I have always loved Rincon. Its people and atmosphere make you feel like you are at home. The place is nice and quiet. Within the emergency facing Puerto Rico we had some inconveniences, but the owner was aware that our stay was the best possible. We will be back.

A warm place that makes you feel at home

Boho chic studio space. 5 studios there, most stay one to a few days. Nice to meet people. Sylvia and Pablo are very helpful and responsive. Pablo does tours all over the island. Snorkeling was great!

Very nice place. Outdoor shower, with warm, not hot water, but it was fine for my needs. The spiral staircase is narrow, so pack accordingly or you will have a hard time fitting. It was nice having breakfast in the mornings. I am already missing the coquoi frogs singing at night.

We had a wonderful stay here in San Juan! The place is very stylish and the area was great, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shops for exploring. The hosts were super accommodating and friendly. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for anyone going to San Juan.

Our stay in the treehouse was absolutely amazing! The space was beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches, and comfort in mind. Waking up every day was a dream. We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on our private deck in the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a fun element. The treehouse is close to the beach, where we spent most of our time. The communal kitchen and outdoor space was gorgeous. Shout out to Jose who was super helpful and sweet, he made us truly feel at home. We loved it and can't wait to return!

This space was really relaxed and laid back. The room was adorable and the outdoor shower awesome. The downstairs garden / hang out space was beautiful and having access to the hotel for breakfast was amazing! Food incredible. So close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here if your comfortable with minimal and cozy amenities and are willing to be a bit adventurous getting around on foot. A car is an option but walking and getting to know the neighborhood is way more fun.

Sylvia’s place is a must-see! It was my favorite experience in my 8 days in Puerto Rico by far. She has amazing taste, amenities and recommendations. The outdoor space is so cool and welcoming. The hammocks, fountain, outdoor kitchen, and lights definitely exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the outdoor showers! It was in the middle of all of the action. Jose was very welcoming and attentive to our needs as well. We would highly recommend her place and can’t wait to check out her hotel, the Dreamcatcher, nearby. If you stay here you can enjoy the amenities of the hotel, which is less than a block from the beach and has yoga, delicious breakfast and massages available. Just make sure you sign up for yoga the night before. I can’t say enough good things about her place! Thanks again Sylvia and Jose!

WE ALREADY UNDERSTAND BECAUSE IT IS CALLED VILLALBA. It is a villa with a safe view of dawn. We have no words to describe how beautiful and spiritual it was to stay at that Ranch. We would have loved to stay longer, but we will surely return in some future for a longer stay.

This airbnb is very beautiful and has a great location overlooking a natural scenery. It felt very private and the room was decorated nicely, with several essentials like a fridge, coffee maker, conventional oven, glasses and cups, utensils, towels, soap, a hair blower, etc. It is only a short drive to the beach/main town and the owners are very nice and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place to everyone. The pool was cold though, but everything else was perfect.

If you’re wondering if you should book Felix’s place, do it! This studio is better than a hotel room—incredibly sleek, unbelievably clean and boasting an incredible view. Felix’s recommendations only added to our trip! The beach is less than a block away, and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful place with a spectacular view and very full of peace and tranquility.

Tucked away about a mile off from the main area with amazing views and privacy. There was only three of us and had the whole place for ourselves for a very reasonable price given the per person fee. You only need a golf cart, not a car, but you should definitely get a golf cart to travel around the island. Taxies are cheap but take forever.

Fede’s place has a great location, has an amazing view of the bay, is spacious, well equipped and has a dock for your boat, one of the few homes in Culebra with it. I would recommend Fede’s place to anyone looking for location, plenty of space and an amazing view.

If you do not stay with Coral, then you are not doing yourself service. Her place is just as the pictures show, has excellent amenities and a great location. My wife has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and was very impressed. Don’t miss out. Stay with Coral. You won’t be disappointed.

What a gorgeous view! We loved sitting out on the balcony eating at the cute table and chairs out there. The Apt. has everything you need. The bed was very comfy, nice kitchen and bathroom, lovely décor, with many special touches. We rented a car, and it was so nice to have a free parking spot in the garage. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and Isla Verde beach is so beautiful with nice sand, and it is a great beach to walk on. Pueblo supermarket and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Coral was great! Very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from her and we hope to again!

She provides a lot of amenities for your use. Responds to your messages. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and would definitely love to come back. our stay at casa valencia was amazing, so much more than I expected from an affordable air bnb. I would recommend this place to ANYONE, in a great spot, horse’s, roosters and cows All over, gets you away from that beachh feel and brings you to a quiet italian villa. Its great. Everything was so clean, as for water pressure and temp, well youre in puerto rico what do you expect?! Haha anywYs. Will definitely stay again. Too bad its very booked up but i can see why. ‘

Casa Florencia (Unit 6) is a wonderful and charming place to stay. The amenities are great. The host provided wonderful suggestions to eat and beaches. The Coquís serenading in the evening was tranquil. I'd definitely return back and extend my stay. Much as gracias!

Great place. Good location. Pool was beautiful and although other people were staying in different parts of the apartment we saw no one at the pool either day. The only thing I can complain about is the shower doesn’t have a ton of pressure and it doesn’t get very hot. But that’s honestly kinda normal for Puerto Rico so I wasn’t surprised. Over all great stay!

LoL Plenty of linens, space.... everything we needed to cook our meals.... we absolutely loved our stay! We miss the sound of the waves already! Yanira and Steven’s cottage is very adorable. It has everything we needed. And they even left us some messages, wine and chocolates. Very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay. Especially the access to the beach right behind the house.

The place is truly spectacular, a beautiful view right in front of the sea, secure and private parking available, very clean and well equipped place, air conditioning, internet availability and entertainment available with Netflix, Hulu and YouTube among others.

If your searching for the perfect spot off the ocean, this is the place you want to be. Don't worry if you forgot some necessities, the host has you covered! The sunsets are to die for and the memories last a life time. Stop searching and BOOK ASAP!

This place was wonderful. Francis was an incredible host, extremely gracious and so excited that we were visiting his hometown in Arecibo/Islote. The place was beautiful and removed from all the hustle and bustle of San Juan. Can’t say enough good things!

Wow where to start! Our stay with Francis was the best Airbnb host experience we have ever had. The location is perfect with a bar in your backyard and the beach across the street. A short drive to the store, gas stations, other beaches, local attractions, and restaurants. Francis is a fantastic host he will offer you; fresh coconut water, homemade coconut ice cream, to be your tour guide (surfing lessons, snorkeling, and local secrets). We loved how passionate Francis is about being an AirBnb host. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home. We stayed for a whole week and wish we could have stayed longer! You will not be disappointed staying here.

I can’t find a words for explain how was beautiful and amazing there...I got ocean feelings, I’m very happy that I met you, dear friend! Francis is unbelievable man! So kind, friendly, shining, caring. We got an amazing friend. We strongly(!!!) recommend this place. Beach it’s shock-empty, huge, incredibly beautiful!!!! Our house-this is art. All what you need there. When we came we found bottle of wine and candies from Francis! Also he brought for us delicious cake and very help us after check out. Like all others before I was amazed by the container that Francis build. It is small, yet feels roomy. There is also a showery surprise around the corner that was maybe my favorite place of the whole area. Book it, you won't be dissapointed.

Wow where do we start with how fantastic the experience is staying at Francis’s shipping container! Francis is a wonderful host who goes completely above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We were traveling with our 3 yo and 4 month old and Francis was very helpful with anything we needed, even lending us some milk! The bottle of wine was much appreciated and my daughter LOVED the homemade coconut ice cream! The house is a shipping container, it is small but laid out in a way that it doesn’t feel small, everything is thought about and every detail is there. It is glamping at its finest! The Tiki bar at the end of the driveway was super cute and had fantastic cocktails. We loved it here! We will be coming back without the kids so we can really enjoy the romance of the place! Thank you Francis!

If you’ve never had experienced a tropical getaway in your life this is the best place to do so by far. The host (Francis) will receive you with a warm welcome to his house and his lifestyle. The place has everything you need to just focus on a truly peaceful tropical paradise. With the beach located as close as a 2 minute walk across the street, I definitely recommend a early morning walk with a cup of coffee at the beach. You’ll find a list of things to do near by or you can freely ask Francis and he’ll be happy to recommend good places. To make the experience even more espectacular, the host gave us the famous fresh cold coconuts with a straw and homemade coconut ice cream. This is the most relaxed i’ve been and it truly felt like home, the host makes sure of that.

We stayed right after the earthquakes happened and Francis made our stay great! We were comfortable and loved everything about our stay. We would def go back!

This place is what you expect and more. The treehouse was an experience of its own. All the amenities are there and it is very spacious. The mosquito net is very helpful for the bugs that come out at night. There is warm water and beautiful lights that brighten the night around you. I definitely recommend this place for those travelers who want to get in touch with nature. I even met with Janine who toured my girlfriend and I around her garden. Amazing people.

We like absolutely everything! The place is amazing, super spacious, perfect location, extremely clean, with several amenities, including beach equipment (parasols, chairs and beach towels)! The stay at Costa Bela was so fabulous! Extra touches everywhere and host was very helpful and quick to any requests! The restaurant he suggested was really a great find and food there was Puerto Rican delicacies and a free Pina Colada for mentioning Costa Bela sent us!!! The atmosphere of the place was so tropical and great for a very relaxing vacation and having the beach so close made it perfect!

This location was wonderful. Just up the road from really cool eating spots and the beach. Also D'spa just 2 min drive and they offer wonderful spa services at great prices. The aquidilla airport is 6 min away. San Juan airport is 2 hrs away so make note of that. I love how the space is modern. With a cool shared courtyard that's a nice place to meet other travellers for a laugh or two. They provide beach chairs, towels a cooler, beach umbrella and even toiletries in case you forgot something. The complimentary coffee was much appreciated. They were building a rooftop when we were there will be interested to see what that's like if we're able to return. We'd definitely return by the way. Was the perfect backdrop for a girls/sister trip!

Less than a block from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen! The unit itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the 4 included keurig pods. Would stay here again if I return to Aguadilla!

This place was everything I expected and more. The pictures does it no justice. It’s much nicer in person. The location was great... right on the beach and close to stores, airport and restaurants. George provides a lot of helpful equipment and other necessities. Worth every penny!

I had an amazing experience at this stay, I wish I could’ve even stood for longer. Walking distance to the beach and pool, even all the restaurants/fast foods. Everything was clean and we found lots of cool amenities in the closets for example the board games, sun block, beach chairs, towels, and the view from the balcony was awesome as well. Would definitely be coming back here. Thank you again George!

The space is very modern and super clean! It is definitely as shown in pictures, but when you see it in person, it wows even more. The beach is right behind and there are many food options around. Having a free parking spot is great if you plan to rent a car. Check in instructions are clear. George had reached out when we booked to let us know about the earthquakes, which was a very nice thing of him to do.

George is an awesome and caring host. His apartment is very conveniently located, gorgeously renovated, very clean and has everything to feel like home. George was very quick to respond, help, answer questions, and provide guidance. We're feeling safe and supportive. Despite an unexpected events like earthquake and power outage during our stay we had fantastic experience in Puerto Rico. Feeing very happy and grateful for choosing his apartment!

Loved George’s place! It was clean, right on the beach, and easy access to great restaurants. We rented a car and the parking spot was perfect. Highly recommend! Also, George is super responsive and helpful.

This place was absolutely perfect for our NYE trip to Puerto Rico. It’s very close to the airport and only 10-15 minutes from Old San Juan. Having the direct access to the beach with all the beach accessories you’d need included (chairs, umbrella, coolers, even toys and life jackets for kids if you have them). The apartment looks just as pictured with really cool lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. There is a small grocery store as well as a CVS and a couple fast food options directly across the street. There is a larger grocery store about a 5 minute drive away if you are looking to buy a lot of food. We only planned to cook breakfast during our stay and was able to find everything we needed just from crossing the street! George was great with communication before and during our stay. He even went out of his way to have the apartment cleaned earlier to accommodate our early flight. I will definitely book this space again for future trips to Puerto Rico!

This is a great place to stay if you want to stay in Aguadilla. There isn't much in this town. Many buildings are empty and simple tasks like getting coffee require getting back in the car. The store front is cute but there is nothing nearby.

DARLING apartment! It’s very clean and the bed is super comfy! This micro apartment is protected by 2 sets of gates, and has a locking screen door.... for open air sleeping. AC works great! Has a mini fridge and a microwave. Charming charming spot! The owner also owns a little local convenience store within the property... and it’s open pretty late. Great local coffee/breakfast shop across the street. Safe walking distance to the beach and the downtown square ... but if you’re walking.... head directly to the street that has the beach.... I didn’t feel comfortable walking the neighborhood streets. but it’s literally a 5 minute walk. My favorite part about this town was my air bnb :)

Carlos place is great. My friend and I were beat coming down from San Juan so we went to bed pretty soon after we arrived. The street was empty and dark when we arrived and we walked around and nothing happened to us so it’s pretty safe. There a “malecón” just down the street that is cool to check out during the day and at night. There is also a cafe next to the place where you can have some breakfast and coffee. It’s really convenient. Also, This is a good place for someone staying for more than 1 night because it has a washing machine and everything.

Comfortable bed and great value! Short drive to beaches and only 2 blocks from the ocean. Many restaurants within walking distance. The washer and dryer came in handy!

Location was great. AC worked very well. Everything was as expected. Alexis was very helpful and answered always quickly. The neighborhood is pretty lively so if you’re light sleeper you might want to take that into account. Didn’t bother us that much. Alexis also provided earplugs which was awesome.

This location can not be beat! It’s on a gorgeous street nearby some of the best restaurants in Old San Juan. You can get anywhere in Old San Juan in about ten minutes. The space itself was absolutely perfect for one person. It does get a bit loud as it is on a busy street and above a garage door, but the hosts offer earplugs and a sound machine to make the stay more peaceful. It was great and I hope to return someday!

Alexis was very helpful when it came to recommending things to do locally. The space was clean and spacious. We loved that it was keyless entry and that we were right in the middle of old San Juan. There were so many restaurants/bars as well as local shops that we easily walked to. We also walked to the beach and Castillo de San Cristóbal fort in less than 10 minutes! There were plenty of extra towels and toiletries if we needed them. There was a sound machine and ear plugs to drown out the street noise and we slept like babies! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Awesome location in old San Juan. Literally you can’t beat it! It’s close to everything!!!! Like 2-3 blocks close. Alexis was extremely responsive and flexible, allowing us to extend the reservation to stay one extra night. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!

Great location right in the center of Old San Juan. Everything was in walking distance. Alexis was great with communication and recommendations. When there was an issue with water being turned off in the area Alexis was prompt with his response on how to help and explained the situation. It was fixed right away but it was great to feel like he cared. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was clean and easy to find. The space was simple, but it had everything we needed. The true value of this place is the location! You are moments from a beautiful beach- walking there could not be more convenient! Also, there is a great bakery and restaurant nearby called Kasalta; President Obama once ate there! Thank you Jorge and Gabriel for a pleasant stay.

This is within 5 min walk to the beach, and with several levels of security, we felt very safe. It is also close to the highway which was a plus as we took several trips outside of San Juan. We enjoyed breakfast in the cozy outdoor area. We did not mind the limited space as we were there to enjoy activities and the outdoors.

The place is nice, very clean, everything you need in the apartment, very safe neighborhood close to the beach. We liked!

Amazing find! Less than 1 block from the beach and a 5 min walk to “restaurant row.” He made perfect recommendations for dinner and the ad doesn’t describe how close this place is to the beach. Love how secure it is too, that was a positive for us also. Definitely would stay here again.

Jorge's place is RIGHT on the beach. I would say maybe a 3 min walk total? The beach in that area is very nice and clean and the Kite surfers are out, making the people watching SO awesome! The studio apartment was a really great value. Check in was a breeze, we felt very safe, and there is even auto lights that light the way at night, which, as a cis woman - I found extremely priceless. The apartment has a good sized fridge, espresso maker, stove, A/C, and all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very nice as well. I felt safe walking after dark and there were a lot of places to eat within walking distance! Our favorite was the vegetarian cafe! All in all I would definitely recommend again!

Jorge's place is in a gated community, which makes you feel very safe. Plenty of street parking at all times and walkable to any location in Ocean Park. If you need an affordable place in the area for a night, a recommend staying here.

The apt Mr. Carlos Javier is close to cinemas, commercial stores, and the airport. But it has a cafeteria and many other stores, including a supermarket. Carlos Javier was a super host the arrival was comfortable as well as the comfortable and quiet place, it has an equipped kitchen plus electronic equipment. The apt It is clean and comfortable. We will be back soon. Thank you Carlos Javier for your kindness.

Totally worth it

The apartment was super clean, with good hot water. There's also a nice patio area and my room had a screen door on it, so I could leave the door open for a breeze (their is AC but I prefer fresh air). There isn't much in the area by way of food on the weekend, but it was also quiet at night. The only downside is that the wall between units 2 and 3 is pretty thin and I could all conversations next door. Would stay here again.

This is a well-designed, clean, stylish studio apartment. We loved being able to cook our own food. Walking distance from the beach, with amenities like mini-market near by.

The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It was clean and tidy, and all appliances worked. The area is very convenient, with multiple restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. Good value versus hotels of a similar quality.

So.. the pictures that are provided does not do this place enough justice. Polet had everything you could need. Towels, iron, shower gel, shampoo, coffee maker, plates, wine glasses. I'm the type of person who needs a fan to sleep. Well here I slept with no a/c and no fan. It was so peaceful. I hate that I had to leave but Illdef be back. Oan: I traveled alone and I felt very safe with the security and the neighborhood it was in. Everyone was friendly for the most part!

Polet’s place is in the center or everything! We didn’t need a car! We could hear the ocean from anywhere in the space! Super easy to communicate with Polet! Love her place, we will be back!

Polet’s condo was an amazing place to stay for our short stay in San Juan. Literally right on the beach! Also right down the street from all the great restaurants and bars. Stylish, great AC, and has everything you’d need for a great beach day. Polet gave us a long list of places to eat and things to do the day before we arrived. She was super quick to respond any time we had a question and always answered thoroughly. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome!! The view, location, pool, beach; we will definitely be back! In the heart of the busy strip in San Juan where you can walk everyone or short cheap uber rides. The beach is private and amazing with the pool right next to it! Polet was always in touch with us along the way on this booking and super helpful with great tips! Polet's place is wonderful! Located on Ashford Avenue in Condado the location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants or the beach. We spent most of our days by the pool which was very spacious and always had chairs available for sunbathing. The view from the unit over the water is incredible, and we felt very safe at the property with security guards monitoring access 24/7. We would absolutely stay at Polet's place again when we are back in San Juan!

This place was amazing. The view from the balcony was beatiful. Excellent place just a few minutes away from the Yunque and a very quick drive to the beach in Luquillo. There are a LOT of places to eat nearby in Rio Grande .The host was spectacular in making us feel welcome and at home. Always responded to my questions!. Definately staying again.

Staying in Julio’s treehouse was the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Julio was amazingly kind and has a passion for meeting people, sharing experiences, and fantastic hospitality. His treehouse was cozy and had every amenity we needed- including the best WiFi we had while in Puerto Rico. The treehouse is thoughtfully stocked with snacks, beverages, wine, and assorted toiletries. It was also impeccably clean and well decorated for a small space. Breakfast was delicious and we had a great time chatting with Julio, he shared some details about his home and even encouraged us to go swim in the river on his property (which we did, it was awesome). I asked Julio if my father, who does construction for a living and was staying at a nearby resort, could come visit the treehouse and he graciously welcomed him to come check it out. Getting to see the treehouse made my dad’s vacation and I’m so glad we had a host like Julio. Highly, highly recommend. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night.

This amazing treehouse could be named small places in big spaces. The views of the countryside in the rainforest cannot be captured in pictures you have to see it to believe it. For all of the beauty you are surrounded by in this well thought out treehouse I’m surprised that somehow it is still secondary to Julio’s astounding hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful, you won't beat this view! Very clean apartment and we'd absolutely stay again! Great location to use the Spread Eagle Catamaran, which is in the marina outside your window.

Small but lovely condo in a gated community on the water. The bed was extremely comfortable and the window AC unit was more than sufficient. Elizabeth was always quick to respond to messages and was a great help!

Although Elizabeth was traveling during our stay, she checked in with us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. This was especially appreciated because of the earthquakes and power outage that occurred during our stay. Fajardo is located far from the earthquake epicenters, and therefore we didn't feel the quakes, and there was no damage in Fajardo. The Airbnb is also in a very safe and gated condominium. It was very clean and tidy and perfect for our needs with a nice little kitchen, A/C and multiple fans, and a balcony with a hammock. Make sure to check out the bioluminescent bay at Laguna Grande, and the seafood in Fajardo is top-notch - some of the best in Puerto Rico in our opinion! Check out El Pescador and Racar restaurants for amazing local food. Being right on the ocean was also cool, and we saw a seal one morning, but it made for some windy weather.

It was an amazing stay! Would not have changed a thing. The location was unreal and it was the perfect space for my boyfriend and I. We are already planning on coming back next year.

The place was super tidy. Check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. She even provided pictures to help. Response time was quick. We went to a restaurant that was recocommended and it was exceptional! We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!!

Ashley's place is a perfect spot if you want to be next to the beach, close to the airport, and with easy access to many amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, communication with Ashley was always quick and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is clean, conveniently located, has parking, and noise free. You don't need much more to enjoy the beach as towels, cooler, and chairs are provided as well. Being a few steps from the beach was a huge plus. I definitely recommend this place when visiting San Juan.

Great room! Great price! The building is under renovation so that wasn’t so great, but that is out of the hosts control. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and friendly. View was great, water and city view. Definitely would recommend.

Loved Paolo’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Paola was a great host as well. He even extended our check out so we could enjoy the place a little longer before heading to the airport (which is only a 5 minute Uber ride away). Would recommend!

Access was easy and the apartment was very clean. There was a cooler bag which was very useful for the beach. Only the beach chairs and parasol were missing. We could hear the planes a bit but it was very good despite that.

Beautiful spot in San Juan! It was wonderful to have beach access, a pool and check in was very easy. It is only about 8 minutes to the airport, and an easy uber ride to Old San Juan.

Paolo is a top notch host and very responsive! Property: Very secure building under remodel. There is a service road right next to the El San Juan/The Fairmont, when I put ESJ towers into to gps it took me right there. The security guard will greet you before opening the gate and another security guard at the entrance. As mentioned in other comments the Mare is under renovation with a beautiful lobby and pool and upgrades being performed between 8 and 5pm. Private, secure beach access with security band, pool towels with card provided at check in. Private adult hot tub, cabanas, the pool is great at night with music playing at the bar and pool lights that dance and change color with the beat. Secure parking on P1 in the “guest” spots and walk directly into the lobby/elevator banks. Room: VIEW, VIEW, VIEW! comfy bed, nice a/c, nice bedding, chair, comfy sheets and comforter, cute lamp. Lots of brochures and information available in the room and down at the lobby desk. Extra soap, sunblock, etc. and night light in the white cabinet by the bathroom sink. Bathroom and shower are behind an extra door allowing others to get ready in the sink area. **the airport is right in this area, know that you will hear planes at times but it didn’t bother us as they seem to stop by 8/9pm** Neighborhood: As Paolo mentioned Chili’s is right across the street. There is a restaurant downstairs at the hotel and you can eat poolside but $15/burger CVS within walking distance and many other stores close by. Carolina beaches are a 2-3 minute drive and $5/day for secure parking. The beach has bathrooms, public showers, covered patios with bbqs. We would stay again :)

STAY HERE! SKIP RESORTS AND HOTELS I booked three different venues while visiting San Juan. Some of which were the Water Beach Club Hotel, and other venues close to the beach. All of which were ehh and tourist traps for the price paid. Paolo’s air bnb was beyond further exceptional coming from a hospitality novice. His hospitality towards accommodating us a day earlier to the exceptional service you receive at the facility(beach towels, pool, private beach access, game rooms, pool bar, lobby bar, mini store) His room provides exceptional touches(sun block, towels, plenty full pots & pans, clean towels, microwave, full refrigerator, balcony, king size bed, pull out chair with a bed, and television with access to Netflix, Hulu, and cable to provide the comforts you would at your own home. THE PLACE UNLIKE A FEW I STAYED AT IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!! You will feel the comfort from the bed sheets to walking free barefoot on the floor. The grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk with two burners provided to make basic accommodating meals. His communication is great through out the stay and when I visit any future visits I will be sure to stay here. As I mentioned for the price of the “basic resorts” you are in better hands staying here! From someone who teaches hospitality and eye for detail, Paolo and his associates carry the attention needed for a pleasant stay.

Mark and Mara were fabulous hosts! We were blown away by the absolutely gorgeous little penthouse ocean view this wonderful place provided. It is equipped everything you need, we didn’t want to leave! They provide ocean kayaks to explore just at the bottom of the steps of the house. Rinse off while staring at the waves crash at your feet in the outdoor shower. Loved loved loved this place, would highly recommend and love to come back!

Very thankful to had the chance to stay here. Not only that I I stayed just for a day but he let me check in 2 hours early. He had extra amenities that were so helpful when hitting the beach. Room was soo cold I slept as if I was in heaven!

Close to the airport, clean and roomy space. The living room area wasn't as inviting as we had hoped, but overall the space was good for what it was.

2nd time staying at this place. It is exactly as described. Xavier is great with accommodations and communication.
