Holiday rentals with beach access in Puerto Rico

The place was absolutely beautiful. I felt right at home and we didn't want to leave. we watched breath taking sunsets and enjoyed the beach. I will recommend this place 100% It was the perfect place to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. Thank you!

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

Amazing location felt so peaceful with only a few steps away from the beach, and a nice distance from the closest town. Would definitely stay again!

I had an incredible stay at this charming Airbnb right in the heart of Old San Juan. The location couldn't be more perfect — walking distance to all the historic sites, colorful streets, and fantastic local eateries. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Alejandro was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and always available to offer great recommendations or assistance. His warmth and hospitality made my trip even more memorable. My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

I’m happy with the place

Manlio’s place was a very nice place to stay at. Especially for solo travelers or for two. Everything came out as it was described. Beautiful views with privacy. Weather was a bit rainy and windy at times but that comes with the tropics. Manlio was very responsive as he stayed on site and had good recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit! Me and my sister enjoyed very much!

We had a great stay at this cozy home! There are definitely some quirks with it being such an old space but if you can appreciate that, then it’s worth every penny. We were a little concerned about only having AC in one room. The home gets a little warm in the afternoon but sleeping without AC was no issue. It was a great stay and an unforgettable and unique home. The host was very responsive and helpful as well!

Its a great space. Comfortable amenities. Clean pool. Extra towels was great. Needs more table space (end tables, small table, outside table, something) Comfy bed but the preferred the sofa lol. Needs a freezer, even if it’s a small one. Clean space. Shower runs water out, expect to have a wet floor. Good illumination. Clean fridges. Extra water bottles and beers provided. Beautiful view. Provides privacy but needs fixing in one of the fences. Great spot for relaxation and good times.

To begin, Robert is the definition of a super host! Super kind and personable, my boyfriend was not feeling well when we got to rincón and he allowed us to check in early so he could go lay down. He was there to meet us and tell us where to park as well as explain anything about the house that we would need to know beforehand. I messaged him early before check out about instructions since I didn’t see any listed and he responded quickly that it was all good and he would cover it. We had an awesome time staying here and chatting with Robert. So perfectly located in Rincón and a beautiful, peaceful property to be able to stay in.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Carol’s place was beautiful. The inside was spotless and smelled clean. The view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony was amazing. Carol was very accommodating and provided multiple suggestions, including activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Trust the pictures. What you see is what you get. A nice one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking ocean view. Don’t let the lobby fool you. You will be very happy with your choice to stay here. I know I was. Would definitely come back again.
