Very well equipped apartment in an ideal location close to the ski bus stop (free). Good base in excellent ski area to vernüftigem price. Even for film (DVDs), reading material and current information material was provided!

We stayed at Brigitte's place for a week and had a wonderful time. Brigitte was a wonderful host and nothing was a problem, she provided great local knowledge, helped book restaurants which were otherwise fully booked and provided a wonderful place to stay. Would recommend to others and will be back.

Christian was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered was varied and delicious, designed the bathrooms very original and the 10-room but very quiet for the size. In sum highly recommended!

Very great hotel, we would definitely come back. We had booked the whole ski camp (10x people) for us, so no problems with privacy. Is also dissolved so great with the cabins and the curtains. Everyone has a lockable box, which opens a map. Bathroom nice and clean. Everything makes a top impression. The staff and Christian are always friendly and have always tried to respond to our requests. Thank you for use at the table reservations. The location is also great; 5-minute walk to the village and the ski lift is right behind the hotel. I highly recommend it and the price / performance ratio here anyway. Oh ... would you on breakfast. :-)

Hugo's apartment is simply a terrific place to stay when in Lech. It is extremely well situated just off the Bergbahn station in Oberlech. It is a perfect apartment with excellent amenities and sleeps five easily. If the snow is good, it is a perfect ski-in ski-out position with fantastic restaurants in close proximity. Oberlech is a magical place for a skiing holiday and Hugo's well maintained apartment is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for an apartment in Oberlech.

Great host! Hugo kindly picked me up in Switzerland and we drove to Lech, he introduced me to the local hotels, restaurants and explained how Lech, Oberlech and the apartment worked. Just perfect! Hugo's apartment is excellent. The photo's don't do it justice. Highly recommended to anyone looking to ski in Lech and the surrounding area. Thank you Hugo!!!

We had a wonderful ski holiday in this perfectly situated apartment in the most perfect of ski destinations. In the morning, we straped on our skis just outside the apartment, and then a short stretch on a pisted pathway up to the "Ubungslift" and you are sking in Oberlech in no time at all. That Ubungslift is a very good place for near beginners to practice on, and more adventurous skiiers will easily get to the upper Lech slopes and Warth from there. You can ski back down into the apartment from the cable car station so say goodbye to the awkward trudge to and from the ski lift that you might have experienced at other destinations. We often returned to the apartment for lunch, it was that easy. On arrival, the utterly charming Hugo and Lily made us feel most welcome, and put in every effort to help us get settled into the apartment. You have to know that in the winter, you have to use a cable car to get your stuff up into the apartment. But the Austrians have an efficient container system by which this can be achieved with minimal fuss, and Hugo helped us use a sledge to manage the last stretch to the apartment. In this and all other respects, I thoroughly enjoyed my dealings with this delightful couple. Lech is not cheap, but we were able to cater for ourselves in the well appointed kitchen quite easily to reduce the expense. You can get supplies from a supermarket down in Lech. The apartment is roomy with plenty of space for 5 people in two bedrooms, plus a spacious living room and kitchen area. It has excellent views out onto the snowy areas of Ober Lech. I have it on good authority that Lech / Ober Lech is also delightful in the summer. If you fancy the good food, Lech / Ober Lech is brimming with 5* hotels with kitchens to match. We were unable to get a table at the Murmeli, which is opposite the apartment and is something of a sensation, food-wise, in Lech so I'm told, so I recommend that if you come here and you like eating, book at least that place in advance. We dined a couple of times at the Hotel Burg and that was awesome, and also went down to the Krone in the valley for a very nice lunch. Summary: Totally awesome.

Hugo's house is in a perfect location in Oberlech for ski in ski out, surrounded by stunning scenery and close to many good restaurants. For our family of four, the house was perfect: with interesting decor (including a bear rug!), spacious, complete with all amenities including a laundry, good wifi and a great kitchen. You need to make a trip back down the gondola to Lech village to get supermarket supplies, but its worth the effort, as Oberlech is much less crowded and prettier than Lech. Hugo was a communicative helpful host with many suggestions where to eat and where you need to book a table in advance. Thank you so much!

A most spectacular home with absolutely nothing more to ask. We stayed for a full week in a house full of charm and quality. The photos on the website does not do this beautiful large home the justice that it deserves. I recommend this for any large group or family looking for somewhere exquisite to stay when skiing in Lech am Arlberg.

We had a very nice time in Irene’s apartment in Zurs even though the weather wasn’t that good. It work out prefect for our family of four with one separate bedroom and we used the hotel facilities for both breakfast and dinner. The service and hospitality from the hotel was great. We can recommend this apartment to any guests who plans a stay in Zurs/Lech.

The location in Zurs couldn't be better. At the foot of a key lift, by a ski bus stop to Lech (opposite tourist info), and the 17 mins bus from Landag train station will drop you outside if you ask nicely, with its actual stop being only up by the post office anyway (150m). There is a fast direct RailJet train service from Zurich and Innsbruck. We flew from speedy friendly London City Airport to Zurich and got the train from there. We may take a sleeper train thru Germany next time (see Snowcarbon and Seat61 websites). The hotel the apartment is at the top of has a friendly, helpful reception which treats you like one of its own guests. The sauna suite is superb. As for the immaculate apartment, the twin beds are comfortable and there are two high quality double inflatable mattresses (though only really room for one in the lounge so the other must be a spare). The flat was very warm and dry, so any hand washing was dry by morning. The free wifi was useful and strongest in the communal areas of the hotel. We cooked all our dinners in the kitchenette on the twin induction hob with good quality pans. We bought ingredients at the Spar and Pfeffercorn supermarkets in Lech, close to the ski bus stop. The Spar has a good vegetarian/vegan/free-from section. Our luck was out for snow, as we had a historically unusual lack of it. Yet we could tell these are a fabulous pair of resorts, friendly, beautiful and with wide pistes for intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders. Great off piste too apparently. Hiking and mountain biking at other times of year. We didn't get to meet Irene, yet she was exceptionally responsive and helpful via Airbnb and text, and the hotel reception was a great back up, even getting us a taxi instantly when we missed our bus to the station. (Note there are different stops for the ski and train busses in Zurs, so make sure you're at the right one!) We hope to return to this great apartment!

This was our second time at Irene's apartment and it will definitely not be our last! Everything about it is fantastic, especially the use of the hotel spa. We were lucky enough to be there for the Hotel's last night and got to meet Irene at the Hotel's "Abschluss" party. She is such a nice, warm woman and I hope to meet for another drink next year. Also, the hotel staff is great and they are so accommodating even if you're not really a hotel guest. We plan to make this a monthly visit to Zurs next ski season!

We had a wonderfull stay in Lech. The apartment was perfect and clean. The location is fantastic near to the slopes and busses. To be recommended.

It was again beautifully in Irene's apartment. We were for the fourth time there and would definitely come back.

Irene's place is exactly as described. The location is ideal to lifts in Zurs and the bus stop that takes you to Lech and other places is across the street from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay, parked our car at the hotel and basically took the local bus to get around. We were able to buy lift tickets and ski school passes at the front desk of the hotel- which saved time. We tried the hotel breakfast one morning and it was a feast. The apartment served all our needs. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and the views from both the living room and the bedroom are spectacular. We had a nice ski vacation.

We had a wonderful holiday during new years in Zurs. The apartment was a lot bigger than you would expect form the photo. We stayed with 4 persons. It was clean and beautyfull decorated. The hotel staff was friendly. I would recommend the apartment to everyone.

We were the first "foreign" guests who were allowed to visit this most privately used holiday apartment. Sorry, we could not be received in person, but this was also due to our late arrival time. Despite that we felt in the apartment right at home, because we expected a Emfangskorb with a nice welcome message :-) Everything you need is to be found in the apartment, so we could even thanks to the appropriate utensils a delicious cheese fondue magic (Ps. The cheese mixture Gibt's at 20m distant Metzger). For us (6Pers) the apartment was big enough, as we were most of the time on the slopes go. For the common meal and plenty of space at the big table with views of the mountains. Only if you had to spend all day indoors, it would have become a bit tight with so many people ... but this does not move you in such a great area! I can only recommend Apartment and we hope as guests could leave as good a picture as we have received!

Warth is amazing for skiing and Eva's place was awesome to come home to. Bunk beds for the kids, board games to play and a well equipped kitchen to cook! Plus there's a sledding hill lit at night behind the apartment complex! Eva was most amazing about giving us every bit of information we needed before arrival.
