Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Charming, brand new home. Perfect for small family or couples and only a block and a half from the beach at the south end of Jenkinson's boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Not a party house. Lovingly maintained with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation or getaway! HOUSE HAS A MINIMUM RENTAL OF ONE WEEK IN THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER DUE TO NEW TOWN ORDINANCE PASSED DECEMBER 2021. Rental period typically runs Saturday - Saturday.
