Holiday rentals with a patio in Stuttgart

I stayed at Steffen's place for a work visit in Böblingen. I can recommend his place, I felt very comfortable and it gives you a feeling that you are at home. Also, the place is very clean and has a beautiful balcony on the last floor of the building with a view on the forest. On the next visit I will definitely come back to Steffen's flat.

It’s a very nice and enjoyable stay. The place is very clean. I love the closeness to the public transportation which is important to my stay.

We booked last minute because other listings were canceled for us. A stroke of luck! We were on site as exhibitors of the fair. The two bedrooms were perfect. Kitchen-living room and balcony have made working and relaxation easy for us. Anni was always available, very proactive and accommodating. We'll be back.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. We were very happy with the place. Everything you need was available, the apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, it was often quite loud until late in the evening because of the pub opposite. With the window closed, however, it worked.

Adrian was a wonderful host. Apartment was exactly as described, beautifully decorated and nice, peaceful location. I really enjoyed the outside patio. Check in and check out super easy and labeled parking space right in front of entrance was super convenient. Will stay again for sure.

Our family spent a long weekend here with 6 adults and three small children. It was taken care of by everyone. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, centrally located. Highly recommend.

Great experience, the house is old but tidy and clean, there are 4 rooms in total 8 beds, the living room is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the basement.It would have been even better if slippers were provided.

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

A wonderful accommodation - perfect for larger groups! There were eight of us on the road and we all had enough space to feel really comfortable. Silvia is an incredibly warm hostess – she answered all our questions at lightning speed and welcomed us with real hospitality. The garden is a dream, lovingly laid out and maintained. The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the great view of the greenery in any weather - a real highlight! The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We felt at home from the first moment. The surroundings are simply fantastic: a beautiful, diverse region with many leisure activities. We can especially recommend the nearby lake – ideal for relaxing or walking. Clear recommendation - we will be happy to come back!

Very nice place to stay. Furnishings very cozy with small and loving details. Everything was clean and looked exactly like in the photos. We have applied for a baby cot and highchair in front of it free of charge. Communication was great, quick and nice answers. We would book there again!

Great Host, great flat!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. If you are looking for a place to discover the black forest: this is the place to be. Walks from the frontdoor, gorgeous views in any weather and plenty to do in the area. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. We had a great stay with our 5,5 year old son.

Super nice and cozy place to stay! The rooms were all very spacious and the beds comfortable. The mattresses had a medium firmness. We all slept great. The blinds for maximum darkening in the rooms were great! The kitchen was large and had everything you need. A few larger bowls and new pans would be good, however - unfortunately, the coating was already broken. The seating area in the kitchen is only suitable for max. Suitable for 6 people. Luckily, there were only 5 of us. Large bathroom, everything clean! However, the bathtub had no plug. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. But it was manageable to some extent. Overall, a very quiet location and surroundings! From the accommodation, you can reach various supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping facilities on foot. We were great stay ! Would book again anytime:)

Great apartment with everything you need! Also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board etc). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Eunice is extremely kind and makes you feel right at home. The loft is beautiful and extremely clean. It’s very comfortable with all the amenities. The deck is spectacular. We enjoyed wine and cheese on the deck every evening. The view is peaceful and breathtaking. There are many beautiful hiking trails within walking distance. We highly recommend a relaxing few hours at Caracalla! The Gasthaus Auerhahn was wonderful for dinner. This experience was definitely a highlight of our road trip around Germany.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Our stay at Sabine’s apartment was great! We spent a month there, and Sabine was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time. She always responded quickly to our questions and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We highly recommend Sabine as a host and it was pleasure to meet her!

We had a very nice stay at Lilly and Danny's place. The apartment is quietly located in a residential area and really offers everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with everything needed for cooking. Through the large glass front, the apartment is already flooded with light in the morning, which we found very nice. The communication with Danny was very friendly and he was quick to respond to messages. The personal welcome was also very welcoming. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment. Thank you for everything. 😊
