Great place. walkable to marina and downtown rincon. And few minute drives to all rincon surf spots. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

Yileine was very accessible, she responded extremely quick. She was proactive sending check in and check out instructions. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy, it had all we needed. The location was great very accessible to everything from the downtown to different restaurants and highways. We all really liked and enjoy this private gated property. We will definitely come back and will recommend to everyone going to Coamo city. Thank you for your excellent communication and a well kept place that made us feel at home when in Puerto Rico.

This was a great place to stay! It was close to San Juan and the area was still touristy with hotels, beaches and restaurants. Natalie was super responsive and came and helped us whenever needed and we were able to call her with any questions we had. She was super friendly and made us feel right at home!

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

Beautiful view and location if you want beach time! Walkable to food spots and very close to the airport. Clean and what we needed. The apartment in itself was very nice, but the overall building requires some maintenance and cleaning

I loved Lourdes place and will definitely come back. The beach is around the corner and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Lourdes was an amazing host!

The place was exactly as described. And Rafael was extremely responsive and informative of the apartment as well as the area.

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

This place was fantastic! The views alone make it that much better. Ease of beach access was a major plus!!Parking, entrance gate, and attendants were all great. There are some areas in the place that could use some updates but nothing that would stop us from coming back. A few things to note: only one set of keys/fob, would be great if they gave extra keys and fob as it is hard for people to do their own thing while depending on the other to come back with the key, as well as extra trash bags and toilet paper. The WiFi was a little weak. Again, nothing that’ll prevent us from coming back. We’re already looking to rebook it!

Be aware that there is only one set of keys which can be difficult to coordinate with four people as you need a key for everything- inside, balcony, pool, beach etc- other than that, everything was great.
