Very close to the station so it was convenient. The second floor has a fridge and vending machine and hang out area. The beds were more on the uncomfortable side but over all the stay was nice.

It is very close to the subway station, and there are many foods to eat around. It is very close to Akihabara! The environment is also very clean. Before I went to ask a lot of questions, the landlord answered them one by one. The facilities are also available, and the housing experience is good.

Great location for those wish to have a peaceful and lovely down town experience. Although it’s far to Shinjuku / Ginza / Shibuya / etc... But the JR settled everything for you as our stay just right beside JR (350m to Hirai Station) Although it’s no in city area; but the hotel is surrounding by the drug stores / restaurants / marts / etc...The unexpected things is their pricing & taste are good. Definitely will come back again for my TOKYO stay.

The bed in the room is very good, very close to the station. It is convenient to have a 24h supermarket near the station. Some minor shortcomings are similar to the fact that the room cannot be locked, and the sound insulation between the rooms is poor (depending on the nearby tenants, there will be different quality).

The room is very close to the Hirai site, and the traffic in Tokyo is very convenient. It can be said to be a very convenient place to live. It is really suitable as a place to sleep and depart.

Excellent location just minutes away from Hirai station on chuo sobu line, which connects to all major station. Room was good, turn out to be better than what we expected given tye price, absolute good value. The host was responsive too, will come back for my next family trip.

This place is a little out of the way, but don’t let that put you off! The bed was incredibly comfortable, we were able to check in early and there was a fully equipped kitchen available for us that included a washing machine - this was perfect timing for our trip!! If you don’t mind travelling a little further out of Tokyo, this place is wonderful and really good value!

The place was as described but I feel like the location wasnt as accurate in the description. It is really close to the train station, lots of places to eat and drink, and convenience stores. Clean place. Had amenities we weren't expecting too like shampoo, soap, laundry soap, etc. Which helped a lot

The homestay is yellow in color, simple and bright, clean and tidy. The space is very large in Japan. It can fit two 28-inch boxes, and the electrical appliances and daily necessities are available. Convenient transportation, about 5 minutes walk to Hirai jr station, many restaurants near the station, as well as convenience stores. Distance to 5 stations in Akihabara. We live in a house of 103. Even on the first floor, it is quiet at night. The host was nice and responded quickly. Recommend this homestay, super value for money!

Located in a quite downtown of Tokyo, and you can reach to the house within 10 minutes from JR Hirai Station. You can easily find a supermarket, restaurant and convenience store in the area. I think this house is one of nice place to stay if you'd like to enjoy Tokyo.

Suzuki's accommodation was excellent as it was in a nice quiet area and was perfect for me and my family. The place was quite clean and was suitable for the four of us. Would recommend.

The house is smaller than expected, but very cozy! The location is in a residential area, very quiet, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the subway, the house is well equipped and has everything. The host is very attentive and has prepared a detailed guide, and will choose here next time!

Naoko's place is a little gem nestled away in the narrow streets of the downtown Tokyo suburb of Hirai. About 10 minutes walk to/from the station, it is easy to get to and to travel to other parts of Tokyo. It's just 5 stops from the hub of Akihabara on the Chuo line. You can also walk places. One highlight was walking to the Skytree through the narrow little streets. It took about 30mins, but was worth it. Naoko's place is a traditional style 2-story house with a very small footprint. Upstairs are 2 rooms for sleeping and downstairs is a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and another communal room. All the rooms have aircon for heating and coolong. The house has a lovely traditional vibe and some lovely decorative touches. Naoko provides great instructions and guides to operating things. We loved the bath, which you could set to automatically fill from a panel on the wall. It sings a little tune when it is ready for you. We would definitely come back and stay again if we have a chance.

The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to JR station. It is convenient to go everywhere. There are also super-commercial rooms nearby. The balcony and table are a big bonus.

The location of the room is better, it is located deeper in the residential area, it is very quiet, and basically no sound can be heard. The transportation is convenient. It is a 5-minute walk from Hirai Station on the Central Sobu Line, and it is convenient to go to the main neighborhoods and attractions. The landlord responded promptly and was very nice. Stayed 3 nights and the only tangled place was the so tiny bathroom, which easily hit me. Maybe it's because the friend I went with is an American. Anyway, I'm still very satisfied, I recommend.

Not far from Hirai Station. The commercial street is very busy nearby. It is very convenient to buy, eat and drink. There is no elevator on the third floor, so it is not particularly convenient if the luggage is particularly large. The room is overall spacious, the bathroom is small, and the facilities are complete. It is convenient to have a socket at the head of the bed ~ I just hope that a humidifier is better because the air conditioning heating is really too dry for the bed.

It is based in a great wee area of Tokyo with everything you could need round about it. The transport links were great and easy to figure out. The room suited us well and provided what we needed. Would recommend a stay here !

Japan wouldn’t have been Japan without this BNB. It was far enough away from touristy areas to get a more authentic cultural feel while also having just enough English to get by. There was the best ramen shop literally 100 feet away from here as well!

We had an issue GETTING to the location from the airport (totally our own fault) and the owners were very understanding and kind and waited for us to show up much later than we thought. Other than that, the room was perfectly fine (the AC unit was necessary in the summer), and the location was great for being close to a station that connected to everything we needed. The shower was a challenge for us (both of us are not small people in any way). Overall, a good experience and would recommend to others.

It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Shinkoiwa Station. There was market in the outskirts and meal was easy to choose. The convenience store is also nearby, so it is good to have a snack. Facilities were comfortable. Two people used it, but all were satisfied except for small bathroom. There was also a laundry facility and various necessities. I recommend it ~

Yuko is a great person! We had an problem where the heater broke mid-stay but Yuko instantly replied and resolved this problem! He moved us into a new and even better room and didn’t charge us anything more! This is what I call great service and I definitely see myself staying here again!!

Yuko is a wonderful host. She's kind, helpful, and accommodating. She was very easy to contact from the time we booked the apartment until we ended our trip. The check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The space is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. It's perfect for a small group of friends to stay in. All amenities are as listed. However, we had some issues with the pocket wifi and the AC/heater downstairs during the trip. The flight of stairs may also be a challenge for carrying up large suitcases. The best thing about the apartment is its location. Hirai Station and the surrounding area offered much-needed respite from the busier parts of Tokyo. It's a quiet town with more locals than tourists. The ever-reliable Japanese convenience stores (Lawsons, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart) are only a short walk from the apartment. Our group's favorite kissaten, chicken shop, and bar - which we can't wait to revisit - are right outside Hirai Station. The time spent commuting to other parts of Tokyo is negligible for our relaxed trip. Overall, our trip to Tokyo was made more special because we got to come home to a lovely apartment in our favorite part of Tokyo. ✨🏡

The house is so clean and tidy like a hotel room. The best I love there is a parking space just right in front of the house. Very convenient to move suitcase inside the house as it is on the ground floor. Very good location with restaurants open until mid. night within walking distance. 3mins to the nearest train station. The host very friendly, very clear guidelines and quick responses. I will highly recommend the place.

The apartment has a great value and is located in a very convenient place. There are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, and the train station is about ~5 minutes walking. One of the main train lines of the station to get to the central Tokyo area is the Chuo-Sobu Line, so please be aware that this train can get very cramped during mornings and evenings. Leaving this aside, the place is a great way to get away from the busy city life and relax in a traditional tatami room. I would love to stay in Hirai again!

I have been a lot of places and stayed at many Air BNBs and I can say this. Mariko and this place is the best place I’ve EVER stayed. She is the greatest host I’ve ever had. I stayed in Tokyo for one month and couldn’t ask for a better place. Extremely close to a very central JR line that takes you straight to Akihabara, Shinjuku, Yoyogi, etc. Amazing and cute neighborhood with tons of shops and places to eat. Mariko was an amazing host and always brought me fresh bed sheets and towels whenever I needed. Always answered any question I needed and even provided a guide in the home with recommendations of places, food and events. The home had a great hot shower, fresh towels, toilet paper, oil and salt, soaps, bed sheets, TV, WiFi and AC. Overall 10/10 Perfect ^_^

Great accommodation for long stays in Tokyo. The washing machine inside the flat is a plus. It’s also really well located near to a JR station and shops. The internet connection can be slow sometimes but overall it was a real positive experience.

Great airbnb, very clean & well situated on the Chuo line (Kameido station). My only issue was check in; unless I missed something I didn't have enough info to access the room. Thankfully a stranger helped me out and called the number written on the building (only had a data SIM card). Host answers messages promptly though.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. It's clean, walls are kinda thin and for european standards it's quite small, which wasnt a problem for me. Its a 10min walk to Kameido Station where you need around 10-15min to Akiharaba. If you wanna go on a hike on the west side of Tokyo, it takes a while to go there. (Up to 2 hours, depending on where you wanna go) There are many diffrent stores to and from the station, if you need something to eat on your way, you will find something without taking a detour. (Vegan options arent really avaible, besides convenience stores.) I didnt need a lot of help, but the times I wrote to the owner, the response was very quick. All in all I was happy with my decision to stay here.

Good place to stay for a light traveller. The kitchen and on-site washing machine were great, and bus stops and metro stations are close by (only a few minutes train ride to Akihabara or Tokyo station)

Very cozy, a nice comfortable bed. The washer in the room is extremely convenient! The distance to Kameido Station isn’t that bad and there’s a lot of stuff to go explore in the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and accommodating, will gladly stay here again!

Very good stay experience. I brought my parents to Tokyo and they were all in Japan for the first time, so I specifically looked for a two-bedroom homestay. The location of this house is very convenient. JR stood out and walked for about six minutes. There are also two large supermarkets next to it. The room was very clean. The landlord wrote everything like pots and pans, bath towels, and quilts. There were also some things that I did n’t write less, so I did n’t need to buy anything extra. The only drawback is that there is only a shower and no bidet, but the bathroom and toilet are clean, and my parents are satisfied. I would like to stay here if I come to Tokyo with my family next time.

The house is 5 mins walk to Hirayi metro station. 7-8 mins away from a business street, a quite big supermarket is just there. Kitchen is available to cook the A4 beef steak. Quite sweet landlord during the stay, any question can be answered within short time by her. Nice and polite. If you are looking for a peaceful house to live quite close to local ordinary people. Staying at home for the first time! The price of the two rooms and one hall is very high. The interior is clean and tidy. It is much bigger than the hotel space. The landlord is also very nice. A good experience.

All five stars praise! Neat and clean, the landlord is warm and thoughtful, very close to the subway station, although not in the city center, but there is a subway, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the price is first-class, next time you go to Tokyo will consider this one!

The wifi is not good (as expected) is limited at 7gb and even that breaks connection many times. Forget using it for google maps. But if you like akihabara and stay like 1 week its gonna be nice value. You save a lot of travel time compared to other places.

Yoshiya is very a polite, responsive and helpful host. The place had all the amenities listed except for pocket WiFi, where Yoshiya was kind enough the provide for my work purposes. The room was comfy for two person and our two big luggages, an additional pax would be a bit squeezy. Yoshiya’s place was about less than 10 minute walk from the station and had plenty of shops and local restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the near future.

nice room, nice places to stay

This is a very nice quiet clean and comfortable 6th floor Tokyo apartment. Ideal for 4 guests. We are family with 2 kids. With some nice views (even mount Fuji). Elevator access is easy. Finding was easy with good instructions. Though could be a long walk if you have heavy cases. There are plenty of taxis at Hirai station for a reasonable price. The location was good for us as JR Sobu line has good connections into cities. Yet Hirai is a nice quiet place to escape the masses if needed. We would stay here again if coming back this way.

Very comfortable accommodation in a good district. There are a lot of good places to eat and different stores. Skytree, Asakusa and even Akihabara are not so far to take a walk to.

We loved the atmosphere around Hirai and the various restaurants and shops around the station. The station is pretty close the apartment(~10min walk), and the train line at Hirai(Chūō-Sōbu Line) goes to Akihabara, Shinjuku and various other places of interest. The room was tidy, clean and roomy, with a nice view of Tokyo Skytree. The amenities were easy to use and of good quality and Shino responded almost immediatly whenever we asked something or an issue appeared.

This apartment was one of the best parts of our stay. Coming back to nice quiet hirai every night was always a pleasure. Every aspect of the room was great, you really won't be needing for anything. You're very close to a 711 and just a short walk from Hirai Station which is only 5 stops from Akihabara. Shino herself was great too, any problems we had were responded to and dealt with quickly. I honestly can't say enough good things about this host and apartment. You cannot go wrong booking this place.

This apartment is ideal for a family of 4 people. Amenities were super comfortable and good quality. The apartment is so bright with interesting views of Tokyo Skytree, the river, the train, and lots of sky. My 11 year old wants to move to Hirai (the super nice inner suburb where the apartment is located), he thinks it's the best neighbourhood he's ever stayed in. Very convenient for Akihabara and Shinjuku. The rice cooker works very well, and we had lots of dinners at the apartment with sashimi from the local supermarkets.

Three minutes from the JR station, it is easy to find a place to stay, quiet and convenient for shopping and dining. The landlord was very enthusiastic and prepared fruit for us. I wanted to stay here when I came to Tokyo next time.

This accommodation is near JR Hiram station.There are many restaurants and convenience stores near here.Like Japanese Izakaya, Tonkatsu restaurant, Takoyaki, Sushi ... etc !! About 3 minutes walk, you can arrive at Hirai station and for 30 minutes taking by train, you can go Shinjuku, Asakusa and Ginza.It's such a convenience accommodation !! I recommend you if you look for a good and clean Airbnb accommodation in Tokyo. Airbnb is still unfamiliar in Japan, but it is quite popular overseas. I think that the amount per room is basic, but you don't have to worry about the surroundings because it's a self-check-in to stay as a couple. The location was convenient and the laundromat was nearby, so it was a great experience for long-term guests. However, the stove cannot be used.

Yuko's place was very clean, and very easy to find based off of their instructions. All of the new appliances was a perk, though if you're looking to cook meals at the apartment, you're only able to use the microwave. Yuko was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question, as well as polite and thoughtful. The handbook we received through email was also printed out at the apartment, which was a very useful touch. Only tricky thing-- if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, there's not much extra room in the space, but it was manageable. Additionally, the stairs up to the apartment (top floor) are narrow and I found it difficult to carry a large suitcase up without a bit of a brief struggle.

The self-check-in is very convenient. The house is located nearby the hirai JR station, and the room is very quite. It takes 30 minutes from hirai to shijuku. I believe it is a good place to live in if your schedule is not too tight.

This is a great place to stay- lots of room, very close to shops and food and grocery store. It’s a short walk in either direction to rivers and the train station is close as well. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the bed is comfortable. We would stay here again in the future

Very close to Hirai JR station, shopping street, fresh food/grocery/drug store, Daiso, Mcdonalds, KFC, etc. which we really enjoyed ourselves during the night time. Great value. Thank you very much. The house is carefully arranged, with a microwave oven, rice cooker, noodles, stove, pot, bowl. It is convenient for us to make breakfast ourselves. House is clean 2. Suitable for 2 families, 6 people travel, of course you have two treasures, N can be stuffed in. 3 Convenient, 3 minutes from subway station, 30 minutes to Ueno, Akihabara, Tokyo Station, Sensoji Temple. 4. There are eel restaurants, roast beef cafeterias, Matsuya, McDonald's, vegetable market supermarkets, dim sum supermarkets, three drug stores, Matsumoto Kiyo, a 24-hour large supermarket, 10 sushi 518, very cost-effective.

Mr. Hiro’s place is an amazing place to stay for 2 people or couple. I like the styling of the place the apartment was really clean and provided all the amenities including kitchen materials/ equipment and seasoning. WiFi would have been a little better thou since it only provided a certain amount of data a day, so for 2 people who works online the WiFi would not be much helpfully. Check in procedure was little demanding as we could barely hear the operators voice from the iPad ( and no we can’t stick a earphones ) Also the place has many many rules almost about anything and everything, might not be very suitable for people who like much more than regular stay. I would recommended it to people also we will be taking it back anytime we return back since the place was feeling so homey to us and most importantly clean.

shinya is an excellent host! Amenities were the best, there was a vacuum cleaner a WASHING MACHINE ( i mean wow) a microwave, hair blower, pocket wifi and electric kettle. his response is quick and easy to understand (he speaks great english). not to mention the view from the terrace is the skytree! definitely a place worthy of five +++ stars with the price he gives it for. having my own bath was also one of the best things about this place.

The new hotel apartment is in a good location-convenient transportation can use JRpass completely! There are many delicious shops around the station, and there are also lively shopping streets. Although it is a little far from the station, it is quiet and there is a park next to it that can take a walk at night.

Very clean house, electrical appliances are all available, mobile tables and chairs are very convenient, breakfast for a few days in the room, walk from the house to JR Shinkoiwa Station for more than ten minutes, there are Rosen, McDonald's, KFC, Ramen shop bistro, good value for money, the landlord is very nice

Very nice apartment. Nearby school may be a little noisy sometimes, but that was not a big issue for us Nearest station is at 10 minutes walk. Good communication with host, no issue during our stay (two months). I recommend this place!

At first we were afraid that the location might be located a bit too far from the train station, but it’s perfectly fine if you‘re heading into the city without your suitcases. The rooms were spacious enough so that along with the ACs + washing machines ( needs an English manual though) our stay was enjoyable. I‘d definitely recommend it!

Flat in very quiet area. Ideal to escape the bustle of Tokyo at night. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. The hostess is always contactable for any questions. The self-check-in system is ideal. We have been there for 1 month and were very satisfied with this accommodation.

Great place to stay, really spacious! There were 4 of us and there was still a lot of room so def recommend for ppl travelling in groups! Shino was also very nice and quick with responding to any questions we had. The neighbourhood is also very nice and quiet, a small walk from the station. Would def stay again next time :D

This was a great place in a great neighbourhood outside Tokyo. 2 private bedrooms plus a great common area. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was fine for space. It’s nice to stay outside of the city. There are great shops, restaurants, and supermarkets to and from the train station. Train station is about a 10 min walk from the apartment. It’s a nice walk through businesses, schools, and homes. Everything you need is in the apartment to cook up your own meals and enjoy a great stay in one of the best cities. I would, and plan to, book this place again. You should too

Clean space, good environment and great location

Shino’s apartment is far better than the average AirBnb in Japan (this is my 5th experience). Sunny, relatively wide, with all one needs in the kitchen. It’s neighborhood is not by the touristic attractions of Tokyo but JR is at a five minutes walk and Akihabara is only a few stations away. Local commerce has all one needs for a nice breakfast or a low cost dinner.

A 10 minute walk from the station However this place is perfect for couples with two seperate rooms. There’s generous amount of space in the common area with fantastic heat and water pressure in the shower. The washing machine is definitely a plus staying as long as we did, with a coin operated dryer 2 minutes down the road if you do come during winter. Air conditioning was a major bonus with the cold nights - Definitely try out the fried chicken place near Hirai station [Mcdonalds side behind family mart] called the chicken restaurant - the best chicken in my 2 weeks staying here.

This neighborhood is a gem! It is very close to the subway and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. The place itself was easy to find, neat, and clean. Yuko responds to your needs right away. I will definitely book this again when I visit Tokyo. Ofcourse, 100% will recommend to friends and family.

Nice place

Great place, about 400 from the Jr. Main Line Hirai Station, across the road is Rosen, staying alone. There is a TV, and all the master bedrooms in the bunk beds are relatively spacious. Very good place, the price is OK.

5 minute walk from Hirai station, modern apartment. It's small but does exactly what you need if you want a place to sleep. Yuko is quick to reply should you have any questions or queries. Recommend for a short stay if you're wanting to go to Tokyo or around it - Akihabara and Ryogoku are on the same line as Hirai so you're rarely far from the city. Check out Kakimaze Chidori Ramen too it's nearby and does amazing food for under ¥1000

A must recommend place to stay when visiting Tokyo. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to everything you want to do in Tokyo. The train station is near you. Yuko-san is an awesome host!!! Her hospitality and quickness will make your trip very painless. If you are coming to Tokyo, I definitely recommend Yuko-san’s place. I know next time I’m in Tokyo, I will be!

My family and I spent a week in a Tokyo and enjoyed our stay at sumono a place very much. It was really close to a rail station and a lot of local shops. We had a party of 6 and there is plenty of space for us. We would recommend this place for anyone travel in a large group on a budget. Sumono is very responsive. I don’t she speaks a lot of English but I can tell she tries to accommodate And answer any questions we had. Thank you Sumono.

Sumomo's place was very good to stay at. It can accommodate large groups very easily. Stairs a bit steep but wasn't a negative factor at all. It is a bit far from the main attractions in Tokyo, but it's only a 5 minute walk to the station. Can be a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would recommend this place a lot and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Tokyo.

Great value for price!

We had this entire house to ourselves which was fantastic, it has 3 floors and you can go out on the roof. The photographs don't show how spacious it is. 2 bedrooms with 4 double beds in total as well as sofa beds in the living area and 3 toilets. Excellent for a large group although there was only 4 of us. The house is well used and the kitchen area could have been cleaner but overall we really enjoyed our week here. House is sturdy too as is saw us through Typhoon Hagibus without damage! Location is great, convenience store next door and station 3 minutes away with easy access to central Tokyo. Lots of nice local places to eat nearby. Recommend this place if you like a bigger space to stay in as we do when traveling with our kids. Thanks for a great end to our Japanese adventure!

Nice and spacious house. Very close to JR Hirai station. There are a lot of Seven Eleven, Family Mart and grocery shops in walking distance. We would love to come back.

Ours family enjoyed the wonderful seven days stay! The facilities were adequate and complete. Good location, you can reach the other side of Tokyo without changing rail. As many had highlighted, many convenience stores and eating places nearby. We bought Suica card (cashless payment for all train rides and accepted by all outlets at JR stations, convenience stores and even big departmental stores, and remember to get the refund of the balance at airport counter before 8pm or any JR stations) from the JR machine at the airport and pocket wifi from KKday website (~USD$2.5 per day for up to ten devices, before departure date and collect/return it from/to the airport counter).

The best asset about this bnb is probably its location. Beside it is 711, it's also located near hirai station which is around 5 minute walk. It also has some restaurants near it.

This is an excellent place to come and stay it's a three story house with a flat roof and plenty of room. It's only 5 minutes from the local station with lots of shops and supermarkets and places to eat around it. We seemed to be no more than half an hour away from any of the attractions thanks to the excellent train connections. I could not recommend the house all the host highly enough.

After 13 days, I feel very comfortable and feel at home. Travel life is very convenient, not far from various attractions, stations, life supermarket is just opposite. The room facilities are very new, the bath is very comfortable, the cost performance is super high, and a very satisfying and pleasant stay experience.

Perfect room condition. Clean and cozy, just like in the photo, and nice bathroom. There is no elevator so it might be struggling if you have big and heavy luggage, but it is worth the price.

It was nice to be close to Kinshicho Station from the hotel.

The studio is very clean and comfortable. Check in is super easy. Only 3 minutes walk to Hanzomon line, very convenient to explore Tokyo. Strongly recommended.

The apartment was amazing and I loved every minute of it. I stayed here a couple of years ago as well and because of my experience back then I wanted to come here again. Once again I wasn't in the slightest disappointed and I would recommend everyone to book a room here and get value for your money.

It's a small apartment, but it is in a great place, where almost no foreigners are. It was also the cheapest Appartment in our journey. We liked it :)

Small apartment very clean and rather well located, even if it is not in the middle of all tourist attractions it remains at a Skytree station and right next to the train station of Kinshicho therefore very convenient. The proximity of the railway is not felt and the noise of passing trains is very low. The entrance to the premises is done without serious problem at the keybox.

Minimalistic touch, sparkling clean rooms and easily accessible address makes this place very convenient

This location is great! The transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is very good. The room size is enough for two girls. The boys may be a little small, but the location is great and the price is very good.

It was much better than expected. There was a ramen shop for 1 in Japan and it was nice to be able to rent an umbrella when it rained. Oh, but there is no elevator There was nothing wrong with the second floor. I really liked the soundproofing. Wow

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed walking around and tasting the local food. The suite is very clean and stylish. Open air tub is unique and enjoyable. Excellent communication with host! Very close to Train station making it easy to get around Tokyo.

Naomasa-san was very responsive with any questions we had. The room was spotless and cute, the rooftop bath was amazing at night with the Skytree lit up, and the entirety of how to use the facilities were well documented in the provided guide. Also it’s a short walk from Keisei-Hikifune, some convenience stores, and cozy & delicious restaurants. We loved our stay and would book this room again in a heartbeat!

There was a very nice open-air bath and I was very impressed with the scenery. Because the road in the building was narrow and there were only stairs, it was very difficult to get up and down luggage. Although the open-air bath is on the rooftop, I wanted to prepare a locker room with privacy. However, the room facilities and the cleanliness of the room were wonderful.

Nice and tidy, exactly as pictured! Loft was a nice touch, just be careful when going up and down the ladder. Riku was fast to respond to inquiries, even later in the evening.

The location of the house is still a bit biased. It is quite convenient to go to Sensoji Temple and other places. The house is neat and well prepared. It ’s just that the sound insulation is not very good. The people upstairs are too noisy, and they are also Chinese. Basically every night it will be twelve to one o'clock, but after reflecting to the landlord, it was quickly resolved. The host is very enthusiastic!

Close to so many mart and close to the train station, very comfortable bed make me doesn't wanna wake up in the morning :)

Great place, fully recommended! Spacious, comfortable beds and the localization is veery convenient - JR station nearby, great local restaurants and shops, and close to the centre. Host is helpful, feel free to ask him anything, however there are some strict rules in the apartment, so keep that in mind. Another thing is that there is no heating, which could be downside during winter, but that's common in japanese houses. Fortunately, the duvet is very warm :) In conclusion, we were satisfied with our stay

Great location and getting to and fro to the stations were easy. Plenty of guidance and instructions given which eased navigation. The neighbourhood was great and packed with lots of food options.
