It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
