We loved the stone house in Orbicciano and cannot wait to come back. it was very convenient to visit Pisa and the leaning tower, Cinque Terre, Florence, San Gimignano and the wine regions of Tuscany.

House and area are great. We went in the off season (November) and the house was cozy but probably more fun when the garden can be used and guests can spread out outside. We sat around the dining table most nights by the fire and cooked great meals. Bed rooms are charming and perfect layout for four couples. No sitting room per se, but plenty of lounging space outside if the weather permits. Highly recommended.

A lovely, peaceful location in a beautiful area. Easy to access Lucca and the surrounding villages and countryside, with some lovely walks.

The Old Stone House is wonderful! Tucked away in the hills of Tuscany, you’ll have an authentic experience of the quiet Italian life. We stayed here with my family (10 people) and it was comfortable with plenty of bathrooms, amenities and areas to relax. We experienced rain so weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor BBQ or swimming pool (worth noting the pool is smaller than pictures show and allows max 4pp). Great location for relaxing and enjoying family time, taking walks, but also easy access by car to Lucca, Cinque Terre etc. Daniele was very helpful, offering suggestions to eat out and a full guide to the area in a folder. The place was absolutely immaculate. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and garden for us parents and 3 kids! The pool was great for the children and the house big enough to even stay at home on a rainy day. The location was also perfect. Not too far to do day trips but also being able to enjoy the beautiful landscape of toscany!

We had an excellent stay and could have stayed there for ever. The place is amazing and the equipment is plentiful. The kids loved the swimming pool and the swing. Pure paradise as long as you don’t mind going through an IKEA bed experience.

The house is very tastefully decorated with a lovely garden and swimming pool and a roof where you can enjoy a glass of wine. A swimming pool in the garden makes it complete. In short, a place we would like to come back to someday.

Special accommodation, well-kept, in a splendid position. The property does not have a lift, but if this is not a problem, it is absolutely worth it. Good communication with the host. I think I'll be back.

Beautiful and nice hostel in Livorno. The distance to the sea is close, the connection to the main street is the best, and most of all, the clean, warm and comfortable home and attentive host have made me so happy. If you come to this city again next time, you want to stay again.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Practical for moving downtown. Well cared for and also available for breakfast.

Enrico and his wife are very caring and very discreet hosts. We were 5 with a dog. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, one large with 1 very large matrimonial bed, and two spacious bedrooms sleeping 2. The apartment is beautiful and faithful to the photographs. We had access to the park which offers multiple paths for strolling and relaxing corners to sit and enjoy the scenery. It is absolutely quiet, and ideally located to visit, Pisa, Livorno, San Gimignano, Florence and Siena, among others! A fruit, vegetable and catering business is located at the bottom of the property road; large commercial areas at 10 minutes. I said there is a pool at the back of the "castle" but bad weather, alas was in the game this week. If you want to rest in a place with undeniable charm, quiet, after a day to trudge in every corner of Tuscany, this is the place. Thank you !

Enricos place was magical. The main entrance straight from a fairytale. The surrounding premise was stunning. You will need to rent a car and take mosquito replellent. The house had all the amenities. Towels are a bit small bit all in all I highly recommend Enricos location.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Enrico’s apartment. We had lots of room, were really comfortable and Enrico was a superb host. We used the apartment as a base to discover Tuscany by car, with great local restaurants and amenities close by.

Enrico's accommodation is a wonderfully charming old villa with plenty of space and equipped with every conceivable convenience as well as outdoor areas for free use, both relaxation and activity - a wonderful entrance to a holiday in Tuscany.

I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Tuscany region! You can rent a car at the airport which gives you the freedom to explore different cities each day with Enrico’s place as home base. It’s an easy half hour drive to Pisa, Livorno etc. Enrico and his wife are wonderful, kind hosts and the flat is magical! From the moment the gates open you drive down a gorgeous tree-lined drive up to this Tuscan villa. The flat is gorgeous, filled with art and antiques and it has every modern amenity. Multiple types coffee makers which was a big hit with us. Several bedrooms, large kitchen and separate dining area plus a family room. There’s even a little hidden chapel attached to the flat! I would recommend to anyone.

Incredibly beautiful alley of plane trees, every time fascinates. The house is filled with antique furniture, beautiful dishes, equipped with all necessary modern appliances. Enrico and his wife are aristocratic, charming and sweet. Highly recommend!

Walking into Enrico’s villa was like entering a fairy tale in the middle of Tuscany. It was incredibly spacious and I felt like a star in my own movie. My sister and I adored the space and felt we Had more than enough room. You absolutely need a car to get by, but trust us, it’s worth it. Enrico was super responsive and gave us wonderful suggestions for day trips. And the restaurant located near the home had the best ravioli and tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. It was a magical experience. Also I must mention Enrico and his wife are the sweetest couple you’ll ever meet.

Hello soon-vacationers! We are a 5 membered family with 3 children aged 8, 10 and 12 years. We were able to spend two wonderful weeks with a very special host and people, Enrico and family. The property is like in a fairy tale, the pictures are absolutely correct. Here you will find peace, nature, no street noise, no rush, pure relaxation. The children were very often in the garden and have explored everything. Enrico was always accessible with his charming style, but never too much. He was worried from the beginning and the two weeks that we felt comfortable and everything was there. The location was great for excursions, but also to spend days by the sea. Enrico assisted us with questions about sights, gave great tips! Have fun with a very special holiday

The house is really beautiful, functional but also very accurate in detail, spotlessly clean and super convenient for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio! There were 12 of us and the space was more than adequate, too bad we were not able to use the beautiful garden because we stayed in December

Villa Chiara is a historic home, but equipped with every comfort. It is equipped with numerous bedrooms that allow guests' privacy and pleasant common spaces for meals and relaxation. The happy position between Lucca and Pisa allows you to easily visit these beautiful cities and surroundings. The garden, equipped with swimming pool and large table for outdoor dining, is delicious.

I highly recommend this place especially if you have a large group. Good location between Lucca and Pisa.

Lovely stay in a great house for a family

Mariarosa is an excellent hostess and Michela was kind enough to welcome us on our late night arrival. The villa is a three story house with great spaces on the 1st floor for cooking, dining and a long outdoor table! Very well equipped kitchen allows a lot of fun to cook with local products, in the highest quality Italian cuisine. Attention to the proper disposal of garbage, the Earth thanks. Large, clean rooms on the second and third floor. Very comfortable beds! A beautiful living room on the 2nd floor. Our group of 8 adults was well distributed in the spaces. External bathroom works well complementing the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms. Safe stairs and many steps are part of the fun. Great central location in the area, pity that with low signal from some mobile operators. Wifi in Villa ok, especially on 1st floor. Special thanks to Mariarosa's sympathy!

Big beautiful Villa in advantageous location. Beware, Google maps takes you to Pisa if you put in 56 Via G. Marconi. There is one in Pisa and the man was not happy when I rang his doorbell. Set Filettole as you destination and guide in from there. It is a small village between Lucca and Pisa, and an hour and 10 minutes from Florence.

Federica's house is beautiful, well positioned in Viareggio, the room is beautiful with lots of windows and natural light in the morning. Shared bathrooms downstairs, spotlessly clean and complete with everything. On the ground floor the kitchen also has everything. Federica was extremely available to check in quite late, she advised us where to go for dinner and have a drink, very nice. We will repeat!

Superhost is Superhost, not too much to say. Place is located not so far from the "public" beach, near the clock tower. Conad is 2 mins away, railway 5 mins. Kitchen is big and has everything needed. Room is supercute. Highly recommend, would like to return.

Great space, location and very friendly host! I met some other guests staying there that were very welcoming as well. A quick walk to the beach and to cute bars, cafes and restaurants. Very easy to get to from the train so also ideal for day trips to Pisa, Florence etc :)

Federica is an amazing host, and her house is lovely. It's so close to the beach, a nature park, great restaurants, outdoor markets and shopping. I so enjoyed my stay in Viareggio and would have liked to stay longer. Getting around was easy and I never had any fears as a solo traveler. Renting a bike and riding along the sea and an afternoon at the beach made for a perfect day. I highly recommend Federica's house and hope to return. Thanks!

We stayed 2 nights in one of Federica's rooms and everything was perfect! Very spacious rooms, clean and equipped for any need. The shared bathroom was absolutely not a problem because every member of the house always tried to make it find clean and in order for the other guests. Federica was always very helpful and kind !!!!! House very close to the center, maximum 10 minutes on foot. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended

Enrica and Mauritzio are very nice people. They were helpful and friendly, so if you need some information you should ask them. The apartment is very clear, comfortable and very well furnished. There is a small garden when you can drink coffee and/or wine 😊 The house is near the beach, near Viareggio, Camaioreso you could go anywhere only for 10-15 min by car. We recommend this hosts and the place!

Enrica is so friendly and welcoming, everything you could need is there for you and they are so helpful in finding all local amenities and places to explore in the local area. You will not regret booking to stay here, our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

Enrica and Mauritzio are amazing and friendly hosts. We loved apartments and Torre del lago puccini a lot. Beautiful park nearby, close to the wild beach, also u can travel to small town Viareggio nearby and beautiful lake with a lot of fishes. The hosts was kindly provided us bikes , which was very useful to go around. I would defenetly recommend the place!

Awesome stay, really well designed house, kitchen is well equipped and the jacuzzi is awesome for relaxing after a day in the city. The trip up the hill is a bit adventurous at first, especially if you’re arriving with a big car, but the location is ideal and tranquil.

While a little remote, the place is clean and very nice both inside and in the garden (still quite warm outside in October, although quite a few mosquittos and wasps around - bring repellent!). Features a well-equipped kitchen with two Bialetti-style coffee makers and pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The Jacuzzi unfortunately did not heat up, but the issue was promptly resolved by Daniele. Rooming situation was no problem for four adult couples - but note that one room is only accessible via the bathroom or another bedroom, which requires some coordination.

Great house, as described. Lovely feel. Couple of things are a little tired, but everything worked. We loved it and would come back without any doubt.

This property is just as beautiful and airy as it appears, and the garden small but perfectly formed. By night it was quite romantic to see the tower of the church that forms one side of the garden looming up above us. The twin bedroom on the first floor is mostly filled by the beds, leaving no space for any wardrobes or other storage, and the fact that both it and the larger bedroom on the other side have access via their respective doors to the shared bathroom might be a problem for others as it was for us, such that our son took to using the bathroom on the top floor instead to avoid any embarrassment. This is only a minor quibble, however and might not bother you depending on the makeup of your party. Everything was spotlessly clean and mostly in very good order. The house is fairly remote (a good thing from our point of view), and although others have commented on the rather windy route up, this was not really a big deal and once you reach the SP1 road down below you have the delights of the tree-lined Via Francigena that leads you to all sorts of lovely places beyond. We had a minor hiccup the first morning with a lack of hot water and the hosts were very quick to respond to our query. The problem thankfully never recurred and we had a thoroughly lovely time.

This spot is lovely. The drive up is exciting, the view is lovely and the location is wonderful for lots of day trips. The cottage itself feels relaxing and is a great place for a fun family holiday!

Clean, stylish and modern. The kitchen was full facility. Just a bit far from the piza tower. The cleaner was so friendly and intimate, told us how to open the lockbox and already turn on the heater.

Amazing little space in a great location. 15 minutes walking distance to Pisa Centrale station and 15 minutes walking distance to the Leaning Tower of Pisa as well as other attractions. Has everything you need and Serena will respond almost immediately to any question or query you have. Check in is simple and Serena will work around your time to best accommodate. There is also an entire list of recommendations and information regarding local places that give you some more insight into what Pisa has to offer. Had a great time and would 100% recommend again.

Great location, windows overlook the square, where it’s always calm, noisy even once, even on Friday nights and weekends. The apartment is located in 20 minutes. walk from the railway station Pisa Centrale, 20-25 min. walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Nearby is a shopping street, a supermarket (10 minutes walk). The apartment has everything you need - dishes, linens, a refrigerator, a microwave. The owner is responsive, always in touch.

The house is really close to the leaning tower and was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and allowed us to have some rest during our trip. Costanza was a nice host and she allowed us to leave our luggage before the chek-in and after the check-out. We can only recommend it.

The spaces are quite large and very clean. Great location a stone's throw from the Normale and 5 minutes walk from the Tower. Ms. Elsa has always been kind and helpful and responds quickly to messages. Quick and easy check-in.

This was a great location! Elsa gave us great tips on finding free parking (rather than the 2.50 to 3.50 an hour parking) which was literally next to a grocery store-! That was very convenient. We also had an easy 8 minute walk to the Leaning Tower from the AirBnB which was also good for souvenirs for some of our family members! It was great having TV in our room to watch our favorite Netflix shows on as well (Netflix was already cued up) at night! The bathroom was wonderful and having a sink in our room was great for getting our contacts out and teeth brushed. (My other half really wants a sink/ mirror combo in our bedroom now too-!)

The studio apartment is very nice, clean, airy and super functional. I also recommend it for those who have to spend a few more days in the city.

Communication was very easy, with quick responses. The host made accommodations to our schedule, allowing us in before check in time and on departure even helping us get to the Museum of San Marco before we caught our train to go home. There was a bulletin board in the apartment with information about current happenings in Pisa. Location is perfect, just steps away from the Tower and Duomo, and an easy walk to many restaurants (from street food to fine dining). The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a very pleasant view from the windows of the apartment to garden areas. Inside the kitchen is everything you need: cooking utensils, oil, salt, coffee, tea and sugar. In addition to breakfast each day we prepared dinner one night in the apartment. We will definitely want to stay at Paul Daniel’s place when we return to Pisa.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s apartment in Pisa! The location is perfect. Adorable, cozy apartment with a lovely view. It’s an easy walk to all the wonderful restaurants and cafes and very close to the leaning tower of Pisa and many other popular attractions. The hosts were very nice, very hospitable, and gave us some great recommendations to eat! We hope to come back again for another visit in the future.

Nicolas place was perfect for our short stay in Pisa. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with some thoughtful touches. We were located at a perfect mid-point between the central station and the leaning tower, so were able to travel by foot throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy. We were given some helpful tips on where to eat/what to do when we first arrived. Nicola might just be the friendliest, most helpful/attentive airbnb host out there! He was always on hand if we needed him and he certainly made our experience in Pisa much easier. I would highly recommend staying at Nicolas apartment if you are visiting Pisa :)

Modern and large room, all good. Very comfortable to reach the city center. Breakfast was very good, with assorted coffees, cookies and toast.

The Host was pleasant and very nice to us, the house was clean and the room was great too. We have nothing bad to say about the house nor the host. It is really well located from the station, aeroport and tower.

I had a great stay at Kirsty’s place. It is located in walking distance from train station , central street with shops, Leaning Tower of Pisa. The płace was clean and comfortable. The flat has great amenities, and it is great for short or long term stays. It is located a bit outside of the city centre, which can be easily reached in 20/25 minutes by walking. Right next to it there is a big Lidl, so it is very convenient for grocery shopping. Zeudi was really helpful during my stay and easily reachable. I warmly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment that combines stylish design, cleanliness, thoughtfulness and convenience. Mistress Zeudi is nice and friendly, speaks good English. Nice area, next to a coffee shop and pastry shop, restaurants, a supermarket and 24-hour kebab. The location is quite convenient, to the tower 10-15 minutes on foot, go to the center for 30 minutes or 4 minutes by train from the station 500 meters

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect for you to reach any destination by foot. Very easy to find also. Also the self check in made it easier to arrive in a more flexible hour. The shower was the only negative side. We had to take showers very fast so the hot water wouldn’t end.

Piero's studio is very nice, with some refined details that are nice to discover. It is located in a convenient position to reach all the main places of attraction in Pisa. Piero is very kind and helpful and quickly responds to any request.

Very comfortable apartment, both for one and for several nights. There is a kitchen, bath, the room is locked. The location is good. They got from the airport on foot, and also reached the city on foot. All within 30 minutes Paola met us personally and showed everything, thank you very much for her hospitality!

The entrance to the flat was described accurately. Paola was waiting for us and showed us the appartment. The room we stayed was tidy and spacious enough. We had private bathroom as promised and also kitchen was availabe for use. The apartment is not far from city centre (approximately 20 minutes to the tower of Pisa) and the same distance to the airport. The whole stay was nice and smooth.

It's coulden be better, the house is very simple and elegant, and the structure's style is very historical, and the house is near by some foreigners resturant which is convenient to us, and the household resources is conplete inside.! The house owner is very kind and friendly, he had even guide towards the house even when we are lost, and had intruduce us about those household things to us. As long as you don't mind climbing a few flights of stairs, I highly recommend this place. It was very comfortable and stylish. After staying, I wish I had planned a longer visit. I especially liked the large living room and kitchen. Even though I didn't cook anything, it seemed like a nice kitchen to prepare some food. If I ever return to Pisa, I will try to stay here again.

Andrea's apartment is perfect: spacious, well decorated, in a very lively and pleasant area. We loved the decor, which for once didn't seem like an impersonal apartment. Communication is very easy with Andrea. Recommended when you come with your family. Our daughters didn't want to leave him!

Arturo's apartment is very well located, near the airport in a very quiet area, is equipped with the necessary things; It is a cozy, comfortable and well equipped apt. It has excellent wifi signal. They are always awaiting the arrival and cleaning of the apartment. RECOMMENDING IT 100%

The room was absolutely great value! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are buses nearby. Although they run about half an hour, it is convenient to check them in advance. Walking to the city center, the train station only takes half an hour, and the roadside scenery is beautiful and not boring. The landlord is super patient and friendly, and it is a good living experience.

Easily reachable from Pisa Centrale, Arturo's is an accommodation at an excellent price even during periods of flood (Lucca comics).

Nice and separeted apartment with relatively big kitchen. Ideal for tourists coming for couple of days. Good value for the price. 5 minutes walk to big coop supermarket, 30 minutes walk to tower. Hosts are great, I would come again.

Description is accurate. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and the cutest and nicest neighbors! Host family was super accommodating providing us bikes to tour the city and for calling our taxi to the airport! Thank you! Sadly, the WiFi was down when we were there, but they catered to us immensely which more than made up for the missing WiFi! We biked to the marina and back and were able to get to the tower in a 30 minute walk. Great location and super quiet!

It was lovely stay.Nice typical Italian apartment with good atme loved that.Good location,u can make lot of trips around to Viareggio,Livorno,Marina di Pisa..And of course we rented bikes which offered Arturo.The best choice saving our time.Just so good place ! It is very well located, just a few steps from the leaning tower. It has a lot of style, many details. Point out that the view of the tower is from the host's studio, not from the room, which is in an attic that forces you to be crouched or you will hit your head.

Nice place, clean, the apartments are located right next to the station, stylish, comfortable bathroom. The hostess met us personally and very early (by agreement of course), allowed us to leave things and we were able to calmly go for a walk around the city. And when they arrived, things were already in the room. Very nice and thank you very much. The only negative is noisy. It was stuffy and I had to open the window, and there was a noisy street. But we were so tired that there were no problems with sleep))) but this must be taken into account when checking in for a long time. As indicated in the living conditions, cooking is not allowed. But we were allowed to use a kettle and a refrigerator. This was quite enough for us.
