This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The beautiful house is uniquely located on the most beautiful beach in Tenerife, Playa del Duque. Only the hiking trail on the dike is between the house and the beach. This gives you sea views in both the entire house and garden. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Each bedroom has a sea view, and the master bedroom has a unique terrace with a cozy lounge. In the garden, you can enjoy the sun with plenty of shade.

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security. we´re responsible for ensuring that our listing is safe and compliant with safety regulations.
