Very quiet and conveniently located accommodation. Within walking distance in 3 minutes, the S-Bahn takes you to Munich Marienplatz in 30 minutes or the regional train to Ostbahnhof in 15 minutes. Other destinations: Munich Airport: 30 min by car. , S-Bahn 60 min. Messe München ICM: 20 min by car.train/bus 40 min. Families appreciate the proximity to the thermal spa Erding (car 20 min., train/bus 35 min.), to the Poing Wildlife Park, to the Munich Hellabrunn Zoo and the swimming lakes in the surrounding area.

The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
