This was our first time in New Hampshire. Thank you for opening your home to us. It was exactly what we needed to get away, chill and relax. My wife liked the painting above the bed and framed pictures around the studio. The folder was very useful for local recommendations and things to do in the area. We felt very much at home here. It is at an excellent location, with restaurants, cafe's and the cute bookstore next door. The view of the river was so serene and tranquil. We will definitely be back and use this place as our base for the next hiking trip.

This apartment is the perfect place for a weekend or longer get away, for a couple to explore Portland and all it's eccentric places. Easy to walk to both the harbor and Munjoy Hill shopping and eating attractions. We came into town for a concert at Bayside Bowl of all places--awesome entertainment. Don't miss out on Susan's place--very tastefully renovated with a keen eye for detail!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive to Stone Mountain Arts Center. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you Rebecca and Bradford.

The house and location were great. The house was big and open allowing us plenty of space to cook and hang out with each other. A big table and counter made fantastic spaces to play games and set up a puzzle. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, plates and cups, and labeled so it was easy to find. Bed rooms and bathrooms were spacious and quiet. And of course the hot tub was an amazing way to enjoy the star!

This has been by far the nicest place we have stayed. Super clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful communication by the hosts. Perfect weekend getaway.

Cienna’s home was very easy to find and we felt at home as soon as we arrived! There were plenty of supplies and goodies for our dogs and supplies for us! The only complaint that I had was that the trash bin out front was already full with the previous guest’s trash. This was a minor issue and the rest of the stay couldn’t have been better!

We stayed for eight days and loved it! It surpassed our expectations and the open floor plan allowed our three generation family to spend great time just talking and spending quality time together. We were met with some great snacks when we arrived which came into handy after a long day of traveling from the west coast. We were captivated by the beautiful landscape including amazing eagles plunging into the waters and catching fish. The changing tides meant the landscape and natural activities were always providing a new show to enjoy. We loved everything about this stay and would highly recommend it!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. An absolutely charming property that is close to the beach, the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The property is very well designed for function, is very appealing and had a lot of features and the amenities that we were looking. Plus, the overall style was clean and appealing. The host is amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely go back.

This place is BEAUTIFUL and exceptionally well furnished and equipped. Of all AirBnBs I have stayed in over the years, this one is top three for sure. It really felt like a home, and the quality of the crockery, furniture, and bedding made us feel very trusted and respected as guests. On top of this, Jeremiah and Lisseth at Birch Rentals were very responsive and helpful - we had no problem getting in or checking out and had a good idea of where to go locally from their guidebook! All in all, it was a very peaceful and cozy stay for my partner and I - we immediately missed Maine when we got back home.

We loved staying at the Brown House at Emery Farm. Everything was amazing and I will definitely be back! We loved the decor, the beds were comfortable and so much space to spread out and enjoy our time there. We sat in the front yard in the sun, it was so peaceful. We went to dinner in Portsmouth one night and then grilled a delicious dinner and stayed in the second night. We loved walking down for coffee in the morning and also walked over to the waterfront in the afternoon. Highly recommended this home for anyone staying on the area😁

Great stay

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
