Lovely cosy place. Very clean, comfortable almost like a home. It had every need that we can ask for.This is a two in one place - ie if you are in need of party just 2 kms away you find Baga Beach or if in mood of some quite serene place - get back home and relax We had more that expected from this place. Exactly as it looks in the picture. Tv, ac, induction, utensils, washing machine etc Meera, Ginza, Neeranjan and others were very helpful and always ready to solve our issues from bikes to food to minute needs.

Goa Deeps is exactly as it was presented here. Hosts were great and the facilities were excellent. Apartment is very close to Calungute and a quiet place to crash after a hectic day at the beaches. Pool was nice and clean. We had to extend our stay a few hours past the check out time and our host was more than willing to help us with that. Cabbies, food etc. are all available on a call basis. It was my third visit to Goa and the best so far, part of which is because of Goa Deeps. Thanks Deepak, Ginza, Niranjan, Rakhi for your wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to another vacation in Goa Deeps :)

Ginza and Deepak has set up beautiful place . It was grest being there and enjoying 5 days. Almost 20-30 min from 3 beaches is even good. Living Room is awesome ... but if you have Airtel - NO NETWORK is an issue. Enjoyed swimming all days and clean swimming pool is great

This was my first airbnb stay so I was skeptical about the stay but GInza and her team did an excellent job. We had a very comfortable stay, it felt like a home with every appliance and comfort. The location of apartment is just 15 minutes from calangute beach and is in a very quite area. It's absolutely safe and sound, even in night. The staff was friendly and made us feel like home. This was my first trip to Goa so had no clue about what to do and where to go. Ginza arranged bike for me and suggested a lot of places and restaurants. I tried many but the list was enormous and we could not cover everything. And one last thing, these people here are not rip-offs like most of the tourist industry in Goa. We broke a glass by mistake and they just charged us what the glass would cost in retail. Thanks alot Ginza for making the week wonderful for us, we had a memorable trip. aloha :)

The property is very well maintained and the house has all the amenities as described. Pool is also very nice. The location is very near to Baga and almost everything is close by if you are in north Goa. Would love staying here in future as well.

We would like to thank Adi and his team for this amazing stay. W have had one of the best experience staying at this property. The property has everything that you can look for on a holiday. Its very close to calangute beach and the market. We could go to the best parties within 15 - 20 mins distance. Our airport pick up drop and bikes were organized by the time we landed. I think all in all it was a perfect stay and to top it all they had all days housekeeping service which was apt for my stay.

Great location. Jason was there as promised to collect me and show me around the apartment. The apartment is a good size. Plenty of hot water. No cooking facilities, but food is cheap, and who wants to cook whilst on holidays! No internet in the room. But lots of free internet places nearby. I enjoyed my stay.....Thanks heaps Jason.

Jason is a great host and the place is located in the prime location of Calungate. It's easily accessible, and the apartment is clean and spacious. It also has all the facilities, including AC, TV and fridge.

Had a very good experience . Good location. The host is extremely helpful. There was a medical emergency and he came in the middle of the night to help. Even the next day he called to make sure everything was ok. Sometimes transport was an issue and the host would drop to the hospital and back. Thank you so much for all your help.

We had a rather frustrating stay. The guy who actually does the work at the property is nice but lacks in English and continually has to go back to his boss. This three way communication didn't work. The property is not as pictured (expected) the bathroom needs a really good scrub with bleach. The balcony is filthy also. The 'kitchen' doesn't even have a fork so probably cannot be used. The bed linen seemed clean and the aircon worked well. There was NO hot water. Even after it was fixed we got 20 seconds of warm then cold, we were told this is what to expect in India... no it isn't. If you don't have hot water fine, we've had many a cold shower, but don't advertise it. TV didn't work at all. It was fixed the next day with only a few Hindi channels so cannot be used by English speakers. Wifi at the resort is $2 for 6 hours, it is advertised it isn't free. All shops are a good 20 minutes walk away an for the beach 25-30. It's too out of the way unless you use taxis. When the tv was fixed glass was left on the floor by the workmen and we cut our feet, no apology until coerced which was the worst bit. We were told not to pay for the extra day we stayed because of all the problems. Of course we left some money. But as half the things advertised are not available it is not good value for money and I wouldn't recommend it.

We were given a different stay for the initial 2 days where we could not even sleep due to power cuts on the day1. After 2 days, the 3rd day we were moved to a different stay which was good enough with the free use of swimming pool. First stay was bad, the 3rd day stay was good. :)

The property is very good, as described in pictures, it's near to Caulingute and Baga Beach. It's worth to stay here. I haven't meet with Edwin but he is very responsive on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), he replies instantly and try to fix the problems ASAP. I wish if I can meet in person with Edwin in my next trip to GOA Our stay at this resort was very pleasant. I will recommend my friends and relatives to stay here. I asked Edwin for early check-in and late check out, he allowed me for both without any additional charges. He is a very good host

The caretaker Munna navigated us to the property. The property was in a housing society behind a hotel.Had swimming pool and restaurant cum bar accessible inside the society. Access to swimming pool was free. The property had a double bed, a single bed, refrigerator, induction, almost all cooking utensils and was air conditioned. All in all very well maintained and definitely worth visiting again and again. Also, very affordable.

Firstly , the place looks better than what it is in the pics. Its a little more spacious and 4 of us who stayed there collectively agreed that the place is value for money and a well equipped place, comfortable place that only enhances the Goa experience. So whats available there .. A small kitchen where you can cook, all utensils provided , tea, coffee,maggi, pop corn, eggs, bread,chocolates, biscuits.. everything you need to just laze in the room and not go hungry. Preloaded music on the bluetooth speaker. Comfortable place to sleep ( 7 ppl can sleep peacefully ), AC to beat the heat. A cosy balcony overlooking the pool.. to just hang out with friends. A washroom with hot water, shampoo, body wash, oils,towels etc etc. I can't seem to think what else we might have needed. Its all there in the place. Well done Nikhil on putting together such a wonderful place that makes you feel like home away from home. We rented a bike, right outside the apartment building , the market place is pretty close by and beaches arent too far either. You could walk ..might take a little longer.. but then ... who is in a hurry in Goa ! I would definitely go back to this place. Not to forget Sunjay, he was the one who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. We did not call him after , cos like I mentioned, everything was available there. Easy check in and check out process as well. I would definitely go back !

This apartment is great for a group of 4-6 people. The communication, right from the begining was great. Check in was smooth and flawless. The apartment itself was clean and very neat with everything that you want available right there. Complimentary wine was given to us on the occasion of our graduation. The kitchen was well equiped as well as the bathroom. overall location and swimming pool was great. security is also pretty neat with cameras as well as a guard. Location is the best part of the place. I will definately recommend this place to everyone. Nikhil was a super great host and sanjay the care taker was great as well.

This location is absolutely perfect if you're coming to Goa for the beaches and tourist spots. It's just a couple minutes away from Calangute Beach Road, so it's really easy to get around from the place to all the fun stuff. We had a blast for the few nights we were here and the prime location made it all possible. The apartment itself is very nice, with all the amenities as advertised. Nice TV, AC, balcony with cool view, and pretty spacious for one or two people. The kitchen is nice and comes stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc., that you need if you want to cook in. The host was very helpful before, during, and after our trip. He always checked up on us and helped out greatly with directions from the airport. Great communication and availability! And caretakers all live in the same building so there's always somebody available to help if anything is ever needed. The host really goes above and beyond to make sure any help you need is just a call away.

Stayed with family (2 Adults and a child) for 4 nights. Roshan helped us find our way to the place and kept in touch periodically to check for any issues with our stay. The AC, TV, Refrigerator and Iron box worked fine and there were no water, power or neighbor issues. Hot & cold water was available in the bath. Though we did not cook, equipment and cutlery were available. We did not find the need to hire a car or scooter and used Public transport (half a furlong away) and Auto for commuting to the beaches and restaurants. The place is 10 minutes from Calangute and Baga and 2 Kms from Candolim. This is purely a budget place and facilities provided, location and pricing merit a rating of FIVE. Improvement suggestion: Upkeep of building premises on the ground and staircase.

Kirsty's place should be the best if you are in North Part of Goa. Any issues in finding the apartment, you may call Kirsty and she'd more than available to navigate you. The Apartment is Neat, Clean, Calm and very close to daily needs stores and wine shops. We and our little daughter had a great time spending lazy afternoon at pool with great sitting area besides it. We had lunch from the very affordable menu for a nearby restaurant that has a home delivery. You can find it in the room. Absolutely no interference from the host of staff side. Calangute - 5 minutes ride. Baga - 10 minutes ride. Candolim - 10 minutes ride. We preferred Candolim beach area as it is calm with lesser tourists. Also suggest "Sea Palm" at Small Vagator to spend a lazy day with the most affordable menu and silent environment. Thanks Kirsty!!

The place is near by to the Calangute beach and good hotels, We did not have any issue for food or going around the city from here . The apartment itself is very operational with wi-fi,power backup and a mini kitchen . Good enough for two people or family of 4 with kids .

We had on a vacation trip for three days in Goa and booked this place. It is around 45 km. from Goa Airport and took 1.15 hr to reach at the place. Overall it was a great stay here we have enjoyed a lot the place, flat was net and clean, though it is located at the centre of Goa where Baga Beach is 3 km. and Calangute Beach is also similar which take 10-15 mins if we will walk. Anuja Beach and Anjuna fort is around 7-8 km from the location which is also comfortable if you have hire any vehicle. Highly recommended place to stay here. Thanks Kristy for accommodation. Will ask friends to stay at your place and in near future once I will plan will for Goa again I will prefer your place. Thanks

This was my first AirBNB stay and was above and beyond my expectations. The property was as described, very upmarket and a nice experience for my India trip. Location was great, internet was fast and uninterrupted and apartment was cleaned daily. Its a good place to stay with your family or frnds. Basic requirements are available for a comfortable stay.

Well you always have great expectations from a GOA Trip and to on a New Year's Eve. First you need is a place to stay and Gitane and Santosh"s Place is the one for you. Santosh was right there for us since our trip started. He arranged for the airport pickups and drops, the bikes, prepared itinerary for us, the island trip, kept the milk, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. The places where to eat and what all to try. They really made our trip memorable though we could not meet Gitane but Santosh was there for us. Now the place, its a great apartment, clean, cosy, comfortable , spacious, the kitchen is great, everything works superbly be it the geyser, a.c, t.v and very well maintained apartment. The location is also very prime the public transport, shops, restaurants are a mere 2-3 min walk. We fell in love with this place. Thanks Gitane and Santosh for making our trip a memorable one for us. Next time me or any of my friends visit Goa, it is always gonna b a stay at Gitane and Santosh's. No washroom doormat, no ashtray was there. Aquaguard was also not working fine. Although the host is reachable through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) but he was mainly communicating through a guy named suresh. And Suresh is the rudest person we've met in Goa, he just did not care about what we needed. And after check out he threatened us of a bad review in airbnb as we were "taking his time" then he was not even looking at us. This guy made us hate airbnb. We reached there 1 hour before.and told the host to just keep our bags and we will check in after 2pm. But he just told that he cannot help and left. He did the same thing when checking out. We got many apartments at the same complex charging much lesser. "You guys are taking my time" this is the sentence your manager Suresh told us. There was no washroom doormat, we forced to use a towel to wash our legs. And he told "This is why we don't rent to group of guys". I told the host on my very first message that me and my 3 friends are going. That time he/she should have told me. Did not expect this kind of words. Otherwise Santosh was very good to us and apartment was awesome.

It was a nice Stay in Calangute. Maintained very well. We stayed here for 3days and it was a great time in Goa.

Good things first - The property is located at a convenient location right on the main road about 200 - 300 mtrs from the beach and is exactly as described. One can cross the road and walk along any of the side roads on the other side to reach the beach in about 5 - 10 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants around the property to suit every budget. The property is located inside a residential apartment complex and hence not a commercial area. The property is well furnished and the care taker is actually the same guy who maintains the apartment complex. Hence, he is always available. The host always stays in touch with the guests, calling them regularly to ensure things are fine and is also game to accommodate requests such as an early check-in or a late check-out; provided there are no back to back bookings. Not so good things - The property seemed to have been closed for weeks or may be months. Hence, there was the smell of dampness and lack of air circulation when we checked in. This smell remained for the two days that we stayed at the property. The flat being on the top floor had very low pressure in the shower and made it difficult to wash off the sands. There was a thin layer of dust on the furniture and the utensils in the kitchen, hence we did not feel like using the kitchenware. The block in which this property is has about 9 flats, of which only two others had people living in them apart from ours. The rest seemed to be locked without lights. This made it a little scary for us, however everything went fine.

We stayed here for 5 days in the last week of December. It was indeed one of the best value for money place in Goa during that time. The spacious 1BHK flat is well furnished and very neatly kept. Being less than 2 mins from the candolim beach, makes it a perfect place to stay after parties in the shacks. Mr. Reddy, the owner is a very nice man, a great host, super helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The house was neat and tidy in a nice touristy neighborhood. It is near to the Candolim beach and there are numerous restaurants nearby. You can also do grocery shopping if you walk 5-10 minutes up north. The unit is located in the second floor and the absence of lift could be a problem if you have elders visiting. All in all it was a great experience.

We had a good stay at Mr. Reddy's Apartment. The apartment is about 7 min walk to the beach and is well furnished and neat. It is right on the main Candolim road with lot of eateries around. It looks just like in the pictures. There was also drinking water, eggs and bread for us upon our arrival and the kitchen was functional. Though we did not meet Mr. Reddy in person, he was well in touch with us and provided some useful little tips. There was a helper over there who helped us out when we called him for any help we required. The only concern and request we have to the host is to get the piping of the gas changed completely since there was an incident wherein the gas was leaking from the pipe in the kitchen and it caught fire. Luckily we were right there when it happened and could douse it immediately. When we called the helper he immediately came and cut and fixed the leaking part of the pipe. However I would still request Mr.Reddy to completely change the pipe since this is a matter of safety. Other than that one incident, our stay was very wonderful and we would love to come back if ever in Goa.

This was an excellent find. Great location, 5 mins walk from the beach, and in the heart of Candolim. But being in a housing society it had it's own peace and tranquility. The building looks a bit old from outside, but is excellent and we'll maintained inside. The host was very helpful and followed up with me multiple times to ensure our stay was fine. I would definitely look up this property again the next time I visit.

The location was really (URL HIDDEN) was on the main road surrounded by a lot of cafes and (URL HIDDEN) was around 5 kms from Baga Beach but the place was really amzing. I will definitely come here for my next visit.The host was very helpful. He called us to ensure our stay was good and if we need anything.They arranged two-wheeler also and booked cab for airport. Bhushan and Dev were not only excellent hosts but also doubled up as good friends and our Goa guides. Right from our early morning check in at 5 am till our very last day, we met Dev several times and he has come up with different ways of celebrating Goa. We never experienced Goa like the way we did this time. Dev suggested us new places for dining and sight seeing. Right from offering us beers as soon as we stepped in till the last moment we sat in our car on our way back home. He left us with a long lasting impression. The studio apartment offered was freshly painted and well kept with all basic items like Gas, pan, cups, glasses and also all toiletries. Should we need anything, Dev was just our man Friday every single day. I strongly recommend everyone to chose Dev/ Bhushan to be your Goa host at least once. We will surely be coming back for more.

The apartment is ideally located. Its 5 mins away from Baga & Calangute and still is able to provide the calm and quite one looks forward to while on a vacation. The building architecture is very well done and is unique in a great way. Swimming Pool is clean. A great morning ritual. Every single thing inside the apartment is exactly the way it is seen in the pictures if not better. All the appliances work very well. Its like staying at home and carrying out the daily activities when required. The host is always a phone call away and people are there to take care of your needs and almost all times. Couches and Beds are very cozy. The place is friendly for working on a laptop. The house furniture is great quality and very thoughtful. Amazing Balcony is another relaxing spot. Overall it was a great experience. Recommended without any second thoughts. Suitable for anyone - couple, friends or family. My stay here was amazing and it couldn't be better especially when you are here with your family. We all felt like home. It was so neat and tidy and amazingly managed. Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laveena's flat. She has maintained the flat in impeccable condition. The flat is spacious, airy and designed very well! Every electrical appliance like Tv, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Ac etc. were in perfect working condition. The photos of the flat, in her profile are 100% accurate. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Apartment: Wonderful place with tasteful interiors and as soon as you enter the apartment you can tell that a lot of effort and thought went into designing it. All your basic necessities are well taken care of and it is truly a home away from home. Location: Baga, calangute beaches are closeby about 4 km away, Anjuna and vagator are also not far about 9km. You have a few of super markets nearby. You would need a vehicle to go around. Host: Laveena is an amazing host! She truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond in ensuring you have a great holiday. Even without asking she graciously offered us a late check-out (4pm)! Excellent place to stay, very near to baga and calangute beach. Had a great experience, i would totally recommend this place to all. very reasonablly priced with good amenities. sunil was very helpful, contacted us well in advance and always replied to our queries instantly.

The house is at a central place but not near to any beach it would be good if u like walking though we had to take taxi everywhere. The room was a bit small but clean n no other problems with the infrastructure. I would like to suggest that the checkout time should not be this rigid n if u want the room empty u should inform the people staying that they would be charged. Sunil was quite sweet at that time but afterwards he is demanding money which is not cool. He should have let it be a good memory.

Good place! Residential area. Close enough to Calangute which worked out well for us! Would have liked it better had there been Wifi as the network is a bit low overall in Goa. Caretaker was helpful throughout from checking us in to guiding us even after we had checked out. The host too was in touch throughout to make sure we had a comfortable stay! The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for anyone reading this. Mostly everything was up to expectation, if not exceeding it!

The host sunil was always in touch with us on the phone and helped us navigate to his house which has a very great location ,just near the titos lane,you cannot get a better house than this at this price ,the house was very spacious and had two balconies ,though the view from the balcony was not that good but still i had a very good and comfortable stay.

Unfortunately I never met Sunil. He was easy to reach via message for most of the time and was helpful by offering some tips about the shops and restaurants around his place. The check-in did not work that well, nobody picked up the phone and i had expected something more personal, maybe that the person checking us in could speak some basic english. The apartment has a perfectly working AC, kitchen and bathroom provided all that's necessary. The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all in my oppinion, but that's okay. What i did not like at all was that there was sand inside the bed and on the floor right after we checked in. Overall I recommend Sunils place to people who are traveling on a budget, like we did. If you don't mind spending a little extra money, you'll probably find better places. Thank you for the stay Sunil, I'm sorry we did not have the chance to meet each other.

Very good location, close to walkable from calangute beach. Good pubs and restaurants close to the apartment. Care taker was very helpful. Sunil coordinated very well and responded to messages and calls.

Aniceto and his family are very warm people who run Sabina's, a very quaint property in Goa. The place is not very far from north goa waterholes but if you hire a scooter or car to move around, you'll have to drive for about twenty to thirty minutes after you're drunk and that's why the location is a little out of reach. But it's not inaccessible at the same time. About 7 kilometers from calanghute etc. There is no Gas burner to cook but you get breakfast and tea/coffee in the morning. The house and rooms are cute and overall it's not bad at all for a budget stay. A basic stay depending and nice people!

Great location: about 10- 15 minutes from Calangute and Baga beach by a two/four wheeler. Very quiet area for stay. Aniceto arranged a cab for us and even lent us his two wheeler (for a small additional cost). He guided us about the nearby attractions and looked after us like family. The room was spacious with 2 balconies equipped with the basic amenities: a double bed, 2 chairs each: for the room and the balcony, a table and a fridge a TV and a cupboard. It is an ideal place for a budget stay, having a two wheeler over a four wheeler helps in Goa as most of the roads are narrow.

The place was good. Location is great, near from Baga beach. Pool facility was also great. Viren & Ajit were helpful. But we faced one problem that they couldn't solve. One advice: please keep all the keys with tag of their flat number tag so no one in future will face the same problem.

Viren’s home was a really nice place to stay.It was clean, calm and well (URL HIDDEN) was more than what we expected.Excellent hospitality. I felt like,I was in my own home. and thanks to maintanance guy Akshay he helped us a lot, he extended our check out time for 3hrs

Hi viren! I personally found your apartment very spacious. The surrounding was full of lust green trees. Ambience was exactly the same i wanted!!!! It was really a safe and wonderful experience there as it was high on security measures. We were in a group of 6 with girls as well in the group and everyone has the same opinion. We were even entertained for an early check-in. Housekeeping proved to be a great help. All the household machineries were in proper running condition, be it AC ,fridge,toaster, etc. Swimming pool was awesome.. We enjoyed alot and hope to get back to the place again in the future.

For the quality, cleanliness, and service you can't beat this place. Viren was very helpful throughout. The swimming pool is clean and maintained, the rooms were spacious. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The caretaker was friendly and professional. Looking forward for future visits :)

This is NOT the first time I have been here... Russel is an amazing host n his place is just great... It's near the main road but far enough from the hassle to enjoy a noise free stay... I would rate the stay more than 5 stars but that's not the option I have

Place is well appointed and well maintained, with a nice pool. Russel was a very helpful host. Several restaurants/shops within walking distance. Fox's Fiesta and Florentine are both very good.

Place was good easily accessible from Clagnute and Baga, Sarah is a good host always a message away and response quickly, property is very clean as shown in pictures got rented bike within the society. Overall good experience and appreciated.

I am writing this review because I know how important is to know about a place where you wanna (URL HIDDEN) here it is This appartment is in Calangute. If rent a bike or scooter you can reach to the Calangute beachbwithin 5-7 mints and by walk it will take around 15 mints. Condolim and bagha beach are also very close by scooter it takes around 15-20 mints. Restaurants and shops are very close. We took a fully furnished studio apartment on rent which was as it is as shown in the pictures room were very clean and there is Kitchen as well with a Gas,utensils, tea maker and a fridge. Sarah is a very nice host and makes sure that you are comfortable with everything. There is a pool as well in the society which We could not use as it was not operational.

Place is very close to beach, loved and enjoyed staying. Sarah is a good host.

What a brilliant find! Its not the easiest place to get to on public transport but once you've got a scooter sorted (which Jason and his team are more than happy to help with) its perfect! Really friendly staff who can't do enough for you and the pool was a great place to cool down in the afternoon heat! Would recommend!

I stayed at Ginza's place wiyh my wife for 3 days, but i wished i could stay longer. Amazing apartment, fully furnished, well equiped, perfectly located, felt just like home... Goagaga truly lives upto its name. In Ginza I found one of the most detailed and thorough host. Her attention to detail about all the aspects of the trip was immaculate starting from the booking to the reconfirmation, to the arrival and directions. She even sent me the list of things and places to visit. Her feedback was immaculate and came very handy. My wife and I were spoilt for the choices that she shared through her personal culinary and shopping experiences. BTW, Ginza does not stay in Goa. She managed all this remotely. Speaks volumes for the efforts that she had put in to make our stay pleasant and memorable. She just went out of the way to suggest places and actually book some restaurants for us. The property is conveniently located in a quit neighbourhood, but you would need to have your own personal transport, I hired a car through Ginza's Man Friday Niranjan, I got a good car at a equally good rate The property is in a good condition, fairly spaced out with a nice balcony and all the amenities that a small family would want. The Apartment had all the necessary comforts for a lazy holiday, well equipped kitchen, Clean bathroom along with a washing machine for convenience. There are conveniently located shops and a nice super market nearby. The apartment block by itself was private in its own way, we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Help is on hand by calling Niranjnan. A maid came everyday for cleaning. The best part of staying on your own is the convenience of being able to plan your holiday at leisure. A long stay in goa is such a comforting feeling, it gets better when we stay in a good property. Eating Local Bread and Sausages for breakfast, Leisurely spending a lazy lunch in a shack and hopping around shopping. Life cant get better. Thanks Ginza for the excellent stay. Hope to be Goa soon.
