I loved this Airbnb so much that I prefer to sleep in than adventure Atlanta. A home away from home!!!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was close to a shopping center and eateries. The home itself was very welcoming and house instructions were communicated very clearly, which improved our stay even more. We did run into an issue with the front door lock while trying to get in one night. However, Chrissy answered my call quickly even though it was 8pm and helped us get back into the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fireplace was a nice touch since we traveled in the winter. The reclining bed in the master bedroom was also very helpful since I was traveling with a newborn and the positioning of the bed helped me feed comfortably. We would definitely love to stay here again should we take another mini-vacation to Atlanta!

This place is absolutely amazing and a rare find for the price!!! Chrissy is great with the quick responses and communication and is very attentive to your needs. In all honesty this place can book itself, Chrissy just makes it even better! I booked this place on short notice traveling from New York and the moment I tried to book I was worried that I wouldn’t get a quick response, within minutes the place was paid for and secured. I will definitely be returning along with some friends so they can witness this rare jewl.

I’ve been a fan of tiny houses for some time now, but had never actually slept in one. This was a nice start. The grounds also seem like they’d be very beautiful as the weather gets nice.

First Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at, but it was the best. They had everything! I comfy bed! A hot tub! It was perfect! If I’m ever in Atlanta again, I will be stopping back through!

Initially, I was concerned about the area, but there was absolutely no reason to be! The home is nestled in the cutest, safe nook and cranny. It was the perfect little getaway. So peaceful. I was very impressed. I didn’t expect it to be so spacious, but there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It made for a perfect evening! I would love to stay here again.

Great place! The tiny home is very cozy and warm! Make sure to use the hot tub while you're there - it's surrounded by very beautiful landscaping. If we come back to the Atlanta area, this is definitely where we are going to stay!

Staying at this tiny home was amazing! The backyard is beautifully decorated and such a joy to explore. There are chickens, a large pond with goldfish and koi, a hot tub, and many cute decorations! When you wake up, there are birds, squirrels, and chipmunks greeting you in your front yard! The inside of the house was decorated so simply, yet modern. It has everything you need and definitely an experience you'll grow from!

This home was exactly as pictured! The details Emerson gave upon check in were clear and concise. We had everything we needed including a mall, grocery store and ten minute drive from the airport. The area was very quiet and safe. The cameras in the front and rear added an extra sense of security. The home smelled fresh and beds were super comfy. I felt at home here and will definitely return. I’m very picky and nervous when it comes to selecting hotels or air bnbs. Everything here was amazing! Looks exactly like the pics. I haven’t stopped bragging about this place and will be booking again when I return back to Atlanta! There was great communication throughout our stay. The neighbors were even pleasant.

The location is perfect and the neighborhood is peaceful. I loved this area. 16 dollar Uber to airport and 25 to centennial park. Both at high traffic times. The space is large and can easily fit 3 people. The heater was working great since the night was cold. I also was able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after check out but before my flight. Great stay. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Great weekend getaway!

Lovely and cozy little barn—beautiful space, helpful hosts, and a really nice hot tub. The composting toilet took a bit of adjusting but it ended up being a wonderful stay overall.

We loved our stay at the barn home! We stayed for 4 days and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was just perfect! There was privacy, safety, and guides on how to work everything. It looks just like the photos, very cute! There are 2 portable single serve tops with pans as well a grill outside.

Lovely oasis in South Atlanta. The owners were very responsive and have created a lovely space to enjoy. I had a lovely retreat!

Great place not far from downtown Atlanta. A little hard to find the first time, but once you’re there privacy is fantastic. Love the place as a whole.

I LOVE this barn!!! It is so beautiful and nicely decorated. The hot tub, the gazebo, the miniature brook!!!! AH!!! This place is awesome! Darrel and Patrice are awesome host! Rain and cold weather kept us inside most of the weekend. The place was spacious and allowed for nap-taking without having to tell everyone to be quiet. The upstairs was a great get-away for us with the kids while my parents got the huge bedroom on the first floor. The huge dinner table was perfect us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super quiet neighborhood. Would have liked to have been able to enjoy the front and back porches, but the weather didn't cooperate. Felt very comfortable in this house. Probably due for a bathroom remodel, and a few things creaked, but we felt very much "at home". Really enjoyed our stay.

Christie was an amazing host. Any problems I encountered she responded to in a quick and timely manner. She is passionate and puts her residents first and it shows <3. Her home is so much larger than the pictures make it seem. She had so many accommodations beyond Wifi such as Xfinity X1, which is amazing! She also created a resource guide to hot attractions and eateries along with directions enclosed. Christie is amazing and I will 10/10 be staying with her again next time I visit ATL. I'm a regular at Vanessa's place. I like that it's very private and quiet. The bed is super comfy and there's always coffee. She and her husband are lovely hosts.

This was a big basement space with its own entry and plenty of amenities. Didn’t have a full kitchen, but it did have a coffee machine, small fridge, and a microwave. The place can get a little cold, but the space heater helped out. Vanessa was quick to reply to messages and let us stay a little past check out time to accommodate our later flight. Thanks again! We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet stay! This is a basement apartment in a family home, so you can expect to hear sounds from upstairs during normal waking hours, and I wouldn’t recommend if your car doesn’t have a back-up camera because that driveway is a doozy, but the suite is comfortable and spacious and a great value! It’s a couple miles from the nearest shops or restaurants so a car or rideshare is a must.

Neal's top floor of the house was a great place to spend a week. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, complete with dining room, living room and kitchen. I really enjoyed the stay while there visiting the area. It was a great place right off the 74. I anticipate staying again in the future.

Very convenient location right on the golf cart path. Neal gives you your privacy but is right there if you need something or have any questions during your stay.

We booked a home in Peachtree City through Airbnb. The host was extremely friendly right from the moment we made the booking. She also was accomodating, although the in allowing our ESD pet to come along with us. The house was clean, very spacious for a family of three, Denise had nice amenties for our family to be able to cook and the home was in close proximity to shopping in Peachtree City and centrally located to Peachtree or Senoia. Warm a gracious customer service we received from Airbnb was amazing. I will definitely use them again.

We chose Denise’s simple three-bedroom, two-bath home over a hotel because we wanted space to be together with family and friends traveling in town for a wedding, and it served our purposes well. Highlights include: a family-friendly neighborhood, space to relax together with friends (including an unusual partially-sunken living space), & small touches like full-size bottles of shampoo & conditioner, q-tips, face wipes, & coffee, etc. which were appreciated. Good to know: The master bed is low to the ground which could be challenging if one has difficulty getting up and down. Our host: Denise communicated well & was gracious without being intrusive, just what we typically look for in this type of setting.

Very comfortable & spacious home. Denise was real nice everything was great. I would definitely stay again. Only thing I didn’t like & it has nothing to do with the home but the roads going to the home was scary & very dark at night.

Justine went above and beyond with us. We were moving and on our way to her place I hit a deer which ended up totaling my car. She was patient, kind and understanding about allowing a tow truck to come. Dealing with my car and the rental and our moving truck. I also loved all the sweet, homey touches. Like the food bowl left out for our dogs and all the board games. It was one of the best places we have every stayed at. Would definitely stay again if we didn’t live just a few minutes away now!!

Devon’s place was clean and everything was just as described. it was easy to get in and everything was clean and neat. there were more than enough towels, rags, covers and etc. i felt very at home in his home. Again, thank you so much!

Devon was very prompt in replying to texts and phone calls, not only during the reservation process, but also throughout our stay. There were ample housekeeping supplies available (such as laundry detergent, trash liners, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. But there was also coffee on hand, coffee filters, tea bags, salt/pepper, etc. Plenty of sheets and towels, including a linen closet with extra pillows and blankets. The property was located in a cul-de-sac, and was nice and quiet throughout our stay.

This place is a gem, no matter what you are looking for, it’s all close by. Devon and Heidi were very responsive and kind to us.

Kenya's home is very stylish and cozy. The room has well appointed amenities, mini fridge, Keurig, comfortable bed, tv, and even extra toothbrushes and paste if you forgot yours. I appreciated the availability of driveway parking, I prefer it over street parking. A very pleasant stay!

Staying at Kenya and Ben's is the high point of my work week. It's quiet, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Truly feels like home.

Tara was the best. She really goes over and beyond to make sure that all of her guest feel comfortable. I was welcomed right from the start and feel like I'm part of the family now. I will definitely stay in touch with Tara, she is a great person. Probably one of the hardest working people I know. She also is a very good cook, she will cook a full coarse meal almost every night. The whole experience was great. I couldn't have gotten any luckier with my choice. If you bypass this home then its your loss. Thanks Tara for being so awesome!!!!

Being our first experience with Airbnb we were kind of skeptical about renting a place. We got a very clean up to date cozy little basement apartment. We had a good time. It was within 15 minutes to everything we wanted to see. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was easy to get in and out of the basement apartment. It met all of our needs and then some. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed chatting on the big, comfy couches while we sipped on our coffee in the morning. Great place to stay. You have the basement. Comfy beds, big TV and a very nice steam shower. Close to the stores. Peachtree City is a nice town with bike/golfcarts paths.

This hideaway is well appointed, 30 min from ATL Hartfield Airport, 3 min from Publix Grocer (fyi-closes at 9pm) and 15 min from Walmart. Need a late night food option-call Smokey Bones which is 5 min away. The steam shower is amazing & fully equipped tv with all the apps ready to go is just what one needs to relax. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and an ultra comfy bed.

Monica's place is excellent !!! Perfectly located, walking distance to stores and restaurants, in private cul-de-sac, very safe and comfortable. Hina is so sweet and we accommodating to anything we needed. She replied quick. She was on the property for most of our stay but other than hearing walking upstairs you would never know (it did not bother us). The space was great for just my boyfriend and I to get away for the weekend. Everything was clean. If we come back to Atlanta again we will most definitely keep this spot saved.

I absolutely loved staying at Dave and Connie's place. Dave greeted us during check in and communication was great throughout. You can really tell that Dave and Connie want to make guests feel comfortable with a cozy place to rest. You just can't beat the hospitality. the place was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Also, the bed was so comfortable. I did not want to get out of bed. I would definitely book this place again!

This was our 1st experience at an Airbnb and although I was a little nervous, everything here was great! As a single mom traveling alone with a child and arriving very late around 10:30pm, I was grateful to have a safe, clean place to stay. We weren't there long but it did the job for what we needed. Bed was super comfy! Definitely will be back!

Brian is my go-to guy for stays in Newnan. He’s quick to respond and a delight to work with. No to mention he’s an incredible host.

Brian is a tremendous host who we've stayed with a number of times. Because of this, he's really gotten to know our needs and responds to them before we do. Also, my daughter needed to make a video for her French class and Brian was gracious in letting her use his kitchen, cooking equipment, and stove to shoot a video on making crepes in French. Oh, and he served as an extra in the making of the video. If I could give him an extra star, I would.

It was our first time in GA. Newnan is a great town. Coming in, there’s is a parking spot very secured in the rear of the listing. There is a couple of wood stairs coming up to the deck directed to the room. Our key was in a teal cup and check in was very simple and the locs secures. Coming into the listing, our room was greeted with our name which was a refreshing touch after traveling from Boston. Our room was very clean and even had a chocolate treat. 😋. Wifi password was set in the room with instructions of setting it. There is a TV and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and the shower is very accessible with modes. (Bathroom is goals)! There is a mini refrigerator and microwave and a Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee mugs. There is a paper cups, plates and utensils which was helpful. In a container there’s is Keurig coffee cups and hot chocolate. And another container of sugar! And a section of coffee essentials. He also gives out donuts, fruits and granola bars which was so sweet. Brian also has a binder of things to do in the Newnan Square area! And emergency info posted in the house. He also gives you privacy but if you need him, he is easy to reach and very responsive! Also a very informative person about the Newnan area and his whole house is goals! Best AirBnB I’ve had this far. Much love 💕

Excellent accommodations, value and location.

Travis is an amazing host who excels in true southern hospitality. He wants you feel not only like its your home, but welcomed to be there. My daughter left her hair dryer and Travis picked one up for her so that she could blow dry her hair the next day. Travis is thoughtful, warm and gracious.

This place is really lovely and comfortable. It’s beautifully designed and very well maintained. Very clean and was great to have small fridge, microwave and coffee service. The house itself and its setting are gorgeous. Guests should know the host communicates everything via emails rather than the app.

It was our first time using Airbnb and this cottage was a warm welcome to our Airbnb experience. It was perfect for the 2 of us for the 1 night we stayed. It was clean and was in a very nice location. Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying around the Atlanta/Newnan area.

What an amazing experience. It’s always hard to sleep in a place that’s not my own home. However the Keirth Cottage was so extraordinary and cozy it felt like home. It’s obvious they take great pride in their home and customer service. Fantastic communication and excellent organization. I will definitely be staying here again, even if it’s just a night get away.
