Very nice apartment, clean and cared for, in a small village perched on top of a mountain from where it dominates the whole valley. It is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility but with essential services within a five minute drive. We will return again next year.

Very good appartment, felt like being home during vacation. The house is in a very picturesque and calm place, great view, that you can enjoy from fully glass terrace (for that view you need to drive a mountain road some 5 mins). An appartment has everything needed and is amazingly clean. Information for winter guests: driving time to some ski resorts: Sillian 5min, Drei Zinnen 20 min, Kronplatz 45 min.

Brigitte’s apartment is a great place to have a relaxing vacation. There is a mountain view from the sun room, spacious bedrooms, and a cosy kitchen/eating areas. The location is great for downhill skiing (just a few mins walk from the local slope), and there are lots of Nordic skiing opportunities within a short drive. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and fashionable. The equipments are new and stylish. Love the balcony outside the room, gives a great view of the Mountain and countryside.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given a larger room which was kind, unfortunately it did not have the view of the one we booked but the windows were tinted in such a way that street parking right in front could not see in during daylight hours. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and the kitchen was well equipped (would love a kettle and clothes horse to hang washing though). Unfortunately the sauna is not available until December. Regardless we stayed an extra night as we liked it so much. Great Italian restaurant off the main road in the main town.

We spent two relaxing days with Michaela. The room with the bathroom and a beautiful entrance hall is large and spacious, very modern and tastefully decorated. Michaela is always there when you need her and her tips were all a success. We felt very comfortable.

Our Family had a wonderful time at Theresia. She and her husband Thomas gave us a very warm welcome and took care even of organizing a christmas tree! We enjoyed the beautyfull surrounding, which offers a wide range of possibilities for outdoor activities. The appartment offers everything needed for self-catering. We have got a warm and lovely welcome. When we arrived Thomas noticed that it is my wifes birthday on that day and gave her a present made by himself. We also appreciate they gave us a lot of useful information about the activities happening there and in surrounding. The apartment is clean, big enough for three people and equipped with a lot of extra essentials. We recommend this place to others and we also plan to come again.

Beautiful place, customized apartment for 4 with lots of green space outside for children. Directly on the bike path, with bikes for free use of all sizes. Eggs straight from the chicken coop to the table .. Very kind host. Really top! Recommended!

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay in this apartment in the Austrian Tyrolean Alps. The host met us in person to give us a thorough orientation to the flat & communicated well both before arrival & during the stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean & included quality appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffeemaker, etc. Beds, linens, shower were all excellent. Internet was reliable, and the TV very high quality/hi-def. The location is largely what drew us to this area, and we were not disappointed. Hiking & biking along the Jakobweg trail (which runs throughout the Tyrol) was just beautiful. We also realized we were so close to the Italian border that we could see the Drei Zinnen - the famous Italian Alpine peaks - from the next village. Both Strassen & near-by Sillian had plenty of shopping if needed. We definitely will return to the area, and the flat is a great staging point for visiting it.

I stayed at Aylin's accommodation during the Christmas holidays. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is in a great location for skiing at the Sillian ski lifts or those of the 3 Zinnen. The owner was very kind and helpful; I really appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the attention to detail, such as coffee pods, aromas, detergents, bath products, which are often only found in hotels. Also, there were many brochures in the kitchen about places to visit and things to do during the holidays. The presence of a cellar for storing skis is excellent. I will definitely go back there.

The hostess is very helpful, communicative. Beautiful fully furnished apartment with a spacious veranda overlooking the mountains. Very quiet, quiet place right next to the bike path.

We stayed at Casa Waldfrieden, 4 adults and 6 children, for a short stay to ski in the Sillian and Monte Elmo ski areas, easily accessible by car. Beautiful chalet in the wonderful village of Kartitsch. Equipped with all the comforts, including a very hot Stübe and a small but nice wellness area. Comfortable bedrooms on the first floor and attic with 6 beds where the children had a lot of fun, reachable with a small staircase a bit 'steep. Fully equipped kitchen. Mr Siegfried is available and quick in answers, excellent reception. I'd like to come back. Beware when booking this appt. Nicole is not the host. She just acts as an intermediary. The thing us that she does not respond to messages. She us not available for help. Location provided is not correct. We found the appartment from a picture.....the one showing the church. The appt is situated exactly opposite the church. The Real host is very hospitable. This was a very nice stay, I can recommend the Pension Erbhof with the very friendly host Josef and his really nice family to everyone and will gladly come back to Kartitsch in the Pension Erbhof. From Kartitsch you can reach all the destinations in the Dolomites in a timely manner, you are usually on the road to reach hiking or biking destinations, to Sillian it is just under 10 minutes, San Candido and Dobbiaco can be reached in 20-30 minutes become.......

Pension Erbhof is a cozy family-run place to stay, just 20 min from Dobbiaco (toblach), 50 from Brunich/Braies Lake. Kartitsch is a small town surrounded by green mountains, very beautiful an relaxing. All the family members are nice and they really care about your pleasent stay.

Very large apartment just a short walk from the center of Sillian. Ideal for families. Spacious rooms also have a garden with a table where you can eat outside. In case of need, the owner is quick to reply.

I fully recommend a stay in this location. Very spacious and well equipped. There really is everything you need to live in a home. The only thing is that you have to make sure of what they mean by sheets because even if they told us there were, we didn't find them. The rest all very well.

Large, well appointed apartment in a quiet street a short walk to the ski lift and town centre. Easy access to many other ski areas within a short drive or on a ski bus. Recommended, we would book again for a return to this area.

A nice stay in a very nice apartment, with the possibility of being outdoors in the garden, well located near the center, reachable on foot. Also close to a bike path and the station. very quiet area both day and night. Recommended for families.

This was our first holiday booked in a holiday apartment. We were really positively surprised! Michaela and her helpers were super nice and very accommodating, almost family! The apartment is lovingly furnished, functional and spacious at the same time. Each room had its own bathroom, everything was sparkling and inviting! The breakfast buffet, which you can book separately, had everything you could wish for: bread, bread, eggs, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, spreads, yogurt, vegetables, fruit, even tomato / mozzarella, juices, cocoa and coffee (specialties). So all in all a great place to stay with nice people, we'll be back!

The apartment is large, clean and welcoming. It is located in a quiet area just a few minutes drive from the supermarket. To reach the room there are a couple of stairs but fatigue is rewarded by the wonderful view of the valley that you enjoy from the large balcony.

Marcella is super nice. We only came later than expected due to traffic jams and she was very understanding. The bed was very comfortable. The shower phenomenal with many options and very modern. Everything is CLEAN you have enough towels. Hair dryer was there and we needed it well. The place super dreamlike. I cannot fault anything and we would love to book with her again at any time!

The cottage is in a magical environment. There are many beautiful hiking possibilities nearby. Around the house you can walk all day with the sun and enjoy the time. The Rauchegger family is a very hospitable and welcoming host family. We enjoyed our stay with them in the cottage and will gladly come back.

The stay in Aylin's place was perfect for our family. The apartment is very big, completely equipped and perfectly located for skiing. The host was very nice and available.

The area around the apartment is an eldorado of possibilities for hikers. (we stayed in the apartment at the end of September). The apartment has everything we needed to cook our own food and take care of our 11 month old daughter. Baby cot, high chair o extra plus for bath tub. We met Aylin's very nice mother who lives in the house and could help us when needed. Close to both bus and supermarket, a little further to Sillian where the restaurant and the train station are located.
