House holiday rentals in Costa Adeje

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We had a lovely time at Buddha House near Alcala, we flew to the south airport and hired a small car Fernando met us at the petrol station in the nearby town to show us the way up the hill to Buddha house. the plane was delayed but Fernando was not fussed he is very Calm and laid back. the location is fabulous there are great views from the house across the banana plantations to the sea and to the west there are the spectacular cliffs and mountains of los gigantes . the beaches and natural pools at Alcala are among some of the best we had seen on the island and not at all crowded like the resorts near to the airport. your well placed to drive up over the mountains to the north side of the island if you want to go exploring and to visit the volcano, or go for a hike in the eastern hills around Masca. the house is excellent its so peaceful and quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves . air con/ wifi /hot water /washing machine etc , would give 10 stars if it was possible.!!

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

We booked this villa at short notice after being let down by another host. Elena was very quick to respond and help us with check in information The villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Whilst the layout over 3 floors allowed privacy for our group, the lift wasn’t working which may be an issue for others Thank you Elena

Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

Hello, we spent a week in this wonderful Villa, it was like being at home. I have never seen a villa so beautiful, so organized, so cared for in every detail, the owner left us drinks, food, all the cooking materials in the fridge. I think it was the best villa I've ever been to in my life, highly recommended!!! If you are traveling from Tenerife with your friends or business group, I recommend renting this villa because it will be a unique experience.

what a nice place!

We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is right on the mountain with a beautiful view of the sea and out the back, the volcano looms. The finca is in a clean condition where you feel right at home. The paradise garden, which can be partly used, is definitely worth seeing. We had a really nice time here and will definitely come back:)

Carmen is a great host. She did something special for us when I forgot my PC at home after we left the apartment. I can summarize our staying like this: Nice house, great place, super host. Thank you again Carmen!

Fab apartment with a lovely quiet communal pool. Hire car is recommended loads of places to visit perfect for golfers and non golfers.

We had a very nice time in the apartment, it has a very large terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the cliffs of Los Gigantes and the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was very clean and stylishly furnished, we immediately felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

We really enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need. Lots of storage, plenty of blankets and a super-equipped kitchen. The fantastic view of the sea, as well as the hiking trails in the area, are worth mentioning. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Giuliano’s place is so beautiful and very well kept. He is so helpful, communicative and friendly. He made sure the group and I felt comfortable in this villa + made us aware of what’s local to us and how to get around too. Honestly, if I’m to ever visit Tenerife again, I would definitely stay in this villa again - without hesitation! We really appreciate his kindness and all the help Giuliano gave to us

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! It was spotless throughout, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The outdoor area was a real highlight with plenty to do and space to relax—perfect for both chilling and entertaining. The host was absolutely fantastic: friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We spent 7 nights with friends in this beautiful house. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Tania greeted us in a very friendly way at check-in and gave us suggestions for the island and the surrounding area. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The pool and terrace are beautiful. In the kitchen there is everything you need and we also used the washing machine. The place is quietly located with a small supermarket and 3 restaurants nearby. The beach to Los Cristianos is about a 8-minute drive. Thank you Tania, for this lovely stay!

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!
