Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Saco River

I had an amazing month-long stay here! Krystle was always very friendly, help, and quick to respond! The place was quaint & cozy, beautiful and right across the street from the beach! Walking distance to the pier and restaurants, fantastic location! All of the appliances and everything worked great, my stay was very easy, relaxing, and I never had a problem. Would absolutely return & definitely recommend booking with Krystle!!

We loved our stay at the Sea Marsh condo! It was the perfect space for our little family. Very comfortable and clean. Havah and Joe were great to work with and very friendly! We look forward to staying there again in the future :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Brandi and her husband were very friendly and welcoming!!! They were also very responsive when anything was needed during my stay!!! Brandi went above and beyond to provide the best stay ever!! Ill be booking in the fall!!!!!!

Emma's space is all that is promised--lovely (the windows and the light! stunning!), exceedingly comfortable, and well-appointed with all the kitchen gear and bath essentials needed. The location was perfect--street parking was easy, access to downtown and restaurants was effortless, and there's a nearby path for running. Cannot recommend Emma's space enough if you're planning a trip to Portland.

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

We lucked out with a beautiful week! We spent our week hiking, the dogs loved “swimming” in the river. We loved everything there was to do in the house, we never had nothing to do! Everything in the house was absolutely spotless. Derek was great at communicating and recommended great spots around the area. Definitely bring lots of mosquito and tick spray! We all loved the fire-pit and the hot tub at night. Overall, it was the relaxing getaway that we all needed! The couches and the bed were extremely comfortable as well, which is always a plus!

We were a yearly trip of 9 women who go away every year. This home was everything we could have asked for! High end appliances, linens and furniture. The surroundings are beautiful, and the basement is so fun!

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

My friends and I felt right at home with our stay. Everything was clean and bright. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Loved using the hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately experienced a cold snap with Maine warming up for the summer and had lots of rain/overcast but it did not stop us from enjoying the house. With the time of year there was not a lot to do as we were early for the summer activities and this house is close for skiing. But I would definitely visit again at the right time of year! Also loved that the host was so responsive. It kept me comfortable during our stay.

We booked our stay super last minute (same day) and were accommodated with a wonderful stay at Darryl's house. The views were gorgeous!!! Coffee on the porch over looking the pond and mountains was the best way to start the day. We traveled with kids and dogs - there was something for everyone! Beautiful house, great communication, overall a great stay! If you're thinking about it, book the trip! We can't wait to visit again :)

We had a great time staying at Richard and Julie's house. They were proactive in communicating with us beforehand and the house itself was exactly as billed in the pictures - comfortable, well-stocked, and very close to the water. I'd happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out was how clean and safe the kitchen items were; all the pots and pans were in great condition, which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The place was fully stocked with amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. Access to the lake was super easy, and we had a great time using the kayak and paddleboard provided. Whether relaxing indoors or spending time outside, everything is just great. Communication was also excellent—every time I had a question, I received a response within 10 minutes. That level of responsiveness made the whole experience even smoother. Everything about the house was just amazing. Highly recommend!

The cabin is right by the lake—peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. Every room is thoughtfully designed, and the place has everything you could ask for: a firepit, hot tub, movie room, and game area. The host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

Our stay at the River Walk was absolutely amazing, pristine views, waking up every morning to those beautiful Mountains! An absolute must do on our list to do again and you have to look for a reason to do it with your own family or friends too! Beautiful walks, delicious food, relaxing hot tubs, warm evenings to swim, and even more than that to come in the future days too! Wine tasting and Cider! Pretty soon Gondola rides to view those beautiful mountain peaks up close, how amazing is that! First time we had both been to the White Mountains, Lincoln, NH and it will not be the last or ever forgotten, thank you so much for a wonderful 3 nights of happiness, God Bless you all, much love and peace ✌️ ❤️

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

I have to start off by saying that I was quite impressed by how clean this condo was. It was so inviting with a light smell of cinnamon in the air. I felt like I was at home only better than my actual home. The coziest blankets comfortable bed… an extra place to sleep right under the TV was a great comfortable spot. The appliances and furniture are high-quality and it has everything you could need. We really loved how private it was, and how serene it was to have the view of the mountains and being able to hear the rushing waters with the windows open. Beautiful spacious porch. It was a lovely experience, having coffee out there and enjoying the sites and sounds. The rest of the lodge was very clean and a pleasure to be in also. We enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub and we will most definitely be coming here again. One night was not enough for us. I just want to thank Jess and Ashley for having such a lovely place that they are sharing with people who will appreciate it.

Beata was very responsive to all my needs and questions! Perfect place for large family: parents, grandkids and grandparents. Felt everyone had enough space to all hang out and also privacy when needed!!! Pool and hot-tub in building shared by others was a huge plus:: everyone enjoyed their time here. Thank you again Beata!! Hope to come and stay again in the summer.
