Welcome House (Hale e Komo Mai) A corner of heaven

This lovely hale li'i (tiny house in Hawaiian) is a perfect private little get away place! The place is fully furnished and has a kitchenette complete with a single burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is no oven but the large lanai (veranda) is fully equipped for barbecueing and lounging around! The coup de grâce is the bathroom shower which is very spacious with a skylight and features a custom tile mosaic mural created by the host!

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

Beautiful views and cool breezes. Private entrance and your own parking. We're at 1,300 elevation so the sunsets are amazing! Near beaches, hikes and downtown Kona. Full kitchen (with everything you need to cook meals) washer/dryer. You're home away from home with ocean views. Must like dogs, we have a very loving pet who likes to visit.
