Great stay in Scarborough at Erika's. Home was spotless and it felt like we were one of the first guests in the place after a total remodel. Easy to work with on booking and planning and everything went smoothly. Nice close stroll to the shore and also restaurants for lobster rolls...literally across the street. Peaceful and very well located. If we return to the area Erika will be hearing from me. Thanks for everything!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We stayed the first week of May and, even though it rained the whole time, we still had a fantastic experience at Grandy’s place in Old Orchard Beach! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked—even thoughtful touches like white noise fans, which we usually gave to buy ourselves were in every room. The kitchen had everything: spices, decaf tea, coffee, multiple lobster pots, air fryer, toaster, teapot, and every cooking tool imaginable. Just a few houses from the beach, with ocean views plenty visible—it was the perfect location. We loved the fireplaces on both floors, and the luxurious soaking tub felt like a private spa. Extras like a second fridge, washer/dryer, tons of towels, first aid supplies (even Neosporin!), beach chairs, games, tons of hangers, iron, extra pillows, and blankets made the stay effortless. The host even looked up the mattress type when we asked! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays—we’re already looking forward to returning.

Just as described and just as charming and comfortable. Very welcoming to our dog with treats, towels, bowls…. And humans were very well taken care of too! We will go back and highly recommend you stop there too.

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

Cape Elizebeth is very beautiful even in the early winter! I got to see the sunshine, snow and rain all in a cozy home! I highly recommend This home! It is stocked with everything you would need, even puzzles, of which I am a fan!

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

Jason's place was great. My wife and I have three young children, and were traveling with my parents and brother. The house still felt big, and we all felt right at home. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are very large, and the house was clean and had very little stuff at little kid eye level, which we appreciated. The main living area has a large open space where we could play cards and our baby could crawl around, and the streets outside were rather quiet outside. Overall, would stay again and totally recommend!

Jason was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, he responded immediately and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly. The space itself was absolutely beautiful and made for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to return in the future!

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

Wow! What a great beach house for a family. Great stocked house, with everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. What really put it over the top was they provided everything you needed for a beach day. Indoor and outdoor games, beach towels, chairs, beach toys and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. We really enjoyed our time at Old Orchard Beach!

We had a great stay at Amanda’s home. It was clean and accurately described in the listing and her communication/responsiveness was exceptional. We accidentally locked the keys in the house and she was over in 10 minutes with a new pair! The propane tank was out and she was over with a new one in 15 minutes. Nice private area- A little bit of a walk to the beach due to the limited entry ways and getting to restaurants was a drive or an Uber. So as long as you are okay with all of that then I would recommend this house for larger groups!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was cozy and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the porch swing! It was so close to all the fun Old Orchard Beach has to offer.

Beds were super comfortable. We had to use the AC one day and it worked really well. Enjoyed most meals on the back deck, and the kitchen was super well equipped for all the cooking we did.

We loved staying at Julie's place. Great proximity to the beach and marsh. We had multiple walks and found many "keepable" beach glass pieces and one very special shell. It was very nice to have a sandy beach so close and we took advantage of that. The location worked well for us as we made a few day trips to Brunswick and Kennebunkport. The cottage was just what we expected - no surprises or unplanned events. I recommend staying here for anyone who enjoys lovely daily walks on the beach. We also checked out Ferry State Park - lots of trails to hike there also. It's very close by.

The house was perfect for two families. We loved having the hot tub and a comfortable patio to relax at. The basketball courts across the street were convenient as our kids love basketball. We would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great recommendations.

Peter was very friendly and helpful, he responded quickly to questions about checking out. His place was clean and beautiful, and very peaceful. We have friends who live in the area and would definitely stay here again!

The house is very well located on the beach and allows admiring the sea from inside and on the patios. The beach is quiet and water very clean in front of the house. It was perfect for our family. We highly recommend.
