The chalet was the perfect little getaway to visit Switzerland. It was nestled on the hillside with breathtaking views of all of Grindelwald and the surrounding mountains. Was the perfect distance from everything, very quiet and a very nice neighbor living in front of the property. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Fully recommend this place for anyone wanting to see Switzerland!

Great apartment, 3 minutes to the valley station, great equipped kitchen, nice shower. Lockable ski depot. The entire residential complex is very clean and maintained. Very friendly landlord.

Exceptional stay! The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Peggy was very welcoming, responsive and good tips for discovering the region. The garden is beautiful and perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing. We loved having our meals on the pretty stone table while enjoying a great view. Highly recommend and will be happy to come back.

I had a very nice week in the cottage with my 2 cats. There is a very nice veranda where you can sit both dry and in the sun/shade with a view of the Blümlissalp. In the area, beautiful walks can be made directly from the cottage (including to the Aabenberg, the Wäterlatte, the Gerihorn, the Niese, etc.), also the postbus stops nearby, which can take you to both Griesalp (starting point for a large number of walks) and Reichenbach (supermarket, station and other facilities).

The house is beautiful and clean is very good enough for 5 adults or two couples and three children of the third bed in the hall is comfortable, and a sofa of course, two bedrooms, one mammam, one open kitchen, and a full breadwinner equipped with pots in which the right of a person and in which 6 people are sufficient. The 💪👍 house is sufficient to reach the car at the door. It is necessary to reach the car at the door.

Absolutely magical experience on the mountains. We felt like we were sleeping in the clouds. The place had everything we needed, and we loved the unique character of the apartment which made us feel right at home. Amazing selection of teas, chocolate and wine upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great home cooked experience and the living room has a cozy ambience to relax and unwind. Thank you for offering us such an amazing stay!

We felt very comfortable. Great location, the shuttle to Zermatt runs regularly and you can leave the car in the parking garage. Susanne was very helpful and always responded quickly. It is important that you read Susanne's documentation well in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to find the apartment. But Susanne has created a super detailed description, so it's easy. We'd love to visit again.

We were looking for something quiet and also found it in this nice apartment. It is homely and you can enjoy a great view towards Engstligenalp and Lohner. The walking distance to the village is absolutely doable. We felt right at home. In summer, the terrace with the pool is certainly a hit.

The apartment was perfect. Excellent for 6 guests. Close to the train station; walkable. The restaurant staff below the apartment was very accommodating. They assisted us in showing us in snd offered a 10% discount for guests renting the apartment. We ate dinner there our first night and it was excellent. The apartment looks exactly as photographed and as described. We would absolutely book it again and recommend this apartment to family and friends. It was clean, comfortable and cutely designed.

Our second time here and yet again we had the most fabulous time. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning the next visit. The location and the apartment are wonderful, the view is very special too.

The apartment in the beautiful old wooden house has large windows and a sun balcony and allows a spectacular view of mountain scenery. Great! The decor of the apartment is functional and beautiful. The narrow, very steep road outside the front door is challenging for driving and walking. Sometimes a few goats are driven back and forth. Martin is a friendly and communicative host. We will certainly be back.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as shown in the photos – everything was clean, nicely furnished and as expected. I also received a very quick and friendly response to my message. The contact was straightforward and warm. I can definitely recommend the accommodation – gladly again!

This apartment is located at the top of a hill and has an amazing view of the Zermatt town and the Matterhorn. Besides the great location and view, the apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. It also provides a dedicated elevator to get to the foot of the hill faster without waking.

This has to be, without doubt, the best view from any Airbnb that we’ve stayed at, and we’ve used a lot. Our breath was taken away when we arrived seeing the Matterhorn in all her glory and seemingly so close. We have taken so many photos!!! The Studio was perfect. It was clean and very well equipped. Being located away from the centre of town meant it was very peaceful too. Emil met us and explained everything and was very helpful when we needed to book a taxi. Highly recommended. Honestly, we had such a great time at this cabin. The place was cozy and peaceful, exactly what we needed. But what really made it special was Alex. We arrived super tired and hungry after a long drive, and all the restaurants were closed. Without even asking, he offered to go get us food himself, it was such a kind gesture and honestly saved the night. Throughout the stay, he was always around if we needed anything, super friendly, and just made us feel completely welcome. He really made our trip to Switzerland unforgettable. Thank you, Alex!
