Come stay in this cozy guest bedroom in the peaceful Beacon Hill neighborhood! Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. There are some great restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery stores walking distance too. 8 min walk to the light rail station which goes to many other popular areas like downtown, Capitol Hill, etc. There are also 2 bus lines just two blocks away. Easy freeway access and plenty of free street parking. The space is a bit small so not the best option if you have a lot of stuff!

This 1924 bungalow-style house is in an old neighborhood a short walk from Lake Washington. The light rail to downtown (15 minutes) and the airport (26 minutes) is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood has lovely gardens and several restaurants in each direction. PLEASE NOTE: I have 2 cats, Momo and Percy. They are very social and may visit with guests. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that overlooks beautiful Green Lake, a short 10-minute walk down the hill. There is plenty of free parking on the street. The neighborhood is blessed with views of the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Rainier, and downtown Seattle. Access to the city center is easy by car or bus/ light rail.
