Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sabah

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Roseanne is a great host. She handed out the liftcard and welcome us herself at the lobby. A warm welcoming feeling. Nicely and tasteful decorated place. The view of the sea was terrific. Location is superb for a stay in a city and to get to the islands ( sapi , manukan etc ) nearby kota kinabalu. Plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Overal a great place a short getaway for us

High value accommodation at a good price, Simeon was in contact with us throughout the stay. At check-in, he was waiting for us at the front desk, explaining everything. He was very nice and helpful. The amenities of the place were perfect, everything was functional. The washer dryer is very useful. We also visited the pool on the 6th floor, the water was clean and the atmosphere by the pool was very nice. Location is within walking distance to markets, shopping center, and especially to the harbor. We will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing host! The place was accessible and near to all the places I wanted to visit. Since it was right next to Itcc anything that I needed was just a walk away. The host was responsive, very flexible with check in and offered help whenever I needed it. Thank you for this amazing stay!

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. Casa Yolo is very enthusiastic, we are more than 4 o'clock in the morning, we also have staff to check in, there is a problem with daily problems and very timely. The room is very clean and the balcony is very clean and you can see Gaya Street🥰 next to the sea, there is orange shopping is convenient downstairs, imago is also close to 1.6km, there are a lot of durian under the bridge next to the bridge, you can go buy some in the afternoon.😄

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Superrrr spacious unit! We stayed here with 11 people and there’s still plenty of space for us to wind down after a day of exploring in the city. Amenities provided are very sufficient too. A huge front porch for us to park our cars and to dry our clothes even! Some distance to Gaya street tho, but with a rental car that’s not a big issue to not to stay here :)

Worth to stay, very clean and feeling at home. The place has a great amnesties and all clean, and had a great cooking our meals. Mazia is very responsive and helpful. Really recommend the place. Kids love the outside swings, place is a children friendly area. Definitely will stay again.

Nice, clean apartment with beautiful ocean+pool+garden view, two full bathrooms (one en suite, one not), full range of appliances including washer/dryer, and working AC. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenience stores downstairs or nearby, and walkable to Jesselton Point ferry terminal (<5 min) and Suria Sabah mall (<10 min). Smooth check-in, clear instructions, and responsive host. Just a few minor gripes: unit does get a bit of hallway noise, only had one small wastebasket for entire unit, and kitchen had fewer place settings than shown in photos. All that said, I would gladly stay here again. Speaking of photos, they seem to show two different but similar units with mirrored layouts. I stayed in the one shown in photos 6-7, which had a prettier ocean view IMHO and an en-suite bathroom connected to BR1, not BR2. Otherwise, setup and furnishings were mostly the same.

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it

We chose this condo based on previous reviews…they weren’t wrong!! Francis is indeed a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating all our needs! He went above and beyond to welcome us and to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a secure and quiet location, but just 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of town centre. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home! Grab taxi’s were easy to order to take us into town where there are numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. All in all, a perfect apartment to stay in prior to our trip to the jungle! :-)

Doris has been a wonderful and helpful host and the week in this cozy and tidy apartement just flew by. The flat was very spaceous and well equipped + clean, the view from the flat and the upper terrace were fascinating (e.g. when the weather is good, Mt. Kinabalu becomes visible) and the area offers everything one could need during a stay in the city. Happy to return!
