Mike's place is perfectly located close to parks, restaurants, and shops but is in a quiet and quaint location. The bed was very comfortable and had all of the things you'd want (good internet, white noise machine, t.v., etc.). We would book Mike's place again!

Mike's place made the entire experience so easy so we could enjoy our trip! The apartment was super cute & very clean! Although we didn't have much time to explore the town, the town looked quite welcoming with lots of different things to do in walking distance! Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

great place to stay

This is wonderful space and great privacy and price. We were doing Disney and the location is awesome. But what you should know is this is a time share... it’s immaculately clean, but not a home like most Air BnBs. The time share wanted me to take the time to deal with their sales pitch and I declined, & I’d advise you to do the same. The pools and hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor) were great. BYO beach towels as well as all toiletries though. I left a reusable coffee filter because there wasn’t one...there are plenty of dishes but no cleaning supplies. One great upside... a nice porch/deck where you can have morning coffee. So it’s definitely worthwhile to stay here.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Universal and Walmart parks, the apartment is very nice and with the necessary to have fun, and Leandro is very attentive and friendly, always available when we had questions to ask.

Overall good place to stay.

Leandro is an excellent person! Very careful and attentive to all the doubts we had! The ap is beautiful, super functional, very well located, super quiet in relation to noise to sleep .... We feel like we are at home! The internet fluctuated a little in a few days, nothing to get in the way or be a reason for us to be upset! In short .... we love the days we spent in the AP and we indicate for sure !!!

Great value in a clean & safe environment. Plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance (including the famous slingshot ride). Universal studios was right down the street practically. Perfect for a family with kids, separate bedroom for kids & bathroom.

Great place close to Universal! Knowing you have a pool and fitness center is great. Depending you can uber to the park if you want. It's about 10 minutes to Universal. I'd say closer to 25 or 30 to Sea World or Disney. Great for what we needed!

Cute home, yes the bedroom we used is by the kitchen and the doors used for privacy isn'ta regular door but it worked for our needs. The room was a nice little room, a/c unit in the room. There is a TV but no connection, we didn't care because we only were there at night to sleep. We had to share a bathroom and it was fine for us, we didn't have problems. Mini fridge available for use if needed. Hospitality was amazing! Great experience

This was my wife and I’s very first Airbnb experience. Christina and her family were amazing hosts!!! We were scared at first because it was all new to us the every part of the experience, location and room exceeded our expectations!!!

Great place for a nice quiet night! My husband and I stayed a night before traveling to Jamaica on our honeymoon. Everything was nice and clean. Self check in and out was great.

I loved my stay here! I got in super late, but I wish I would’ve had more time there. There was an entire book of local places to eat, things to do, maps of where things are. I loved that! The space is so cute, and there were so many extra touches to make you feel right at home.

I loved "the shed" I wish I could've stayed longer ... even though it behind another house I felt that I was in my own space I could come and go as I pleased... I would definitely go back the location is amazing, and I was able to check in early to set up since it was a surprise for my wife (thank you Rosy). The only negative I could think of was the bed ... it has a huge dip in the middle but other than that it was perfect.

Sophias place is amazing! It was close to the airport and about 20-25 minutes from Disney and 15-20 minutes from Universal.

Sophia was a great host! My family and I enjoyed our stay at her place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Sophia contacted me before our trip, and asked if we needed any special accommodations. She kindly set up extra bedding for my sons. From the house, the airport is less than 20 minutes away, and Disney and Universal are also close by. Parking was on premises, and easy self check-in to property. Good place with everything you need

This is one of the easiest check-ins I’ve ever had! The space is cozy, comfortable, and safe. We woke up feeling refreshed after a very long day at Disney and both stayed how quiet it was! This is a great spot to stay and I would definitely look at coming back here for my next trip.

Great place and quick response to my questions.

This was very clean space and very well located to what I wanted to do. It's a bedroom with a table that two people could sit at and eat, a small refrigerator freezer, a TV on the wall, a coffee maker, and a nice bath and shower. There are a couple of fans for hot days. There's microwave in the closet which I didn't try. This is a good space for people who expect to be out most of the time, and use it mostly for sleeping and breakfast. For me, a man in his sixties traveling alone, and attending a conference at the local fairgrounds, it was excellent. For a couple it could get confining on a rainy day and you'd be looking for somewheres to go out. But there are a lot of places to go, so that shouldn't be a problem. I briefly met one of the hosts, who is very helpful, and online communication with them was swiftly answered and always polite. I would be happy to stay there next year.

Condo was clean, close to many shops and restaurants. We literally walked to universal 2days (2miles each way). 3 pools to choose from so even if one was down for cleaning or repair we never missed a day by the pool. Very happy with our stay.

Great location in Orlando as you are in between everything! The beds were very comfortable.

This condo was super close to Universal, and although we had a car rental, Uber costs were comparable to parking fees and more convenient so we went that route. Parking was close to the entrance for my mother who was in a wheelchair, and easy access. The condo was as pictured and while we didn't have time to visit the pool or other facilities, there was a cute cafe in the front to grab a quick breakfast and coffee before we left for the parks. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Gabriel was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! The host Gabriel was just kind and lovely, responded very well, and make us feel comforted and free to ask as many questions as needed. Minor issues did occur (little things happen and go unnoticed, that’s okay) , but everything was well after contacting Gabriel. And for the price it is much more comfortable and homey that a standard hotel.

We loved our time in Patrick's loft. Very Confortable, clean, towels and bed clothes news and the best quality. next to everything to need: supermaket , Starbucks, library, pharmacy, restaurants and to much near of parks themes atractions, llike Universal about 15 minutos by car. And Patrick were always present when we need . Congratulations about this space!

I truly enjoyed our stay here. The space is very close to several food and shopping options. And by several I literally mean a bunch of options. It was a quick 20 min commute to other areas of Orlando and attractions. The entire space was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Seriously, whoever did the interior design is amazing. All of the little details are perfect! Safe area. Comfortable bed/couch. and once again super clean! Would definitely book again.

Easy access to Target, Millenia Mall and Universal. Short drive to Disney. Pleasant hosts. Super clean. A bit warmer in the room than expected so pack light night wear. Comfy bed, nice shower, great crash place after being out all day.

My second visit this time . Jay is such a thoughtful , friendly, responsible host . Blanket was ready in my room but he gave me another blanket for chilly night . It was so helpful. I did a quick overnite stay on way down to fort pierce. great location with easy access off the toll road. super clean home with comfy rooms, beautiful lake and pool to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. great value. i had the pleasure of chatting with jay before i left in morning and he is super friendly with lots of good florida tips and insight. a great place if traveling alone. i felt safe, n'hood safe. will def. stay there again in my many visits to florida.

Jay is a so kind host. The place is very clean and the location is pretty good for universal studios. We enjoyed our time very much here. It’s a pity that we didn’t find a time to enjoy the backyard besides the lake. It must be very comfortable if we could relax there for some time since the lake is very beautiful.

Very nice apartment, close to almost all main tourist attractions.

Our stay at this location was really great. My husband and I booked it for 3 nights, as a long weekend getaway. Arrival was really easy and we were given detailed instructions. We were offered food suggestions and given our space, which is what we wanted. The location was great and easy to Uber/Lyft to theme parks. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. Johnny was easy to get a hold of both through text and using the messaging app. I would 100% stay here again.

Lisandra’s home is exactly as described. We arrived for our ten year wedding anniversary and she left flowers for our special occasion. Amazing hospitality!! The privacy is great. You have your own entrance and little sitting area outside. The room was perfect for two people. We didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did it was more than enough. The kitchenette area is fully stocked if you need to make a small meal or coffee. The bathroom is on the smaller side but looks just like the pictures so it’s exactly as described. The only issue we had was the water for the shower doesn’t get hot. It was just warm. It was perfect for the price. We would definitely stay here again. 25 minutes from Disney. 15 minutes from downtown Orlando.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access by Uber or bus (Lynx) Since host was not on site, I was surprised and impressed by Jamie's availability by phone when my Uber driver was uncertain of airbnb address for drop off. Great to have timely help when needed!

This is my third stay at Jamie's place and I'm sure that would tell you how much I like here. Jamie is amazing. she always responds quickly and makes sure my stay was pleasant. I rate 6/5, that extra star is surely for Jamie. I highly recommend this place.

Place is fantastic. The hosts seem like great people to. The only downside would be the drop off from kitchen to bedroom. I hurt my ankle a bit because the drop isn’t obvious. They definitely warn you and are great hosts, unfortunately it isn’t easy to remember that drop off everytime

Alexandria and Christian’s studio is the perfect place to rest after a long day at Universal (or, honestly, anything else you’re doing in Orlando). They were super accommodating when the weather wasn’t on our side and let us check-in early. We plan on coming back whenever we find ourselves in the Orlando area again!

What a lovely place in a sweet spot! Easy access to highways and lots of restaurants in the area. Outstanding Church at the Cross is less than a mile away. So glad I stayed here!

I have used Daisy's little MIL suite as my home away from home in Orlando for over 2 years. It has worked very well for me in that it is nicely located, easy for my clients to find and a great place to stay for me and sometimes I bring my dog with me. I love the full kitchen and location is great - close to stores and restaurants - in the area of old Orlando with it's cute little houses and easy to find They have always been very accommodating to all of my need when I have stayed there and I will continue to use this location as long as I need to come to Orlando to work. Thanks Daisy and all of the people that help you maintain this lovely location.

This place is perfect to crash for a night if you’re doing something downtown Orlando. The location is wonderful, you can walk to a lot of what downtown has to offer. It’s cute and clean, and the host communicated anything we needed to know. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional place to stay, especially given the price and location! I loved being able to walk to the nearby Publix (two minute walk) to buy snacks and drinks. Check in was a breeze, the room was sparkling clean, and the bed is very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

The space is small as the owners so clearly state. However it is very well organized to make it function well and it is immaculately clean. The location can’t be beat. We parked the car and didn’t use it again until it was time to leave. Close to many restaurants, stores and Lake Ebola. Would recommend.

We stayed 2 nights there and have nothing negative to say. The house is very clean, the bathroom is linked to the room, making it very convenient and private. There is also a fridge and a microwave in the room. We chose this appartement so we could go to universal studio, which is very easy to do with Uber (around 14$). The communication was easy and efficient. Thank you again!

Place was clean and good achievable for Disney World. We were satisfied with the bedroom and bathroom as well as the available fridge and microwave. Very open, helpful and friendly.

Our flight was late so we ended up checking in an hour later than expected and Bonita was there waiting with a smile to go through everything with us. He was full of information and even gave us tips about the city. Overall, we enjoy the couple days we stayed

What can I even say? This place was amazingly perfect! It was the perfect size it was spacious, it was clean, it had everything you could need! The views of the lake are amazing! Adam was great with communication and just overall a wonderful experience! I hope to one day come back! Thank you Adam!

Lovely place!

Very spacious, modern and cozy tiny home. Love the location on the lake. So peaceful. The community is so cool with tons of tiny homes. The photos and listing gave us accurate expectations of this home. Even more spacious than expected. AC works great! Bedding and couch were comfortable. Check-in and check out were very easy.

Ken and Chuck are such great hosts! We felt very comfortable! The check-in worked perfectly with a door code. When we met Chuck and Ken, we first got a tour of the house. Our room was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed: a large bathroom, fridge, television with Netflix, comfortable bed, wine and plenty of towels. We were allowed to use the rest of the house and cooked and washed our laundry in the kitchen. In the morning, Chuck and Ken had prepared muesli and coffee and there were always delicious homemade cookies in the kitchen

Chuck and Ken were exceptional. Their home is friendly and full of happiness and love. Kim and I felt welcome the moment Chuck open the door. They have the air bnb down to an art. Chuck is such a warm individual that sparkles when he tells his and Ken’s journey. Kim gives the coffee 2 thumbs up she said you had it perfected. We both want to Thank You for opening up your home and sharing a brief moment of your journey as we travel in ours. When we travel to Orlando again Chuck and Ken will be on the stay list. Absolutely, fantastic. They guys go the extra mile and then some. The attention to detail is way beyond expectation. From the wine and chocolate in the room, to the coffee and daily baked goods always being ready in the morning, and the pool, and the towels ( high quality beach towels for the pool and bath towels and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash dispenser in shower to the cleanliness and hospitality. 5 star accommodations.

Words cannot express the immaculate features of this home. Chuck and Ken go above and beyond welcoming you into their home. Upon arrival Chuck welcomed us at the door, gave us a tour of the home and showed us to our room, where there were chocolates and a very nice bottle of wine. If you have a choice of a Airbnb in the Orlando area you will be highly pleased with this choice. When I'm back in the area before I look anywhere, I'm looking to stay here before anywhere else. Thanks again for an outstanding experience.

Ken's place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Clean, calm, relaxing, and beautiful. At the end of our stay, he left a very thoughtful note and box of chocolates. My fiancee commented, "I'd find a reason to come to Orlando just to stay here again".

Excellent stay. Mr. Ken & Mr. Chuck were excellent Hosts. “Great Ambassadors” for Orlando. They made me very comfortable and were very accommodating for my needs. Wonderful amenities and very hospitable. Gorgeous decor. AWESOME stay. I will certainly revisit this location.

Great place within the budget

This was perfect for us to go to Universal and Disney World! Location could not be better. It's 15 minutes from the MCO airport, 2 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Universal, 30 minutes from Disney World. There is a private entrance and a private bathroom (though the shower is pretty short and small, so I wouldn't recommend for super tall people; it was fine for us at 5'10"). You get to park within her fenced driveway, so no need to worry about on-street parking. Bed was comfy (on the firm side), especially after being dead-tired from the parks. There is a microwave and mini fridge. Sandra is also super kind and accommodating. If you're trying to keep it simple and really just need a place to sleep, this is great! We loved it.:)

We enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is great for two people and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. A refrigerator and microwave are also included. The hostess is always happy to help with any questions.

I highly recommend this place! Sandra and her husband are absolutely friendly and they are great hosts.

The place is really good

Very comfortable and well located room. We spend two nights here. The first day we went to Universal Studios and the second day to the Kennedy Space Center. You can get to both places very easy. It’s clean, great communication and a quiet area. We definitely recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Very good option to stay as a couple

A absolutely great place to stay. Hosts were very accommodating and kind. I appreciated their breakfast In the mornings. Room was clean and overall had a great time. Things to note; Although I personally enjoyed my stay, I do want to give some forewarnings. If you aren’t comfortable staying in a low income housing area where it can be a bit loud, then perhaps you may want to look into other places. However, I personally grew up in a similar environment and found it very familiar and home-ish. Immediately felt comfortable and familiar with my setting. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here, great value for a great price.

This is a nice little place! It’s quiet and in a great location downtown. I definitely recommend staying here. The only con was that the water temp doesn’t get very hot. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

It was so good Clean and had everything

Had emergency situation and needed a place to stay over a weekend. The host was able to provide me the help and accept our last min reservation. He responded our messages very promptly and also did his best to help us to have a smooth staying. The location was perfect, one block away from Eola lake park so we enjoyed our walk every chance we had. The self check in was very simple and no trouble at all. The place was about a studio size but we had everything we needed, the kitchen had enough space and the shower was big enough. You could tell the property was older but it didn’t impact our experience at all. Strongly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and travel comfort in Lake Eola Park aria in Orlando. Great for business after hours. Quick check-in saving time for travelers and the host.

Quaint little space attached to the side of a bigger house. Good space for the money spent.

Pros: Super location, cool older building with character if you appreciate that, private entry and feeling even for city location, minimal noise for a shared building, clean, nice artwork—should add one more of the same type of paintings in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Cons (small issues really) Super tiny shower. You will feel like the curtain is your bath towel while bathing. Also if you want to shower without wetting your hair, you can’t. The shower head is directly above and there’s no space in the shower to angle it and have control over how wet you get your head. Bring a shower cap. Also the floor will get wet very easily if you’re not very careful. Toilet seat was very flimsy and moved too easily. Could be more natural light but of course this is a very difficult and expensive change to make.

This place is perfect in so many aspect. Really in the heart of downtown Orlando, you are at a walking distance from everything. The place is super cozy, on the smaller size, sure since it’s a studio, but it’s big enough for a couple. The host replied super quickly, and there is really nothing negative to say about this listing! Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Super close to the airport and tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Yeni was very generous sharing meals with me. I was there for a week and we shared some meals plus I had a shelf in the fridge for my food. Quiet time starts at 10 and I had ear plugs to help with noise since I go to bed much earlier. I am a super early bird, but it worked out fine. Plenty of parking and easy in/out of the neighborhood. I love pets so I have no issues with that, except falling in love with their puppy. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The stay was great

Amazing location. Right on international drive. 5 min walk from Icon park. 10 mins drive to Universal studios. 20-25 mins to Disney. Apartment was ok, bit dated but for the location and the money we were more than happy. The host’s communication was excellent. Clear and good instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to stay there again!!

Very convenient for a trip to Universal. A few shops and restaurants nearby and the pool was a nice option if you are there for a bit longer

Excellent location to Universal Orlando Resort! Great amenities and view off of the balcony! Valentina was extremely easy to work with and was so so quick to respond. Simple, yet perfect little getaway for a home base on a universal trip!

For the location, it's a pretty good value. It's right by all major attractions, and within walking distance of a cool Irish pub! But the room itself is a bit dingey. So if you're only using it to sleep in, it's perfect. Only two outlets could be used to charge anything. Double check at the front desk for the correct wifi password.
