Very clean with everything you need inside including books about Paris and a metro map which was a nice touch. Fantastic location in the heart of everything only 20 minutes walk from le Louvre. The double bed above the living area was a little too much for my wife as she didn't like the ladders but the beds on the ground floor were comfortable enough. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Paris! Fantastic.

This accommodation is within walking distance from the Ostbahnhof. The accommodation is absolutely as described. But you should know each other or not be shy about each other, because the kitchen and bathroom are separated by the sliding doors at the bottom and open at the top. There is everything you need for cooking in dishes. The fridge is huge and we didn't use the microwave. The sleeping area below was comfortable. We only looked at the upper sleeping area but did not use it. It has sufficient seating, sufficient sockets and free WiFi. The accommodation is on the ground floor in the back yard and the garbage cans are right around the corner. It's not annoying, but you have to count on people right outside the window. Thanks to the long, opaque curtains, this is not a problem either. Apart from the location near the Ostbahnhof, you are right in the middle of the action in Paris. We were only walking about 20km a day and found the location of our house absolutely perfect. My first Airbnb experience was really good! Thank you for this great place to stay.

A little bit difficult to find the actual Air Bnb door. First you have to go through a blue door, then you will be in the courtyard with the gray door in front of you for the actual place. Gilian was very responsive and helpful when we called for help! Heater did take a while to heat up so I would suggest turning it on early!

Perfect host and perfect place to stay! Highly recommended!

This flat provides a wonderful base from which to explore Paris. The Pompidou Center is on your doorstep and there are many cafes, restaurants within easy walking distance. You can walk down to the Seine and see Notre Dame in only about 10 mins. If you are traveling by Eurostar the nearest train station is only one stop away by the RER from Gard de Nord so it is all very convenient and easy to navigate. Franck is a great host and made us feel very welcome. I recommend this as a base for exploring Paris.

Not to mention the location, the house is completely clean. Your room or toilet may be smaller than what you see in the picture, but it might be more comfortable. Just be aware that this is a smoke-free apartment, so you may smell a light cigarette in the corridor of the room! Instead of just entering the room it smells so good The host is so kind and enthusiastic that if you get a chance, it would be fun to share. Highly recommended! Merci Monsieur!

We loved this unique accommodation in Paris. Its large dining table, natural light and enough beds for a large family made the whole experience very pleasant. The Canal area is great for places to eat and feels much less hectic than inner Paris areas. If you are unlucky to be in Paris during a public transport strike, we highly recommend the electric scooters that you can find using apps on your phone. Would definitely stay here again. Close to supermarket, boulangerie, patisserie, bistros and bars. Segire was very helpful with any query we had.

Super loft. Host is brilliant - details like fresh flowers, coffee, excellent tip make this huge and quiet Loft in the beautiful neighborhood right next to the Canal a dream location. Most recommended!

Vu & Kim were wonderful hosts!! The Marais is such a great location. Hard to go 20ft without seeing another beautiful boulangerie or shop. The apartment was small but so charming. Our family of four loved it!

Right in the middle of champs-élysées so the Eiffel Tower was only a 10 minute walk, but you can see it from the room! The apartment was tidy and very luxurious. The Smart TV was a great touch and the elevator up to the top floor just makes it a lot more special (especially when you have big bags!)

Eva's place was everything you could hope for and more when looking for a stylish, spacious, and comfortable apartment in Paris. It exceeded our expectations- I loved all of the little details and artistic touches, everything was clean, the location was perfect, and the bed was super comfortable! Eva was also very kind and accommodating allowing us to leave our bags after check out so we didn't have to lug them around before heading to the airport. I loved this airbnb!

Great place to stay overall. You can walk to everything. If your a tourist, we recommend trying out the hop on hop off boat for a day, which is within walking distance to one of the stops. One thing to watch out for is that the place is located the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. It’s an old building so this is understandable, but be aware you are going to need to haul your luggage up a small wooden spiral staircase for 4 floors. Another bonus was the place was stocked with Expresso and impressively decorated. There’s a market across the street as well.

A stylish apartment with a lovely atmosphere, in an excellent location. Surrounded by lots of great bistros and handy shops. Eva was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We were surprised to find some half-finished food things in the fridge & personal products etc in the bathroom, and although we were met by Eva’s lovely housekeeper, due to our French not being good enough we were unclear about some of the instructions she gave us. A written note may help with this for future guests, although any messages we sent to Eva were always quickly replied to. A great apartment where we thoroughly enjoyed staying. Thank you, Eva, for sharing your home with us!

First thought was a little hesitant as the flat was behind several doors and outside the apartment was a little uninviting. All that went away when the door opened to a beautiful apartment! While the ceiling was a low for my family member it did not diminish the the wonderful stay. Tons of amenities and utensils to use if needed. Beds were very comfortable, and while one room was a tad tight, it wasn’t an issue for sleeping what so ever. The only negative aspect was the apartment sits above a comedy club, which gets very loud on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It did not affect us and it closes down after 12:00 Am, but just a heads up. Last, but not least, the host (Patricia and Deborah) were spectacular. Spot on for recommendations and replies when needed. One of the best hosts yet I have had!

The apartment is very nice but above all well organized. The bathroom is somewhat small but functional. In the kitchen there is everything you need.

Really adorable and clean apartment, with perfect location. Owner is really helpful and information moves really quickly. During weekend there is noisy, because the comedian club nearby, but after 12:00 it is already quiet. Recommend everybody to stay there! :)

Good location. Very good host! The only downside is the theater downstairs, which will be hi at night, but it will end at 11 o'clock. The water heater is an electric water heater and cannot be washed by many people at the same time.

The check in staff was great and it’s nice to have it staffed 24/7... it isn’t necessarily on the canal like it may seem however it is still in a good location. Balcony view was pretty and the room was clean!

The location is very convenient and ideal. So close to the metro and a variety of eateries within walking distance(the pizza place downstairs was delicious).I loved the large mirrors in the bedroom and the heater worked very well. The main lightbulb in the bedroom burned out on our last day but it was not an issue as there are plenty of other lights in this flat and the window brings in a nice natural light. Sl!m responded in a quickly manner and offered great tips for local restaurants and things to do.

All very well, although we never had the pleasure of meeting Sl! M, he was always attentive and answering our questions. The space is very good and the location is excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro to move wherever you want.

The studio is a stylish place in a great neighborhood. It is very well equipped, the ventilator was our best friend during the heatwave this summer. Even though the place is very cool because it's located on the ground floor. The bed sofa is top quality and we enjoyed the possibility to sit outside for diner. We used the outside table everyday. The neighborhood is very lively with great restaurants and grocery shops. Once you enter from the street, it's so peaceful. We can absolutely recommend this place and Guillaume is a super host!

A lot of positives in this haven of peace: the central location, while being surprisingly quiet, the communication with Guillaume and his information, his flexibility in terms of schedules, the little touches on arrival, the sofa bed that made me a little scary at first is super quality and I have rarely slept well in an Airbnb in Paris, the bathroom is small but the shower works wonders what is nice after a long day of walks, it's true that the accommodation is small, but it is enough for a short stay ... the only small negative point could be the lack of kitchen utensils (I like to make tea, and heat the water in the kitchen. 'unique large pan is not top, one or two pans would not be too much, and can be a bowl for those who take cereals in the morning ^^), but in general, everything was really perfect ... surely one of the best Airbnb I've had in Pari s (and I've already had some ^ ^)

It was nice to have Guillaume's flat for visiting Paris. The location is good to travel from Gare du Nord and all sightseeing places. The flat is tidy and everything needed are included. Thank you.

Vincent communicated well. Check-in was easy. Location was perfect as we were attending a show at Moulin Rouge. Smaller than expected, but still spacious. We had no issues.

A fabulous little flat which was perfectly located for all sightseeing and really getting in to Parisian life in Monmartre. Vincent got back to me very quickly on anything I needed and check in and out was so easy. The small courtyard was amazing to have outside space in the city. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed for a few weeks with Heloise, and overall a very good experience. The location is well placed in Gentilly, right beside the RER B which will take you into the middle of Paris. Otherwise the neighbourhood felt safe and there were a few small restaurants which were nice along with a couple small grocery stores. The suite was as advertised - the washroom was a bit cramped, but nothing to be concerned about. Perfect for two people, any more than that might be a bit much. I had a couple small issues during my stay in the suite, but Heloise responded to them very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying with Heloise!

The apartment was perfect in terms of location, close to Paris and many public transport (important during strikes) and very comfortable. The close proximity to the ring road was not too annoying in terms of noise ... The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Eloïse is very responsive in her responses which is pleasant and the secure entry allows a late arrival which is very practical. I recommend the accommodation of Heloise.

Best youth hotel I've ever been to！The location is a little far away from center Paris but can go directly to the airport. Best place you can stay for your last night in Paris. The atmosphere is really hot at night, cocktails and food are unbelievable for such a price. The cabin was quiet and neat, perfect for relaxing after a tired day of touring. Me and my friend are both satisfied with the hotel choice and promised next time to Paris Jo&Joe would still be the first choice！！

Apartment very well located. Many bars and restaurants close by. You will be able to visit most of the sights of Paris using the bus lines that pass on the same street and the metro which is 3 minutes away. Vincent was very attentive, responded to my messages and helped us with any problems. The apartment was practically ours, he hardly stayed at home. Our days in Paris were wonderful!

Candice's flat is the perfect place to stay during your time in Paris. Candice and Louis are thoughtful hosts and their place in the 9th is the stuff of Parisian dreams. They were really understanding when my stay was delayed and were always easy to reach. The flat itself is cozy, has a great courtyard view, is easily accessible to the Metro, and only 10 minutes form Montmartre! Highly, highly recommended :)

Candice was incredibly helpful and she gave us tips and recommendations on where to go and what to do. While we didn’t meet her in person she created an easy check-in and checkout system which made arriving and departing super easy. The apartment itself was cozy and clean and less than a 5 minute walk from two different Metro lines allowing us to antique shop north of town, see live music in Montmartre and hit up the bigger tourist areas on one train, which was great! This was our fourth trip to Paris and, if it’s available, we’ll stay here again for the fifth trip!

Candice was easy to communicate with and her place was close to the trains, restaurants and supermarkets.

It’s a stylish and modern apartment, facing back to the atrium, so it’s quiet. It’s located in a very convenient place, where you can either take walk to Montmartre or take metros or buses to any where in Paris. Candice is a nice host. Although we didn’t meet with each other, the check-in and check-out process is very clear and simple, and she gave me many guides and recommendations to enjoy the real Parisian life.

Candice’s home was conveniently located, clean, and beautifully styled! Candice communicated well, and gave us lots of great tips for our trip to Paris. It’s a 6th floor walk up, which we knew, but if that isn’t your thing, this may not be the place for you. We would definitely recommend, and stay again!

The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood but on quiet street. It’s only a 5 min walk to several metro lines. Although I never met the host, she was very kind and quick with her responses. The apartment is very representative of the pictures provided on the website. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location of the apartment in the super city center is very convenient no matter where I go !! The host is super nice and everything is very intimate and recommended the restaurant for us !! We had a great stay here! Jean-Michel was great at communicating wth us beforehand and throughout, he met us on arrival, was very welcoming and helped us with our suitcases, and allowed us the option to check out late . The area is perfect - our favourite neighbourhood in paris with a lot of quirky shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a nearby supermarket and bakery. The place is cute, a little small but had everything we needed and was cozy for a couple.

We enjoyed our stay at Jean-Michel's place. The studio is small but perfect for our night stay and we were right in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere - the location was perfect. Jean-Michel was very accommodating with check-in and held our bags the following day so could continue exploring before leaving Paris.

The studio is perfectly located in the central of Paris. The Metro Station is only five minutes away. Though the apartment is really small, perfect for one person to stay there and feel cozy and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to discover Paris for the first time.

I stayed in the flat for 2,5 months. It was very well equipped and comfortable set up. It can be cold in winter despite the radiator. But I still enjoyed the accommodation very much. And no doubt is Marais the best neighbour in town. Central and hip. Georges answered quickly when I had questions. Definitely would recommend!

Easy little apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the Metro and a bunch of Parisian tourist attractions, as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants. Perfect for weekend getaways. It had everything we needed and we stayed warm at night despite the cold weather.

The only bad thing is that when we took a shower, the neighbor downstairs dropped water, so we had to shower very quickly. We would have liked to be able to do the check-out a little later since our flight left in the afternoon but I can't be. In general everything perfect, we would repeat without a doubt.

Nice sized space, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. Couldn’t take advantage of the metro because of the strike but it was close enough to walk most places! Would stay again!

Bernard Et Francine’s space is in an amazing location in the latin quarter just minutes from Notre Dame or the Metro. There are delightful spots to eat around the corner and it’s a quiet street for Paris. The space is the typical tiny apartment in Paris but had everything we needed! Highly recommend this place for an excellent home base to explore Paris!

Charming environment, clean with all desired amenities, towels, hair dryer, umbrella, soaps, cleaning supplies. The hosts did everything to make us feel at home with small details, yet they were very discreet and gave us privacy. It was very good our stay. I recommend. Bathroom and kitchen clean. This place is as advertised. Great for a couple looking for a home base from which to explore. Bernard is very hospitable, and was very responsive.

Bernard and Francine's place is in a great location, walking distance to many shops and landmarks. It was a cozy, comfortable place to stay, a particularly welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist locations. They are also fantastic hosts, they responded quickly and made our trip a bit easier. We faced some unexpected travel issues early on and they were very helpful with our delays. Following an unexpected hairdryer snafu, Francine even picked up a replacement! Which was much appreciated as I had not brought one with me.

We had a great stay at Pierre & Julie's apartment. The location is super convenient, with easy access to several metro lines, including RER, and lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. We checked in on our own, with detailed instructions from Pierre & Julie. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend in Paris and would consider Pierre & Julie's place next time we come visit Paris.

This place is perfect for a short stay in Paris. It is very easy to get to and check-in instructions are very clear. The Eiffel Tower is literally 2 minutes away by foot so you can’t really get much better than that! If you are looking for a small, quiet and clean place to stay for a few days in the City of Lights than this will be perfect for you.

Will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Paris. The location is very convenient (you have supermarkets right opposite to the front door with many shops/restaurants/cafes). They clean your room every single day so when I come back it’s always sparkling clean. They were able to check in me much earlier because I came early, and I am utterly grateful. The reception staffs were amazing and extremely friendly. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel, but more like a home that I can return to every day after long hours walking outside. Thank you for the hospitality the last few days!

From the reviews, I anticipated a very clean, centrally located space. This place absolutely delivered! The host gave me more recommendations to nice local spots than I could visit in my time there. Sparkling clean. Also, I had an extremely early flight and the host was so accommodating that I was allowed to check in as soon as I arrived. I’d be happy to stay here again.
