The basement apartment is amazing. The pool table, entertainment center and full kitchen were wasted on my girlfriend and I was we were just passing through on a road trip, but they would have been quite fun to use if we had more time. Very clean.

Nice residential area. The basement had a contemporary design. No off street parking. No clear designated place to walk to the Basement apartment without going through the neighbors grass or down a grassy hill with limited stone pavers. Ask about sleeping schedule of the house/children, as you can hear the family above you. Comfortable bed.

It was a wonderful stay in Stacy's house. The place is perfectly clean and comfortable. You have your own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, HD TV with huge screen and even billiards. The neighborhood is very safe and nice. Easy to get to Atlanta and Lawrenceville (Medieval Times Show).

There are very large roaches (3 inch). When we moved to a much more expensive place (last minute pricing), Thomas actually questioned whether I was lying about them. He knew full well that my daughter had major surgery the day before. Logically, the last thing I would want to do is pack everything up and find another place to sleep. He said he would give me a full refund if I could "show him" the roaches. As if I would go back there. Completely lacking in basic human respect, and definitely lacking southern hospitality. Rather than the embarrassment you would expect, Thomas resorted to accusations and ugliness.

The place was simple to find coming from Florida. The place to stay is on the lower level of the house and has plenty furnitures and linens. You may hear small footsteps in the morning but only for a few minute. I don't know how it is during the day since I was out most of the time but the neighborhood and place is very quiet and safe at night.

It was a good stay, very quiet. I was pleased. Fairly dark in the back of the home. Light bulb could've been blown. Great stay overall

The place is amazing! Spacious, well furnished, clean and just amazing scenery outside. It's a basement space but they did amazing job with it. Cheryl was such a great host and Thomas over communicated which is always nice.

Thomas and Cheryl were very friendly hosts and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. The neighborhood is nice and the location is close to town. The rented area had plenty of space and its own separate entrance. We only stayed during the quiet hours of the night but we were very happy with the value of the accommodations. This was our first experience with airbnb and it was the best experience we've had traveling on a tight budget.

George is an amazing host!! Communicating with him prior to our arrival was a breeze! He even accommodated our last minute late arrival. He was always available to answer any questions and very hospitable! He even cooked a delicious breakfast for us and offered to pick up food for us if we needed. My boyfriend and I felt like we were visiting with family! The home is cozy and well kept. All of the necessary amenities you need are there plus a few toiletries just in case you may have forgotten something. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip! Lol We definitely recommend George's place! It is great for solo travelers, couples or small families. Especially, if you don't have transportation. He offers a great transportation service as well! We are looking forward to staying at George's place again!

Angela is a wonderful host. The room is exactly as described, and is set up to provide privacy and comfort to guests. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to find. This was my first experience with AirBnB, but I cannot imagine having a better experience or host than Angela. She has my highest recommendation.

Angela was a wonderful host. She was very welcoming Gave me a key to the house. The internet was fast. Amenities were amazing. She had new toothbrushes available if needed. It was like staying at a top hotel. She allowed use of the refrigerator and washer and dryer. I did not avail myself of those amenities as I did not need them. I had access to the whole downstairs that had a nice TV and really comfortable couch. BTW, the bed was very comfortable. If you're in the Lawrenceville, GA area and looking for a great place to stay, then contact Angela.

I came around 4am and met Angela who took me to my room and I left after 6 hrs, so haven't experienced much but the room and bed were ok and doing the job. The room was a bit dusty and the tap of the bathroom's basin was not working.

Angela and her family are a joy. They all made me feel right at home away from home. The room is clean, comfortable and peaceful with a serene and picturesque backyard. I will recommend Angela to all my family and friends who visit the area.

My stay at Rebecca's was very pleasant. Rebecca made me feel right at home and comfortable. Her hospitality was beyond measure; actually, much more than I had expected. The house is very clean and homey and the dogs are very friendly... nothing to worry about there at all. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Location is central to many fine restaurants and shopping. Would have absolutely no problem staying there again.

Rebecca and her husband were great hosts. Their home is centrally located and close to shopping, eatery etc. I felt comfortable and right at home in their place. They went the extra mile in order to meet my needs while I was there. I highly recommend Rebecca's place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We met with Rebecca to check in. She was extremely nice and welcoming! Their home was spacious, clean, and cozy. They have two dogs that were kept in the kitchen, and I am a dog person so I interacted with them. After our night plans in the city we came back to resr. Her husband was helpful and kind and we had access to their living room and televison. Anything we needed like toiletries, water, etc were accessible. It was a great experience and I would stay again if I am in the area.

Constance was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was clean, had fresh sheets, a desk, and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and washrags. We stayed for two nights while we were in town for a wedding. With the exception of a few mix ups with having access to an iron, and the Wi-Fi being a bit glitchy, Constance was extremely accommodating and tried her best to make sure we had a pleasant stay. You should check this place out if you're looking for a cost-effective way to be near the Atlanta area.
