place is new and host is extremely responsive. if you are looking for a place that can fit the whole family, then look no further. infact they have a connecting doors to the next houses. place is clean too! we had a really nice stay

WOW - an amazing 5D/4N. 5 glorious days of relaxing: 2+h snorkeling trips every morning & even longer trips in the afternoons, fishing from the "flying banana", swimming with green turtles, evenings chilling on a private deck in the hammocks or ocean swing & just time to breathe & discover island life (outside of the westernised veneer of the resorts). It takes less than 30min to circumnavigate Mabul at a leisurely pace. We met Reed & Nor as hosts & guests but became friends. With no running hot water (that said the cold showers were refreshing & very welcome), no air con (in 39+ C but fans in our bedroom with a full opening wall to the deck provided more than adequate ventilation) & sporadic electricity it is not for everyone but adds to the authenticity of living on the island (& with power banks was no issue at all). Al (boat driver & turtle spotter 🐢 extrodinaire) & Ry (house helper) couldn't have been kinder when stepping up to run lodge unexpectedly. Amazing meals & perfect stay

apartment located by the beach and very close to tip of Borneo. although not luxury decorated, you can still tell the host, Farius paid a lot of attention on cleaning and carefully maintaining the apartment, you will find everything you need inside. also he is kind to help & answer your question. we arrived late (approx 8pm) and surprisingly he was there waiting for us!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. The location was great—close to everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to return in the future. Thanks for the great hospitality.

一次很不错的入住体验 房东的装修很温馨 对面就是机场和大海 房间紧闭 不会有噪音 而且房东处理问题很及时 所以我们入住的宾至如归 想回家一样 很推荐入住

A very good location, easy to travel around, lots of attractions nearby. Convenience store just downstairs, no worries on stocking up necessities. Condition of the house is good, furnitures are all in good shape and comfy. Plus point is a good washer dryer which save lots of hassle. Aircond is cold, fridge works perfect, bed is comfortable as well. The only downside is the speed of the lift. There are 4 lifts available, however only 3 is working during our stay. Wait time can go up to 10-15 min during peak hour. Good job from the management to manually control the lift to loosen up the traffic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value for money.

Love the unit for the view! But if you like private balcony thus the unit will not satisfying. For us, we loved everything provided by the host! Esp got cuckoo & washing machine so convenient for us with kids! So many choices of food near the building. Walkable distance to gaya street, suria sabah & other main attractions. Recommended! 🫶🏻

Our stay was absolutely awesome! The property is lush, beautifully maintained & truly a relaxing escape. While we did have some internet connection issues during our visit, the host went above & beyond to make up for it by offering us a late check-out which was a thoughtful gesture I thought & really appreciated. Overall, a great experience & would definitely stay again!

住宿体验非常棒，首先房子阳台能看到大海景色很好，楼下就是便利店，下楼对面就是中央菜场和海鲜市场，还能加工海鲜，晚上还有大排档和榴莲夜市，离加雅街很近，离码头也很近，我们每天出海都很方便，出海回来就去夜市吃海鲜，超级棒。 房东是我们住过房子里最热心的，我们飞机半夜才到，房东还安排了接机，幸好是个皮卡，不然我们打车都装不下那么多人和行李，房东介绍房子和周边非常详细全面，中文说得六六的，退房也很便利，因为我们飞机是晚上，还提供了付费延迟退房的服务，比其他住宿不能更改退房时间方便多了。 非常感谢房东提供给我们的帮助和便利，这次带着俩娃的kk之旅真是一次顺利舒适的度假旅程，还会再来！

Alhamdulillah, sangat berpuas hati .. kelengkapan lengkap, keadaan rumah jg bersih, dan kedudukannya betul2 dalam bandar KK.. host juga sangat friendly, mudah dibawa berbincang, dan paling penting sangat responsif.. terbaik! Moga terus maju jaya!

최고의 숙소였습니다. 가족들과 함께 행복한 여행을 하는데 해당 숙소가 큰 역할을 했습니다. 가족 또는 친구 여럿이 함께 묵는다면 적극 추천합니다. 1. 숙소 컨디션: 각자의 방이 보장되면서도 넓은 거실과 부엌이 있어 여럿이 함께 지내기에 적합합니다. 크고 쾌적한 화장실 2개와 작은 화장실 1개가 있어 편했어요. 방도 사진과 같은 구성이었으며 기대했던 것 보다 훨씬 숙소 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 작은 세탁기와 건조대, 와이파이가 있으며 방마다 에어컨이 있어 쾌적합니다. 다만 거실과 방에 작은 개미가 있으나 생활에 지장이 있지는 않았습니다. 그 외에 다른 벌레는 없었어요. 2. 호스트: SukVui는 게스트의 여행을 진심으로 도와줍니다. 친절한 호스트는 예약이 된 후부터 바로 적극적으로 여행을 도와줬습니다. 체크인이 늦은 밤이었음에도 불구하고 직접 만나 도와 주었으며 친절하고 명확하게 숙소에 대해 설명해줬습니다. 뿐만 아니라 머무는 동안에도 게스트의 요청 사항을 적극 반영해주었습니다. 게다가 여행 일정까지 고려해주는 세심함과 다정함에 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 정말 고맙습니다. 3. 숙소 위치: 마지막으로 숙소 위치가 좋습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 공용 수영장이 있어 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 또한 이마고몰은 코타키나발루의 중심으로 어디든 손쉽게 갈 수 있고, 쇼핑몰이 숙소와 바로 연결되어 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 다만 공항이 가까워 비행기 소음이 주기적으로 들립니다. 다음번에 다시 코타키나발루에 여행을 간다면 해당 숙소에 꼭 머물고 싶습니다. 그때에도 호스트와 다시 만날 수 있으면 좋겠네요 :)

我们一家六口住空间完全没问题，三个房间都有热水，记得提前打开开关。也可以在厨房自行做法，只是亚庇的市场没办法买到活的海鲜。图片是阳台望出去的临海视角，到的第一天晚上看到了晚霞。

非常不错的一次体验 超高性价比，3个房间，2个卫生间，入住6人非常舒适，地点非常便利，对面就是海边，步行就5分钟就可以到达中央市场和加雅街，留下了深刻印象，今后还会再来的

房子位于亚庇菜市场附近，午餐可以在市场后面自行采购，到市场二层加工点加工，晚餐可以去夜市，离天桥下榴莲摊位和佳雅街夜市都比较近，步行可以到达

Luby ist eine tolle,sehr freundliche Gastgeberin,die jederzeit zu erreichen ist und alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet.
