The room is really cozy as is Franca! In the town center but in a quiet area, a small room with everything you need, a nice fireplace! Fraca was very helpful and ready to welcome us. Definitely a place to go when we are passing through!

My wife and I lived in an apartment for a month Edoardo. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Location convenient. The bus stop nearby. The ski lifts in Pinzolo go a few minutes. No problems have not arisen. We all really enjoyed it. Thank you Edoardo!

L'appartamento è una piacevole sorpresa, pulito ben ristrutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario e forse anche di più. .l'unico lato negativo è il soppalco un po basso e le scale per accedervi un po pericolose adatte per bambini non troppo piccoli..nel complesso un'ottima soluzione per passare qualche giorno in montagna

Appartamento davvero bello, stile baita con tetto in legno a vista. Tutto nuovissimo. Siamo stati molto bene e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere varie destinazioni come la Val Genova e altri sentieri. Giustino-Pinzolo paese carinissimo! Proprietari molto gentili.

La casa è molto accogliente, pratica, bella e pulita. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero rilassante e piacevole anche grazie alla collaborazione del "custode" molto flessibile e disponibile. Per chi è interessato a sciare, le piste di Pinzolo sono a 5 minuti di macchina mentre quelle di Madonna di Campiglio a 20 minuti.

Ottimo soggiorno e l'appartamento un vero gioiellino....persone gentili e cordiali ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente e quando abbiamo visto l'appartamento siamo stati molto felici di averlo scelto. Le foto e la descrizione sono accurate, ma l'appartamento ci e' parso ancor piu' bello ed accogliente quando siamo entrati. Si tratta infatti di un alloggio spazioso, molto ben rifinito, curato ed e' fornito di ogni cosa possa servire per soggiornarvi e per cucinare. La posizione e' perfetta, leggermente decentrata, assolutamente tranquilla ma comodissima sia ai servizi di Giustino che di Pinzolo con una breve passeggiata a piedi. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo in questo appartamento, sentendoci quasi come a casa nostra e vi abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno!

Una tre giorni perfetta a due passi dalle piste di pinzolo e madonna di Campiglio, l'unico neo la mancanza del wifi ma se ne può tranquillamente fare a meno considerando l'alloggio quasi signorile!

Abbiamo prenotato un alloggio che poi è risultato non essere più disponibile, ci è stato quindi offerta una seconda soluzione. Casa più grande della prima (6 posti anzichè 2) ma sporchissima e mal tenuta. Siamo stati noi a pulirla. L'odore di scarico rendeva completamente inutilizzabile la stanza da letto più grande, lato bagno. Avendo una casa enorme e inutilizzata e non essendo presente la clausola inerente gli ospiti aggiuntivi, abbiamo invitato due amici (avvisando il proprietario, il padre dell'host). Il proprietario ci assicura che non ci sono problemi ma l'host, a fine soggiorno, ci taccia di disonestà e chiede ingiustificate integrazioni di spesa. Contattata l'assistenza ci viene detto di non pagare quanto richiesto e veniamo anche risarciti. Complimenti.

Nice and comfortable flat, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Not suitable for lazy ones, as the flat is in 4th floor with no elevator, but for those who do not mind some extra steps is perfectly OK. The town is small and you can easily walk everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

La casa di Federica è calda ed accogliente: tutto il necessario per il relax post trekking! La posizione è davvero ottima, sia per le funivie a Pinzolo che per la fermata del bus per Madonna di Campiglio, ed in due passi si è in centro al paese. Ci si può dimenticare dell'automobile e gustarsi l'ambiente, è perfetta!

Esperienza molto positiva, la mansarda rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto dall' annuncio. Nessuna nota negativa anzi se ci sarà occasione tornerò sicuramente

If you would like to know how a true Italian farm looks like - this is a perfect chance. Located in a beautiful, surrounded by high mountains valley. The place by itself is very basic - bunk beds, bathroom aaand that's it :) Good for an transit stop. Pinzolo is very close.

It's a good place to stay, hosts are very nice people, met us at the station in time, helped us to get to the house and shared a dinner with us. Room is a bit small, but who do spend time inside going to the mountains? 15 min by feet to get to Pinzolo and about 30 min by bus to Madonna di Campiglio. We enjoyed everything.

It's the most beautiful place! And so cosy with so very friendly people. I want to go back one day!

Siamo venuti io e mio marito solo x 1 notte, per trascorrere 1 giorno sulle piste di Campiglio senza spendere una fortuna. Devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla calorosa accoglienza ed ospitalità di tutte le persone che abitano lì. Il luogo é carino ma spartano, il prezzo è ottimo come anche la colazione. Questa associazione merita di avere tanti ospiti perché fanno del bene alle persone e sono piacevoli da frequentare. Lo consiglio vivamente a famiglie e gruppi! Torneremo certamente!

Quaint and quiet apartment with a beautiful mountain view. Only 20-min drive to Madonna di Campiglio if you wanted to ski (10-15 min to Pinzolo). Though Caderzone is beautiful to visit by itself! While tucked away, it was easy to find and was close to free parking. Annalisa was a nice host that let us enjoy our time in her home uninterrupted. She was also very accommodating with our schedule. Her family was available on-site to help out, and kindly assisted us when we couldn't figure out how to use the front door key one evening! Overall, we enjoyed our time in the mountains during the off season.

Immerso nella tranquillità

nice apartment, clean and tidy, complete with all the essential accessories (TV, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, wifi ...) as well as an underground car park very useful and a terrace (with views of the forest) which has free access to communal gardens. Also good location, I would say that strategic seen in 10 minutes slow you reach both the center of the Pineta Pinzolo center. Definitely satisfied with the experience, maybe I'll be back in winter.

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro's - the flat is very clean and gorgeous. It is located just outside the center of Pinzolo in a lovely quiet area, yet the bus stop is nearby and it's just 10 minutes walk to Pinzolo skilift. I would definitely stay at this apartment again

The apartment is indeed very cozy: the vintage furniture and decorations along with a complete set of amenities, give this place a real home feeling. As for its location, I was taken aback by the staggering beauty of the surrounding area which you can enjoy by just stepping out onto the balcony, a thick forest directly to your left and a view of the valley and mountains to your right. Also, after a day's adventuring, we were pleasantly surprised by how calm the flat was at night. All in all, we spent a peaceful two days in Pinzolo, avoiding the "hotel" experience and opting for this homely apartment. I'd love to come back someday!

I stayed in this house two nights with friends at the passage of the Tour of Italy. The house is very cozy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in this quiet area. When I say I mean with everything you need: dishes of all kinds, cutlery, heating in every room, which have large closets, wi-fi, TV, umbrellas that saved us on a rainy day :), chairs, washing line, chairs outside, covered parking and more can serve again ?! With quiet area to understand what I mean, going out on the terrace you have direct access to the forest. Despite this is five hundred meters from the center of Pinzolo, where obviously you have any service that a city possesses. Alessandro is extremely available for both issues booking that cater to every question, curiosity about the area, at my request advised me what to do in your free time and where to eat. It is constantly concerned that everything was fine. That is, highly recommended for all the reasons mentioned above !!!

Cozy apartment in a great location: near the center of Pinzolo within walking distance, direct access from the balcony of the apartment's living room, the lawn surrounding the building, I would say great for lovers of the sun or a nap outdoors in total relaxation. Home clean, neat, practical and you can tell by all, as you can see from the pictures and read the descriptions. The 'Host Alessandro really attentive and helpful to his guests. The house is ideally located to enjoy all it offers Pinzolo: a few minutes walk from the center with restaurants and shops, as well as by the departure of the lifts. Massimo was very helpful in better manage the arrival and departure times, by coming in against in all our needs. Also very helpful and gracious Mrs. Lucilla who she looks after the house. Place recommended for those who want to spend a holiday in the beautiful Val Rendena and the Brenta Dolomites.

The stay was perfect Ms. Lucilla was always available and always accessible max. The house is near the pine forest to the park so for us it was in a great location is a 5 minute walk we were in town. If I return to pinzolo I will try to get back into the house massimo.grazie

We stayed in the Massimo in 9 for two nights. Check in very easy, thanks to a lady who lives there to the side, which has come to hand over the keys at 8 am. Great location for skiing, a very short walk and you come to the ski lift / rental / ski pass. The apartment for 9 people is not very spacious but certainly convenient, comfortable and economical. Excellent solution for a vacation on the slopes.

La casa di Luca e' molto carina e pulita ,bellissima la grande parete a vetri con vista sulla valle .comodissima per chi ha amici a 4 zampe ,la terrazza in legno e il giardinetto privati e chiusi con un cancellino.tutte le persone che ci hanno contattato e accolto sono state molto disponibili e attente alle ns esigenze .perfetto per 4 persone ,lo consigliamo .perfetta la distanza da campiglio ,in massimo 20 minuti si può arrivare.ritorneremo.

Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Paese poco distante da Pinzolo e a Madonna di Campiglio per andare a sciare. Gentilissima e disponibile la Sig.ra Margherita che ti accoglie quando si arriva.

Consiglio assolutamente l'appartamento di Luca, è spazioso, dotato di tutto quello che è necessario per la permanenza e sopratutto in un'ottima posizione. Il panorama che si vede dalla grande vetrata della sala è superlativo. Vicino ci sono ristoranti, le terme e bellissime passeggiate. Consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini. Margherita, la referente in loco, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza per problemi di salute, ma ci auguriamo di tornare presto!

Ho alloggiato a Caderzone per due notti in occasione del ritiro della Roma a Pinzolo. Luca è stato fin da subito molto disponibile. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta la ragazza incaricata da Luca è stata molto gentile, ci ha presentato l'appartamento in ogni dettaglio e consigliato ristoranti e negozi che ci potevano essere utili.L'appartamento è veramente uno spettacolo, classico di montagna con 5 letti comodi bagno attrezzato cucinotto e sala che affacciano su Caderzone tramite una grossa vetrata con passaggio sul balcone e terrazza comoda per mangiare all'aperto(la sera con maglioncino :-) ) Posto auto riservato all'interno del garage comodo anche per una macchina di grosse dimensioni(ho una 508 Sw) L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve e per noi(famiglia con 3 bambini) è stata una scelta perfetta. Super consigliato per trascorrere una piacevole e tranquilla vacanza in Trentino.

Secondo anno a Caderzone e con molta soddisfazione riporto la nostra esperienza. Ad accoglierci troviamo una ragazza, molto cortese, che ci presenta l'appartamento e ci illustra le possibili mete turistiche della zona. Appartamento comodo e spazioso(famiglia di 2 adulti e 3 bambini), vista mozzafiato e Box per l'auto. Ai piedi del paese si trova una splendida passeggiata, percorribile a piedi ed in bici, che porta fino alla Pineta di Pinzolo(circa 4 Km nel verde). Luca sempre molto disponibile e cortese. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare giornate in tranquillità.

Great place to stay. Close to the city center, very clean, and comfortable. A few meters from the bus which takes you to the ski station, or about 1 km if you prefer to walk. I highly recommend the place. I was there with my wife, and two kids (6 & 1 years old).

We found ourselves very well in the Franche home. We particularly enjoyed the great room / kitchen on the terrace facing the mountains and convenient location. The people with whom we came in contact were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back!

We were nel'appartamento for 2 nights and we had a great time! It is located near the center of Pinzolo, within walking distance in two minutes, and even the tracks are within a 5 minute drive. The photos and description respect the reality and the value for money is great. To go absolutely! We certainly will be back for the next holiday.

We spent 4 wonderful days at the home of Mrs. Franca. Very cozy, spacious and with a truly wonderful sight. A few minutes from the center of Pinzolo, is very convenient for those who travel on foot. Wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.
