15 minutes from the beaches, close to the center of Lunel with its bars, restaurants... and the arenas, but in an agricultural area with its vines and horses, loft-style house, private 10x5 swimming pool completely renovated (with salt) and garden, classified 3 stars (Étoiles de France). The maximum capacity is 4 people (2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a ventilated mezzanine) but the accommodation can be perfectly suitable for a couple: the rates are also studied accordingly.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Its wooden terrace equipped with a garden furniture with barbecue will allow you to enjoy the sun during your lunches outside. Inside, a comfortable living room with a second bed in 160, an equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
