We rent a renovated 2-room apartment with approx. 48 m2 (when occupied by one person) or a 3-room apartment with approx. 63 m2 (when occupied by 2 or more people, an additional bedroom) to non-smokers. The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities of Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Munich are approximately 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

The stylish and atmospheric 120 sqm apartment with views into the distance and a separate entrance is located in the middle of the Hallertau, the largest hop growing area in the world. A central location near the highway quickly connects with Munich, Regensburg, Landshut, Ingolstadt and Munich Airport. The Tegernbach Golf Club is only a few minutes' drive away. For nature lovers, there are wonderful hiking trails right at your doorstep through the typical hop-growing landscape and the adjacent forest.

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Apartment C - Large apartment with 3 single rooms

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Spacious 1-room apartment (about 70 square meters)

Lovingly furnished private accommodation in a quiet but central location in the heart of the Hallertau! The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

Spacious ground-floor apartment (approx. 130 sqm) in an idyllic location. Separate entrance with covered seating area, small sun terrace, and cozy fitted kitchen. McDonald's, a bakery, and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) are just 500 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
