  • This is a great little place to stay for a short trip. Buraks place has lots of amenities and it is very easy to communicate with him. The lady we met was very polite and helpful, answering any questions we had. The location is nice and quiet but is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station. I would recommend this Airbnb!

In May 1909, exactly 100 years ago, the quarter around the Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen was inaugurated in the Stuttgart city center after three years of renovation. This was preceded by extensive reconstruction work, during which dozens of houses had been demolished and replaced by new ones. After the oldest parts of Stuttgart's Old Town developed into a neglected district with unhygienic apartments, low light and air supply as well as a high risk of fire and epidemic in the course of the 19th century, a "new" old town was created on the initiative of the banker and social reformer Eduard Pfeiffer at Geiß-, Stein- and Eberhardstraße. Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle Bopser ist in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, Wilhelmsplatz und Königstraße (Fußgängerzone) in zehn Minuten. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in diesem ruhigen Abschnitt der Straße.

  • Bright, friendly room in a cool old-style apartment on the mezzanine floor, relatively central yet quiet, about 5 minutes' walk to the tram. Very nice hosts, to whom you can see the wish that their guests feel comfortable. On arrival a carafe of fresh water in the room - great; likewise tea bags; I was allowed to use the kitchen and unexpectedly even got a coffee in the morning. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Would love to come back.

Durch die Gemütlichkeit und Aussicht auf das Grüne, ist man zugleich vom städtischen Lärm isoliert und vom Natur umgeben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für paare, Singles und Abenteuer!
    Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und ist sehr einfach vom Hauptbahnhof/Stadtzentrum und vom Flughafen erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem neuen und modernen Wohnviertel. Obwohl das Haus in der Stadt steht, ist es doch von der grüner Natur umgeben. Sie ist perfekt um vom Stadt Trubel sich zu entspannen.
    Ruhig und moderner Stadtviertel. Man kann entweder mit dem Auto oder auch mit der U-Bahn zu dem nächsten Supermarkt kommen. Zudem habe ich einen Infozettel mit nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt für die Gäste vorbereitet.

  • Nina was easy to get hold of, in our case we got in touch with her over WhatsApp calls and messages. Checking in was easy and convenient, Nina offered explicit instructions for self check in. The home was located within a stone throw away from Rathaus tram station. The building was at a quiet corner with little human traffic. The home is located on the 3rd level. There was no elevator and visitors have to lug their belongings down and then up a flight of wooden stairs. Home was very nicely furnished. There were adequate space for kitchen, living area, bedroom and even a small balcony. Sound proofing was almost non existent. We can always hear the surroundings clearly in the dead of the night. Nina provides earbuds for this purpose. All in all a decent space to stay in, with great transportation links in the form of U14 tram from Rathaus station to Stuttgart hbf. Thank you Nina! :)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums, dafür im Grünen mit guter Luft und in ruhiger Umgebung.
    Die Umgebung lädt ein zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen. Aber auch ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind jeweils ca. 6 qm groß. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ausgestattet. Es stehen auf Nachfrage ein Föhn und ein Aschenbecher zur Verfügung. Wir lieben Tiere und haben einen sehr verschmusten Labrador, der sich über jeden Besuch freut.
    Unser Haus liegt in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Es steht zwischen einem Mehrfamilienhaus und einer Apfelbaumwiese. Feuerbach ist ein sehr familienfreundlicher Stadtteil mit allen Geschäften, die man so braucht. Besuchen Sie das Porsche Museum oder verbringen Sie den Nachmittag im Killesbergpark. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums!

    Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Bad Cannstatt. Zwei Nachteile sind, das sich Küche und Bad in einem befindet und die Toilette sich gegenüber der Wohnungstür im Hausflur befindet. Fernseher mit allen Sky Angeboten, Beamer im Schlafzimmer und PlayStation 4 dürfen gern genutzt werden. Wohnung für 3-4 Personen. Zu 4. ist es allerdings etwas eng nachts.
    Zugang zu jedem Bereich der Wohnung ist gestattet.
    4 Minuten entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn Haltestelle Uff-Kirchhof von der man 10 Minuten in die Stadt braucht. Knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Cannstatter Bahnhof. Circa 15 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß zum Cannstatter Wasen und zur Mercedes Benz Arena, Schleyer Halle und Porsche Arena.

    Sobald Sie die Wohnung betreten, sehen Sie eine Treppe, um nach oben zum Wohnraum zu gehen. Sie können Ihre Zeit im Wohnzimmer verbringen, wenn Sie mögen. Sie dürfen alle Räume außer meinem Schlafzimmer (natürlich :)) nutzen. Ich werde euch folgendes zur Verfügung stellen; - Saubere Handtücher - Saubere Bettwäsche - Haartrockner - Shampoo, Duschgel usw. - Und natürlich wird die Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine Außerdem ist meine Küche seht gut ausgestattet, falls Sie kochen möchten. Sie können auch die Gewürze / Öl / alles, was Sie in der Küche Schrank finden benutzen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall einige Plätze im Kühlschrank für Ihren persönlichen Gebrauch ersparen. Die Wohnung empfängt das Tageslicht den ganzen Tag und es hat einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt, wo Sie auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen können. Es ist ein Dachgeschoss, jedoch ist Klimaanlage verfügbar und zusätzlich gibt es einen Ventilator im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Zusätzlich erreicht man auf dem Hinterhof zu Fuß den Blaustrümpflerweg, einen 10 km langen Wanderweg rund um Stuttgart. Es ist auch möglich, Sport zu treiben im Wald. Was Stuttgart-West betrifft; es ist sehr begehrter Wohnteil von Stuttgart, da die Gegend von vielen beliebten und bekannten Restaurants mit allen Arten von Küche umgeben ist und einen einzigartigen Stil hat. Bitte beachten Sie: Da es sich um ein altes deutsches Gebäude handelt, gibt es keinen Aufzug im Gebäude. Es befindet sich auf der 4. Etage und es gibt auch eine Treppe in der Wohnung. Bitte beachten Sie diesen Punkt für Ihre Reservierungen. Es gibt leider keinen privaten Parkplatz. Daher müssen Sie Ihr Auto auf der Straße mit Parkschein parken (8€ täglich). Ein geeigneter Parkplatz steht jedoch immer in der Nähe des Platzes zur Verfügung. Ich hoffe, Sie werden Ihren Aufenthalt genießen. Wenn Sie noch etwas brauchen, lassen Sie es mich wissen.   • Stunning top floor apartment on top of a hill with great view of the city from 3 directions! I loved the skylights looking out over the hills and valleys of stuttgart. Very comfortable mattress, I actually want to know what brand it is, I want to buy one. The room is smaller, but bigger than it looks in the photos. You will have everythit you need for a very comfortable and peaceful stay in Stuttgart. I only wish I'd had more time to stay and enjoy the apartment. The host is lovely and very helpful. 5*! The only thing that may be difficult, travellers with a large suitcase should take a bus from the s Bahn, otherwise it is quite a steep climb up many stairs from the street below. But its worth it when you reach the top :)

    The charming apartment is located in a perfect spot in Degerloch, which is one of Stuttgart's most desireable locations. The neighborhood is very charming as well. The livingroom offers a view over "Lindenplätzle" with its old linden tree, three minutes from the historic town hall and a lovely farmer's market on Wednesday and Saturday.
    The apartement has been extensivly renovated in the past year, retaining a balance of old and new, a perfect mix of deco and ideal location.
    In the immediate vicinity you will find all kind of stores for your daily needs and pleasures - supermarkets, organic stores, bakeries, you name it. Neighboring the house is a bakery with the best pretzels, and around the corner, on wednesday and saturday, is a beautiful farmer's market and a great butcher. The bakery has a garden cafe that closes at 6:30 pm.

  • Irmgard is a great host, she let me check in late, as my train was delayed and made sure that the apartment had everything needed for the stay (including fresh fruit and flowers). The apartment is located in a great area, with lots of supermarkets around and it is close to the ubahn&bus stops. The rooms have a very cozy vibe, full of light and sparkling clean. Ob zum Frühstück unter Palmen, Lunch in der Sonne oder Feiern bis in die frühen Morgenstunden - vor allem im Sommer begeistert der charmante Platz mit südlichem Flair! Das Lebensgefühl: Dolce Vita. Der Sound: Straßenmusiker, Lachen und Musikfetzen. Die Stimmung: Einmalig! Im Mai 1909, vor genau 100 Jahren, wurde in der Stuttgarter Kernstadt nach dreijähriger Sanierung das Quartier um den Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen eingeweiht. Vorausgegangen waren umfangreiche Umbaumaßnahmen, in deren Verlauf Dutzende von Häusern abgebrochen und durch neue ersetzt worden waren. Nachdem sich die ältesten Teile der Stuttgarter Altstadt im Verlauf des 19. Jahrhunderts zu einem vernachlässigten Viertel mit unhygienischen Wohnungen, wenig Licht- und Luftzufuhr sowie hoher Brand- und Seuchengefahr entwickelt hatten, entstand auf Initiative des Bankiers und Sozialreformers Eduard Pfeiffer eine »neue« Altstadt an Geiß-, Stein- und Eberhardstraße. Pfeiffer verfolgte das Ziel, Wohnen und Einkaufen, Handel und Verkehr in der Kernstadt wieder attraktiv zu machen. Durch die neuen Gebäude war ein heimeliges Ambiente an kurvigen Straßen mit hohen Giebeln und Arkaden, Brunnen, Erkern und Figurenschmuck entstanden. Die mehr als 30, sehr abwechslungsreich gestalteten Bauwerke zeigten unterschiedliche Dachformen und Fassadendetails und waren mit Märchenmotiven, Tierfiguren und Fassadenmalereien geschmückt. Kein Haus glich dem anderen, und dennoch fügten sie sich miteinander zu einem harmonischen Bild. Trotz vieler Veränderungen hat sich der Reiz des Quartiers bis heute erhalten. Der Platz am Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen ist in dieser Form vor 100 Jahren entstanden. Wie kam es eigentlich dazu, dass der Platz noch heute wie eine mittelalterliche Puppenstube anmutet? Märchenfiguren zieren Giebel, Dächer und den Brunnen in der Mitte des Platzes. Die Häuser stehen bescheiden nebeneinander, keines ragt heraus, keines zerstört die Harmonie des Viertels. Als das Innenstadtquartier seinerzeit von Grund auf saniert wurde, inszenierten die Stadtplaner eine heile Welt des Bürgertums. Nirgendwo drängen sich auf weniger Fläche mehr Restaurants und Bars als hier: Das preisgekrönte ruben´s steht für das Besondere und das Außergewöhnliche Der Platz hat seinen eigenen Sound: Sein Klang ist aus Gläserklirren, Gelächter, Musik und dem Geklacker der über den Asphalt krachenden Absätze zusammengewoben. Sechs Bronzemedaillons zeigen dort Szenen aus dem Grimm’schen Märchen vom Hans, der sein Glück erst fand, als er all sein Hab und Gut los war. Ausgerechnet auf dem Platz des glücklichen Habenichtses ist Stuttgart reich an Charme und Schönheit.Die Brunnenfigur verkörpert einen derben Bauernburschen von den Fildern in einer kurzen, mit Silberknöpfen besetzen Jacke, dem der Künstler im Schlachthaus begegnet war. Zu Füßen des Jungen tummeln sich ein Schwein und sechs kleine Enten, die als Wasserspeier dienen. Auf dem Rand der Brunnenschale erhebt sich eine gitterartige schmiedeeiserne Einfassung mit sechs Bronzemedaillons, die das gleichnamige Märchen in Bildern erzählen. Darüber befindet sich ein kunstvoll gewölbter schmiedeeiserner Baldachin, aus dessen Spitze ein vierblättriges Kleeblatt emporragt. Am 12. While it's not exactly close to the city centre, the sorroundings are very nice - the Neckar is right around the corner and you're very close to the vineyards. Also it's not a long way to Bad Cannstatt, which is very picturesque and definitely worth a visit.   • The place is 2 mins walk from the last stop of bus 56 (the one that goes directly to the Mercedes Benz museum). A budget supermarket is right in front of the apartment. All in all, fairly good location. Alvaro was very responsive. The apartment was also cery clean. We were allowed to use the fully equipped kitchen with even separated fridge for the guests. We were happy with our stay at his place and would recommend it to anyone who travels on a budget.

    The situation is absolutely insane! From my apartment you can reach almost everything within walking distance! Through the backyard comes also bird twittering in the ear (: The Cannstatter Wasen is reached in four minutes and after the spring festival you have to make a few babysteps and you are at the there. For the day you can reach the S-BAHN Hastestelle "Bahnhof Bad-Cannstatt". in ten, the subway stop "Wilhelmsplatz" in 13 minutes walk.     My penthouse apartment has very good access to public transport. The main station / city center and airport is within 20 min. reachable. You will love my accommodation because of the light, the comfort, the view of the whole city, and although the apartment is in the city, you are also isolated from the urban noise and surrounded by greenery. My apartment is good for couples, gladly also with child, alone traveling abenteurer and business traveler.
    After the first 2.5 months at Airbnb some of the guests have expressed a few improvement points. This I have also now implemented and a new bed and sofa stand, as well as the base cabinet for the TV, which soon follows
    In our area, everything is just family houses with lots of greenery and everything is very quiet.

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind hervorragend, 5 Minuten Laufweg zur S - Bahn (Schwabstraße) und U - Bahn (Schwab/- Bebelstraße). Von hier aus sind es lediglich 3 Minuten fahrt bis zur Innenstadt welche auch gut zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
    Geräumiges Zimmer mit Bett Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Der Fernseher mit fire TV Stick lädt ein, zum Ausklang eines aufregenden Tages noch eine Serie oder Film (amazon Prime und Netflix vorhanden) zu schauen. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, die verwendet werden kann, sowie eine ausgestattete, saubere und geräumige Küche. Du hast genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, ein Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Edeka, dm und ein Getränkemarkt mit toller Bierauswahl sind praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.
    Stuttgart West ist einer der schönsten Viertel der Stadt. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants, kleine Cafés und Parks zum relaxen. Besonders der Feuersee (ca. 10 min zu Fuß) ist ein schöner Ort um mit Freunden die Abendstunden zu geniesen.
