The stylish and atmospheric 85 m² apartment overlooking the distance and separate entrance is located in the middle of the Hallertau, the largest hop-growing area in the world. A central location near the highway quickly connects with Munich, Regensburg, Landshut, Ingolstadt and Munich Airport. The Tegernbach Golf Club is only a few minutes' drive away. For nature lovers, there are wonderful hiking trails right at your doorstep through the typical hop-growing landscape and the adjacent forest.

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
