seen everywhere there. Also, he was outstandingly attentive and responsive and his recommendations were on point! We would definitely like to stay in this place again in the future!

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

Had the great pleasure of hosting my friend’s bachelor party here. Plenty of room for all 6 of us, living room was spacious, kitchen was tidy, and the two bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of fun stuff to do in the area and the parking at the house was fantastic. Hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate with, I would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt.

Amazing stay at the cabin! The perfect cozy spot to unwind. We LOVED the deck with the two porch swings. Everything was described accurate. Even though there is another guest house on site you feel very secluded and at peace. Joseph’s place was super clean and home like!

The Quimby Cabin was perfect! Very beautiful with the river right off the deck. We enjoyed a bonfire and ate every meal on the deck. There were lots of things for my kids to do, puzzles, games and drawing materials! I loved reading in the chairs on the deck. The kitchen was packed with everything I needed to cook some great meals too!

We book every year for a kid getaway and it’s always a good time!

This is a great little spot for a cozy, cabin getaway. Our family enjoyed our time there and all had enough space to be very comfortable. Also, a quiet location with a nature setting all around. Great deck to enjoy time outside. Close to local spots for food and seeing the town.

This is our second time staying at Kate's place. We love the quite and peaceful location and the ability to walk and hike right out the door on the forest roads/ski trails up to Wildcat and Carter Dome. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking, and all the accessories like a can opener and vegetable peeler. We enjoyed hearing an owl at night and watching the woodpeckers feed their babies in a tree outside the house. The basement bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and we absolutely love the old furniture and variety of books to peruse. It's a very comfortable place to stay!
