The apartment looks and works exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-kept when I arrived. I felt very comfortable in the entire stay. It honestly felt like a hotel. :) Catarina is a very proactive and responsive host-- she gave recos on where to buy souvenirs, lunch, and even the tickets to reach Torre at Serra da Estrela. She wasnt around during my stay, but she sent me everything I needed to know for a comfortable trip (down to the Google Maps pins if needed)

Simply great! When I booked the space, I thought it would be just a simple tent on a plot of land. But it is not. Here everything is very cozy at the same time that it is surrounded by nature, it has breathtaking landscapes and an invigorating calm. All of this would be great, but with Declan and Angelita's reception, everything gets much better. They are very friendly and welcoming people, members of a very special family. Both are very attentive and make sure that guests feel at home. The whole space was planned with a lot of love and care, so we feel like we're in a friend's house. Probably the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in Portugal, I highly recommend it!!

A small beautiful, cozy, and comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom. Free parking right out front on the main street. I really enjoyed staying at Andrea‘s place. Easy to check in with the help of Pedro in the store. Super comfortable bed. Also, there was a kitchen which was shared with other guests. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings on top of one of the highest mountains in Portugal. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are interested in hiking or exploring the area

What a charming place! Even more beautiful than in the photographs, we were very surprised. When we got to the house it was warm, they were careful to turn on the heaters before our arrival. As our visit was in order to enjoy the snow, you can imagine the cold that was! We were a family of 8 people and there was enough space for all of us. It has all the necessary utensils to spend a few days. As well as towels and many extra blankets. I can only point out that they could have been more careful with the cleaning, one of the toilets was dirty and there was some dirt behind the couch. For bathing it is a little difficult to regulate the temperature and has little pressure. But excepting everything perfect anyway. Thank you very much We recommend 100% and when we come back to play in the snow we will stay again at the cabbage house!

Highly recommend staying at Lia's "Blue Castle" Located right in the city center of Gouveia and walkable distances to all amenities such as banks, restaurants and cafe's. Lia is super kind, response and always available to help. Highly recommend
