We loved working with Dee and staying at her property. Her home is ideal for visitors looking for a quieter side of Goa. It’s a little off-the-beaten-path, but not hard to find. And once we arrived, we found her space to be spacious and easy to live in for a few days. It’s artfully decorated, it has all the things you’d need for a lengthy stay (WiFi of course, laundry, AC, a pool). Food options require a little planning, as the closest good restaurants are more a drive than a walk, but there’s great coffee walking distance from the property, and we were served traditional Goan breakfast hand-prepped in Dee’s kitchen, and it was totally delicious! We also really like Dee on a personal level. Her response time to our questions over text was excellent, and she gave good and clear instructions on how to get there, and once we were there, she supplied us with a lot of great tips for navigating the neighborhood. A great host and human being. A++

I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay at Dev's place in Goa! Dev was an absolutely fantastic host, always providing clear instructions and being incredibly helpful with any issues we faced. The flat itself was great – the kitchen, bathroom, and even the jacuzzi were all top-notch. It's amazing how much he managed to provide for the price, truly exceeding expectations. For anyone seeking a peaceful and exceptional stay in North Goa, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's worth every single penny! And Dev, I'm so sorry I couldn't say goodbye properly while leaving. Thank you so much for providing such a pleasant experience in GOA.

We were a family of 9 and chose this villa as we had some other engagements nearby in Aldona. The setting of the villa is truly pristine, surrounded by lush greenery and fields on one side, making it an idyllic retreat. The abundance of birds and natural beauty added to the charm.The villa itself was clearly designed with a lot of thought and intentionality. All four bedrooms and bathrooms were well-appointed. The balconies were a favorite spot for enjoying chai and some reading, while the living room comfortably accommodated all of us. Our kids absolutely loved the private pool—super private and gave us peace of mind. The villa blends beautifully into the sleepy village, offering a serene and exquisite experience without being an eyesore.Shobi and Bishnu, the housekeepers, were pleasant and very helpful throughout our stay. The hosts were professional and proactive in their communication, graciously accommodating an early check-in for a few of us! super grateful-

I had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Sorriso do Sol. The property is beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of comfort, style, and tranquility. The lush landscaping, the well-equipped kitchen made our stay feel extra special. Special thanks to the host for the warm hospitality and for ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return! Overall, a delightful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape in Goa.

Lubna has a beautiful house with a well-maintained garden where if you rise in the morning you are likely to hear songs of 8-9 birds (confirmed by our birding apps). The champa, coconut, ornamental bananas among the many greens present such a pleasing sight that you may end up sitting on the verandah the whole day. The best part is the room has fenesta door grills that offer a view of the garden growing around the house. We also worked out of our room and the verandah with ease. The access to our room was independent of the rest of the house, which made it easy for us to move in and out. Coming to the home owners, Lubna, Mithu (a gorgeous black dog), Maya (a kind eyed older canine), Sammy and Meneka (two lovely cats) are a wonderful company, who are non-intrusive and share their space with gentle boundaries that make staying for longer easier. t is a quiet and charming haven where you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. A hidden gem as they say it on this platform.

We stayed for two days at Chateau Madeira in Moira, Goa. The place is really beautiful as shown in pictures, very clean and extremely peaceful. Although their is AC in the room but the walls are built in a way, the rooms feel cold from inside even in the hot weather. It is a really old Portuguese villa, which has been renovated recently. Our host Mr. Jesus was very helpful and proactive. He made some good recommendations for cafes, places to vist etc. Also helped us with finding cab and scooty with reasonable prices. Great experience overall.

The Loja exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed complete privacy, peace and tranquility despite being just a 30- minute ride from Panjim. The highlight of The Loja is it's location right next to a lake. You get sweeping views of the lake, mangroves and the surrounding hills right from the front of the cottage. Wake up early enough and you are greeted in bed by the rising Sun and melodious birdsong! The Loja has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows let ample light in and allows for stunning views right from the bed! The hosts were thoughtful to provide milk, fruits, eggs, bread, etc. to take care of our first couple meals. The warm hospitality extended to us by the manager Mr. Vincent Lobo was exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. He was thorough in his explanations, polite, generous and always eager to help. Our time at The Loja will remain with us for a long time and it will always be the top priorty for our future Goa visits.
