This tiny house is absolutely perfect for a cozy night in. It's beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, as well as very clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through the Durham area!

Jay and Mary’s place is in a really cute neighborhood. If you are traveling to raleigh to explore Id say you might want to either bring a car or stay a little closer to all the “stuff”. My fiancé and I ended up ubering every day. But it is such a good value, and so clean. They were very helpful with providing recommendations and were very communicative. My only complaint was that I wanted a full length minor. which is so minor I maybe shouldn’t even mention it! 10 stars if I could.

We came to Raleigh for a concert nearby. We chose Jay and Mary's place because it was in our price range, was in a fantastic location, and looked like a beautiful place to stay! We were suprised by how well put together the space was, and the thoughtful touches that were provided. Such as shampoo/conditioner, extra towels, cotton balls/swabs, snacks, oatmeal, etc. The location was perfect! Within a 10 minute drive of everything we wanted to do and see. Theres also a hub of great local restaurants nearby. I didnt personally meet the hosts, but my partner did and he said they were extremely kind and welcoming. Overall a fantastic place to stay! Will come again next time we take a trip up to Raleigh.

Cute above the garage apartment that's so close to everything. We never drove over 10 minutes to get anywhere. Very clean and quiet and they thoughtfully checked in on us periodically via text to make sure our stay met our expectations. Would book again.

SUCH A GREAT STAY! Jay and Mary were fantastic hosts! Great with communication, the morning of our check in a storm had taken the power out and they were great at communicating that and also with communicating when the power came on. Saturday morning they also checked in and gave a great recommendation on a place near by to eat which we checked out Sunday morning and it was delicious! As far as the place it was great! The neighborhood is beautiful, clean, safe and super close to town. All of our uber rides were under $10 which was fantastic! The space was very clean and stylish. All the amenities you need are there. This definitely isn't the place to make a meal but that is clearly stated in the description of the place so you know that going in. This was such a perfect place to stay and we if we come back to Raleigh we will be staying here!

This stay was unexpectedly perfect! It’s a guest space over a garage but it feels huge. It is right near downtown so getting an Uber was cheap and easy. There was also so many extras I wasn’t expecting. From spare toothbrushes to a hair straightener, this place literally had everything. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Raleigh!

The space is just as advertised. Very clean, simple check in/checkout and great communication from the host. Location could not be better but make sure to plan ahead as far as reservations are concerned as you’ll miss out on some of the best offerings that Raleigh has available if you don’t plan accordingly. Next time I’m in Raleigh I will be checking the availability of this option first. Would very highly recommend.

The perfect guesthouse in Raleigh if you’re looking to be close to downtown without the hustle and bustle of being right in the middle of it! Rebecca has set up a fantastic private guest space detached from their home with so many thoughtful and cozy touches that we wished we could have stayed longer! This was central to all the different Raleigh neighborhoods and made it so easy to get everywhere we were going! I highly recommend and have found my go-to bnb the next time I go to Raleigh!

If I could give this place 7 stars- I would. Set in the perfection location with multiple eateries in close proximity. This place is clean and has a quaint vibe. In the event I return for an overnight stay in Raleigh, I will check here first.

My boyfriend and I loved this space so much! It was extremely clean, such a cute space, had everything we needed (fridge, microwave, silverware) and was a perfect location to explore Raleigh and the surrounding areas! Will definitely stay here again when we’re in NC!

The place was very clean and contained all of the amenities that you would need, from a TV with Netflix to good coffee! It was perfect for what we needed and I would recommend it to anyone.

Incredibly cozy and homey nestled in an exemplary farm when considering sustainability. Really impressed with how private the space felt even though the cabin was on a working farm’s property. Amenities were more than adequate, bed was very comfortable, and the amount of natural light that came into the cabin really took the cake for us.

This place is really what we were looking for. Quiet, beautiful, pieceful, cute, magnificent, splendid, stunning, lovely! Name it all, I got nothing to say negative about this place. We met the whole family including the pigs, goats and dogs. They are all super friendly, the kids are very cute too ☺️. We wish we had stayed longer!! If you are looking for a rustic cabin get away, this is the perfect place 🙏

People always say, "we would stay here again" and we actually did! This was our second stay at Robyn and Evan's lovely cabin escape. We love the cozy cabin feel, the wood-burning stove, cooking eggs in the morning (courtesy of the hosts and chickens), and wandering around the land to see the pigs and goats. In the evenings, we worked on a puzzle while listening to music (speaker provided) and forgot we were just on the outskirts of Durham. We would definitely stay here again ;-)

If you’re thinking about booking here absolutely do it! It was wonderful!

This place was perfect for our little over night adventure to Durham. There place was very clean! Comfortable bed. I am sensitive to fragrances and was very pleased to enter a place without all the strong air fresheners that a lot of places have. I also noticed that the cleaning supplies was all organic! Highly recommend! If we ever visit Durham again, I hope to stay here.

Quaint little private cottage near Northgate Mall. Ioved the artsy theme and full kitchen was nice. It was very clean . I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Durham for Duke games💙

Jake was Very accommodating this was our second stay. He had no problem with us staying another day when we had a change of plans. His house is Very clean he even has a nice Turtle and bottom-feeding fish that were so cute and not shy ☺️ we never got to meet the Cat though. He has Alexa in the living room which we enjoyed because it felt like a little concert. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is in a convenient spot (right in between the two rooms!) And his computer set up was cool and we’ve even seen what we believe to be a 3D printer?! 😎 which was Awesome to witness ! Thanks for having us Jake.. we’ll be back ! 🥳

Come prepared with toiletries like soap & toothpaste... besides that-This place is pretty perfect. The location is great & very walkable. I felt completely safe and did not have one bother. Philip was very quick in his responses to any questions I had. The house was comfortable & accommodating. Anyone complaining about the location is just uncomfortable being around unfamiliar black people. But if it makes you more comfortable, the neighborhood is “up and coming” AKA being severely gentrified :)

I would have to agree with another review on here, I personally wouldn't walk to downtown in this neighborhood however it is only a $5 or $6 uber to downtown this place is perfect visiting downtown and the host is great with communication.

Philip was a great host! Quick to respond and even greeted us via message the next morning to make sure our first night went well! I enjoyed the stay and would stay here again!

Phil's place is a convenient affordable place in an up and coming neighborhood. Easy walk into downtown Raleigh but just enough on the edge to be restful after a day of exploring. Phil is communicative and responds very quickly.

This place was cute and cozy. After flying in super late, we ended up waking up way later than expected and Midge came to make sure we were ok and allowed us to check out late. Communication was great and she was always timely with her responses. I definitely would stay here again.

Midge is a fantastic host!!! I arrived late in the evening and had a difficult time locating the property but Midge was very accommodating in ensuring that I found the location. The condo is cute, has all of the necessary amenities, and is well stocked for a long or short term visit. If I return to the Raleigh area, I, will definitely stay again. The area is quiet and located near shopping and restaurants! Five ⭐️!

Such a great spot if you’re staying in Raleigh. On a nice quiet street and just a 20-minute walk to downtown. Caroline is a terrific host and if we end up back there we will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! Everything was near by and when we wanted to go a little further into downtown we were able to jump on the Gotcha scooters for a quick and easy 5 minute trip that would’ve taken 30 minutes walking. The condo had everything we need for a weekend getaway. There was also a binder with some great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Caroline for such a smooth process! The self check-in is a seriously great feature, and the bed is the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I have probably every stayed in. Brians's Suite was exactly as it was pictured and perfect for what we needed for our trip to Raleigh. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town. The space was clean and accommodating. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and pillows. There was a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee pot with coffee, a PS3, a hairdryer, a really nice tv, cards, games, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap were also available as well as fresh towels. Check in was seamless and there was a TON of useful information in a binder that Brian put together about his space and everything local. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this space for anyone looking to stay in Raleigh.

The queen bed was warm and comfortable. The two other air mattresses were firm. Brian had a variety of tea available plus an electric kettle. He provided paper plates for us to use. He also responded very quickly with my messages. He is definitely a generous super host. My girlfriend left her dress and offered to mail it back to her. Until next time. ;0)

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was perfect. Everything was very clean. It sets a high bar for any future Airbnb stays.

Lillian's "Mansion" is beautiful . First the sitting room is lovely...then you open the door to the bathroom, and I was blown away. The bedroom and balcony are beautiful and huge. Her home was clean and she gave me multiple tips on what to do in the area. I was surprised by the suite and that is in a great way.

A nice quiet space within walking distance to a variety of conveniences. The assigned parking space is great for travelers with a car since short drives get you to a wide range of activities like the free state museums. I would stay here again.

Beware! You will not want to leave this place. Pamper yourself and stay here. The studio is beautifully designed with high end furnishings and ample space. The bed and furniture is super comfortable; a huge tv that swivels to any angle, beautiful kitchenette and bathroom, and many more touches that show your experience is priority. The hosts are personable and helpful, yet respect your privacy. The location is quiet, yet central. Very clean, relaxing, restorative place to stay.

I think for location, price, and amenities, this generally can't be beat. You're literally blocks from downtown and only two blocks from Two Roosters so you can't go wrong! We found neighborhood parking to be pretty easy to come by which was a plus. The hospitality and communication was top notch, so I'd *generally* say don't hesitate to book here, but... I have to agree with another guest that you will definitely hear the occupants upstairs, to where I'm surprised it isn't mentioned in more reviews. Music was often playing in the mornings and throughout the day to where you can make out the lyrics easily, and footsteps are very distinct above you. We tend to sleep in a bit when we travel, and generally return in the mid-afternoon to relax and refresh before going back out for the evening, so maybe we were just unlucky by being at the house when most guests wouldn't be, but on a Sunday night the walking around kept us up until almost 12:30am, even with playing music on our phones. Maybe if you're generally watching tv when you're in the room or have some other background noise going, it won't be an issue for you. Given that it doesn't seem to be an issue for most reviewers, I'd still recommend booking here.

David was a great host and this home was in a lovely wooded area with big trees which made it very relaxing and quiet. I was grateful for the ability to put some things in the refrigerator. The bed was great and I slept really well. I appreciated help getting the suitcase up the stairs. There is also a flight down stairs to get to the building. Plenty of parking and I was able to get downtown to the museum quickly. Thank you for a great stay! I hope i get to come back.

Easy check in and check out. Super clean and we could shoot Gregg a message at any point with quick response. Can walk to anything at five points. Super comfy king bed. Great screened in porch with a swing and view of five points. About a mile from downtown, so it was really easy to get around. One of the best we've been to.

Beautiful home! Awesome location, I loved drinking coffee on the porch swing. Sound machine was a great touch as well, went to sleep listening to the ocean, in a very comfortable bed with oh so soft sheets. Only thing that would have made it better was more time there.

Gregg's place is in a fantastic location, right across the street from restaurants, bars, and the rialto. Very convenient to downtown. The bed is super comfortable and the white noise machine is a game changer. Falling asleep to the sound of a thunderstorm was the perfect way to end an evening. We stayed at Abraham & Reem's apartment for two nights during a weekend trip to Raleigh. Even though the unit was part of a big apartment complex the check-in, parking garage, and amenities were all very easy to access and instructions from Abraham & Reem were very clear. The apartment was spacious and looked just like the photos, location was excellent - within walking distance to attractions in downtown and a short drive to NCSU and PNC Arena. We would definitely look for this rental again the next time we are in town.

If you go to Raleigh, don’t stat anywhere else. They have everything you need, to one of the safest spots in downtown. We walked everywhere, including to the complete other side of downtown within 15minutes. Cozy, clean, and a very responsive host. We will be requesting this spot in the future. Make sure to sign the guest book!

The stay was lovely. Well-decorated and clean house, nice area, great hosts. The dogs didn't bother me but I could see how they might be a problem if you don't like them. Of course it also says right there they have dogs. The breakfast foods laid out were an awesome touch and really made me feel at home. Overall an excellent experience!

My teammates and I stayed here for a cycling race and the stay was amazing! We were treated to such thoughtful amenities and the host was very responsive and helpful. We were able to stay comfortably with 3 people thanks to the floor mattress and wonderful space! It was definitely a great added perk to have Ollie on the porch greeting us in the morning!!

This place was such a great find! I had classes in downtown Raleigh and wanted to be a little out of the city to avoid the traffic and noise- this was the perfect distance- about 15/20 minutes from where I needed to be. Diana and Ryan knew we were bringing our new baby, so they added a baby blanket and some bath toys to make us feel more at home. This meant so much to us! The place is just as described. Great snack selection for a quick on the go (or eat in) breakfast as well! We can’t wait to stay with Diana and Ryan again next time we are in town! Oh, and Ollie the bunny is the sweetest animal ever!

Book this place for the tub alone. It was deep and comfortable with candles on hand. Perfect for a romantic getaway or simple relaxation. The entrance is private and well maintained, Ollie is a treat, and little touches made the stay worthwhile. They had a full coffee setup with assorted creamers, teas, fruit, and pastries, a good selection of books, and overall a clean and comfortable space.

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay! Diana and Ryan were great hosts, it couldn’t have gone smoother.

Super clean and ready for us. My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend away with my dogs. Kristin had some doggie bags and snacks set up for us, and the keypad description was exactly as she told us. It was a nice place to be at for a get away, and we only had one event to go see. We ended up hanging out and watching a movie in the place to relax too.

This place is in a great central location and very clean. We appreciated the small touches to make us feel welcome.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The loft was private, very clean, and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed here after a long travel day, and I didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning! This was my first time using Airbnb and I could not have asked for a better experience! The place was so nice and homey, so I felt comfortable right away. I slept like a baby and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep when not at home with my kitties haha. Kristin was SO nice and even hugged me before I left. Such a beautiful room to stay in while in Raleigh! The bed is super comfy and the space offers the kind of comfort and tranquillity you need when staying somewhere besides your own home. Maddie has provided such a convenient smart home close to the airport, downtown and everywhere I needed to be. Her pets are the sweetest and will give so much love if you have the inclination, which I did! Amazing host with an amazing space!

Great location to downtown Raleigh! Comfortable bed, slept good. The games are an awesome touch, Jake has many to offer. Had to alter my reservation and Jake was very accommodating! Had some difficulty checking in but solved easily by Jake! Great host!

This is such a quite getaway place that’s hidden in the backyard. You are completely private with everything you need. The cottage was well decorated with things from around the world. The little notes made the place. I will definitely stay again.

This place is full of very thoughtful details. I felt at once in Sheri's home but also peeking at all the places she traveled to through the tags on her trinkets and art work throughout. I loved staying here; it was very southern and international and modern and old at the same time I loved it!

This property was welcoming, and easy to access. It had everything I needed, with no additional hassle added on top of a work trip. It was much more accommodating than the typical hotel room.

The only thing I didn’t like about this house was that I couldn’t stay longer! Beautiful space. Items from all over the world, anything you need, parking, great neighborhood, and a record player with albums I’d play at my own home. It was so great. Don’t hesitate to stay.

This was a cozy little bedroom and bathroom suite in the back of the house, overlooking a fabulous garden with a patio you can sit on. Very homey. Steve and Trish thoughtfully stocked the fridge with milk which I used in my morning tea, and treats. They communicated responsively and were very accommodating. While I was there, Steve made a point to be very friendly and available, but at no time during my stay did I ever lack for a sense of having my own space. The neighborhood is calm, charming and an easy walk to restaurants and downtown. Great stay overall!

Steve and Trish were wonderful hosts, and the space was perfect for our weekend stay. They provided everything we needed, from snacks to tons of information about the area and recommendations, and the suite is super cute and comfortable. The separate entrance has a key code lock which made check-in super easy. The neighborhood is so cute--I just wanted to walk around all day, but it's also an easy 15 minute walk to everything downtown. My only regret is it was too cold to sit out in the garden!!
