Patrick and his wife are amazing hosts. They were kind enough to accept us (3 people) with our 3 dogs. We had an excellent time, as the property is located about 20-25 minutes driving distance to Nice and around 40 minutes to Cannes. You need to have a car, as it is located on the top of a hill and there seems to be no public transportation. The apartment is very nice, completely equipped. It as two full bathrooms, one inside the main room and the other one next to the kitchen. It also has a very nice pool with an amazing view. Patrick is easily reachable by message or phone, and he replies within the hour. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a wonderfull place to stay at ! Stunning view from the pool, very attentive people (we arrived late at night and they picked us up with the car in the centre of the small village). Patrck and his spouse allowed us to stay till shortly after mid day to enjoy the pool, which we much appreciated. If we would have had the opportunity to stay longer we would have done for sure. For sure we will be back if we have the opportunity in the near future, because this will be come one of the most booked places in the future. Great place and wonderful hosts. Beautiful views from the property, and be sure to take a dip in the pool and play with Austin the border collie! Need a vehicle to stay here but it is VERY worth it! They have a beautiful spot with amazing views and they give you as much privacy as you want. We were greated by their adorable friendly dog every day we came back to the villa. There is a great restaurant with more amazing views 11 minutes from their place called La Piscine. Wonderful spot to stay while discovering the mountains or Nice.

Moufida's lovely apartment is indeed "between sea and mountain," located on the side of a mountain and in sight of the river Var if not quite of the sea. The vista is grand, the whole villa tastefully appointed, and the apartment sparkling, peaceful and secure. It's about a ten-minute drive up the mountain on a narrow and twisting but easily traversed lane. Our hostess managed quite well to respond to us - both my wife and I are non-French speaking - and she went out of her way most graciously to meet our needs. She met us in the village of St. Martin-du-Var when we arrived and we followed her up to the house. That same night she drove us to Carrefour, 20 minutes away, waiting while we shopped for needed supplies. Her tips on what to see and where to go were very helpful and her bright smile greeted us whenever we saw her. We loved the gates at the top of the driveway - so welcoming and so special. It was a most pleasant and comfortable week's stay. Notes to future visitors - the restaurant in the village is quite good.

Moufida and her husband Didier were very warm, friendly and obliging. They were well-considered to arrange our stay as comfortable as possible. The arrival was smoothly. During the stay we get a lot of recommendations for excursions and our wishes were taken seriously. The flat is as seen on the pictures and the whole property is aesthetic designed and lovely embedded in the surroundings. The pool and the bbq-place completed our perfect stay in Saint Martin du Var and we totally recommend to stay there.

We already could check-in at 10:00 a.m. Both, Moufida and Didier, were waiting for us and showed us the appartment. Very nice and clean appartment. Good bed, well equipped small kitchen (no dishwasher). Shower was a bit low. My husband is quite tall, but it was not really a big issue. Wi-Fi worked well. The route to the appartment is steep with a lot of sharp turns.

Durant notre séjour: Moufida et son mari Didier nous ont réservé dès notre arrivée un accueil très chaleureux, soucieux que notre séjour chez eux se déroule dans un bien être absolu: discrets et toujours très attentionnés à notre bien être. Ce ne fut que du bonheur! La localisation de la location se prête à des balades très variées entre mer et montagne. Les prestation de l'appartement se sont avérées tout à fait conformes à nos attentes: mobilier et décoration de très bon goût, propreté absolue, environnement agréable... Notre séjour à pris une dimension au plus que parfait grâce à la personnalité très attachante de Moufida et Didier. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et leurs propriétaires: vous serez, à n'en pas douter, ravis!

De ontvangst door Moufida en Didier was hartelijk, inclusief apéro time! Net als ons, houden de eigenaars van pure en authentieke dingen. Zijn heel trots op hun kleine paradijs, dat ze volledig zelf hebben gecreëerd. Het zwembad, de zomerkeuken, het uitzicht, de rust, het appartement: het volledige plaatje klopte, en dit aan een goed prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Qualité-prix! Aangezien we nog maar de tweede bezoekers waren, was het ook voor Moufida en Didier nog even zoeken hoe precies om te gaan met de gasten. Voor ons was de combinatie van privacy (overdag zijn beiden gaan werken) en gezellig samenzijn (samen een aperitiefje drinken) ideaal. Het huis is gelegen op een kleine col, waardoor je absoluut een auto nodig hebt om er te geraken. In 5 minuten ben je in het dorpje, waar supermarkt en bakker aanwezig zijn. Midden juni was het niet altijd evident om een geopend restaurantje te vinden in de buurt, ook mede door het af en toe wisselvallige weer. Moufida en Didier deden echter steeds hun best om ons naar een leuk etablissement te loodsen. En indien dit niet lukte, konden we uiteraard nog altijd in ons appartement – waar alles voorzien is wat noodzakelijk was – zelf ons potje koken. Kortom, wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gekend bij twee zeer aangename mensen. Een aanrader!

Mélanie responded quickly whenever we had some questions. We arrived at her place around 21h but she welcomed us with smile despite being very late. Right after we noticed the toliet dosen’t work properly, we asked her for help and she came to us right away. After she quickly checked, she asked us to stay in her place. (It was next to the place we supposed to stay). Her place was even better than the other place we were supposed to stay. Her parents made us feel comfortable and apologized about this issue with explanation. They made breakfast for us and treat us as if we are their family. We felt as if we were invited to our best friend’s home! Around this place, they are planning to build their own restaurant in the garden outside. Next time we have chance to visit here, we want to enjoy delicious meal and beautiful surroundings.

Hébergement à la hauteur de nos attentes (qualités/prix), très propres, très cosy, le matelas du lit est très bien. Nous avons eu de la pluie et une température assez basse, Mélanie nous a mis le chauffage avant notre arrivée. Il y avait aussi une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo. Des petites attentions qui sont très apréciables. Les seuls points négatifs sont les accès - au studio (plusieurs marches avec du bois, risque de glisser en cas de pluie) - à la mezzanine/chambre (petit escalier en colimaçon).

We loved to stay at Sasha's and Sandrine's place! The chalet has everything you need and is surely big enough and the view from the veranda on the mountains is beautiful. The kids loved the swimmingpool. In the surrounding there is a lot to do and to see. Sacha and Sadrine were very welcoming and even took us on a beautiful boattrip!

This is the perfect location for exploring the cote d' azur with all his beautiful cities and Park du Mercantour with the great waterfalls and magnificant landscapes. Saint Blaise is exactly in the middle, but also with nice little villages nearby. The chalet is very cosy. It has all you need for a nice stay. The pool and garden are also very comfortable and beautiful to stay in and look at. We had a great time with Sascha, his wife and kids. You were very hospitable! We even had great fun about the football, drinks and off course on the boat. Our two-year-old boy also had a lot of fun. He still talks about the apple tree, the pool and the 'petite fille', your daughter. Thank you very much for a great holiday!

We absolutely loved Sascha and Sandrine's place. We arrived late, but check in went smoothly. Communication was very easy. Due to our late arrival the hosts offered to buy us breakfast for the first day for a small fee, which was highly appreciated. They even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. The chalet and garden is even nicer than in the pictures. The view is amazing. The drive may be a bit tricky if you are not used to driving in the mountains. The internet was a bit unstable, but we got the impression that it was a temporary issue. Some of us thoroughly enjoyed the pool despite mixed weather. We would recommend this place to anyone! Hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful time at Sashas chalet. The small wooden house comes with a lot of charm and is beautifully located within his garden. Half an hour from Nice but in the middle of the nature of the surrounding mountains. Sashas family welcomed us very warm and our family really felt very comfortable in every sense. A location we can highly recommend. They have a little paradise there.

Beautiful apartment located in Lawrence's parents, comfortable, well equipped, very clean, match the photos. Laurent's parents are very nice. The only downside is the road nearby which is very noisy. We do not hear too much inside when everything is closed but but as soon as you open the windows or that one is in the garden, I find the sound of cars / trucks troublesome.

Nous avons passé un temps de fête de fin d'année en famille, tout en quiétude pour ce genre d'événement : grand séjour-cuisine, 2 chambres à l'étage avec douche et sanitaires, mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie, d'un transat et d'un siège haut. Dommage que la météo n'ait pas été en notre faveur afin de profiter au mieux de la sympathique terrasse et sa piscine. Séjour à renouveler !

De eigenaresse gaf snel antwoord op al mijn vragen. We waren met 5 volwassenen en een kind (2 jaar). Het huis was ruim genoeg voor ons allemaal en het zwembad viel zeker niet tegen. Met mijn 1,68 meter kon ik met het puntje van mijn tenen de bodem aanraken, met mijn hoofd nog boven water. Het huis was schoon, bovenop de kastjes was het wel wat stoffig, net als op de afzuigkap. Ik miste een aantal dingen en heb dit doorgegeven aan Joelle, ik hoop dat zij de volgende verhuurders dan een nog betere ervaring kan geven. De omgeving is mooi en stil. Het dorpje heeft een paar restaurantjes en is knus maar er is weinig, supermarkten zijn met de auto ongeveer 10 minuten. Lidl, Carrefour en E.Leclerc zijn in de buurt. Nice is ongeveer 20 minuten. De omgeving is op de grote weg na stil. Het huis staat naast een ander huis, precies hetzelfde, die ook wordt verhuurd. Wij hadden geen last van onze buren. Ik raad dit huis zeker aan!

We stayed at Anita`s lovely house for 3 nights and we had the most amazing time! The room is so beautiful decorated and the whole house is just charming. You have a brilliant view over the valley from the balcony in front of the room. Anita allowed us to use her kitchen to make a coffee in the morning and you can use her pool and whirlpool. In general we couldn't have wished for a nice and more obliging host. We will definitely come back!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the room had a really nice open plan layout with a free standing bath and a balcony that looked out onto the beautiful countryside. The pool and jacuzzi were really fun to use but the best bit had to be the three huge dogs that were so adorable and friendly. Our host was also lovely and attentive and we had many conversations together about French culture and her own experiences. Highly recommend this listing. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!

We had a fantastic stay with Anita! She was great and made us feel very welcome. She very patiently put up with my somewhat poor French. The room is spacious and inviting. We spent every evening relaxing by the pool. And her dogs are adorable and very sweet. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay! Levens is about a 45 min bus ride from Nice, but we loved being in the countryside and the town has the basics. The views are breathtaking.
