In the organ town of Waldkirch, on the edge of the southern Black Forest, in the suburb of Buchholz, in the middle of the old town center (behind Anna's barn), there is another holiday jewel: Anna's Orangery. After a high-quality renovation, the antique pieces of furniture are spectacularly staged in combination with modern design classics. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to accommodate guests in accordance with the current 2G rule. As of January 22, 2022 The fully equipped two-room luxury suite with 80 square meters of living space and a fenced private garden offers a unique luxury living experience. The box spring bed from the Wittmann factory with 2.00 x 2.10 m offers an unforgettable sleeping experience. Access to ANNAS ORANGERIE is via the romantic courtyard with an old walnut tree. In the private, secluded orange and herb garden there are sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with seating. The hostess of ANNAS ORANGERIE lives in the neighboring village and is always available for the wishes of the guests. Ines' place is located in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg. Buchholz is a wine-growing village with four good winemakers and a wine cooperative, as well as great restaurants. Beautiful nature invites you to hike, bike and relax. Transportation Buchholz is very well served by the S-Bahn from the main station in Freiburg in 15 minutes. The nearest airport is in Mulhouse, 50 minutes away. A personal pick-up from the airport or train station is possible on request. House rules for ANNAS ORANGERIE (as of January 1, 2018) 1. Please book all fellow travelers as guests by name. There is the possibility that a child can sleep on the sofa, or we will gladly provide a Stokke baby crib with bedding and linens. When using an extra bed, you have some loss of space on the total area. 2. Only one guest who actually lives in ANNAS ORANGERIE may book. Third-party bookings are not permitted. This means that you cannot book in your name and other guests will arrive. 3. Please bring your passports/identity cards/ID cards with you at check-in and present them for inspection. At check-in, a registration form must be completed and signed in accordance with the legal requirements. By signing the registration form, you confirm the accuracy of your personal information, that you take note of and respect the house rules and that you will pay for any damage caused by you or a guest invited by you. 4. ANNAS ORANGERIE is exclusively available to our guests for their vacation. Further subletting is prohibited. Additional visitors staying in the house are not permitted without prior registration. 5. Guests are entitled to share the Wi-Fi to the extent permitted by law. The Wi-Fi network is currently designed for 30 GB of data volume per month. In the event of an infringement, criminal charges, warnings and invoices will be forwarded to the guest immediately and the damage will be charged. 6. No parties are allowed without the approval of the host. 7. You are in a non-smoking house. Smoking is not allowed. The smoking ban extends to the entire house. This prohibition does not apply in the courtyard and on the outdoor terrace. 8. A campfire in the garden and courtyard is not allowed due to fire hazard. 9. Open fires, such as burning candles, must be constantly supervised. 10. I expect my guests to abide by the rules and rest periods that apply everywhere in accordance with the neighborhood. Between 10 pm and 7 am, unnecessary noise in or around the house should be avoided. 11. I expect you to be respectful and prudent with the inventory provided. Damage or loss must be reported immediately and replaced. An up-to-date inventory list will be provided at check-in. 12. The guest will take over a perfectly cleaned house. During the rental period, the guest is responsible for cleaning. Final cleaning includes cleaning the floors, as well as cleaning the bathroom & toilet, washing and changing linens, cleaning the windows and maintaining the garden. 13. The hostess reserves the right to water the plants around the house and garden on warm days in the early morning hours. Care is taken to ensure that no guest is disturbed by this. 14. Pets, such as dogs and cats, are welcome here. Please make sure that the house is not marked and that urine and feces are removed immediately. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or armchair and not in bed. 15. Of course, we will provide you with everything you need upon your arrival. You will receive various towels, dish towels, cloth napkins, a generous initial supply of toilet paper, soap and shower gel, cleaning and laundry detergent, so that you can arrive relaxed. 16. ANNAS ORANGERIE is a vacation home and not a hotel. Therefore, there is no breakfast. Hand and bath towels are not changed daily, but are provided for the duration of your stay. Close all windows, doors and the courtyard gate when you leave ANNAS ORANGERIE, and also close the wooden shutters on the terrace and at the entrance in the courtyard. Especially in case of rain, make sure that the windows are closed, otherwise the rainwater will quickly cause water damage to the wooden parquet floor. 20. In the event of a lost key, the guest will be charged for a replacement of the cylinder and the key in 3 copies. 21. We have a recommended selection of wine, sparkling wine, beer and coffee capsules available for you at cost price. A price list is available. Please have the money ready on the day of departure if you consume it. 22. Waste separation: Please note that the waste is separated here. Plastic and Tetra Packs in the provided garbage can with yellow bag. Paper in the wastepaper basket. Food scraps in the compost bin with orange bag. Empty bottles in the copper basket. The guest disposes of deposit bottles themselves. 23. Please let us know the day before your arrival in which time window you will arrive. Check-in is usually between 4 pm and 8 pm 24. Please check out by 11 AM on the day of departure. 25. We want to do everything we can to make you feel completely comfortable during your stay at ANNAS ORANGERIE. If there is anything to complain about, please give us an opportunity to change it immediately. Please do not complain afterwards when there is no longer any possibility to change or improve something. 26. A tourist tax of €1.90 per day and per guest is required by law and is paid in cash upon arrival. This price includes all train, bus and team trips within 60 km per guest free of charge. Admission to museums and swimming pools in Waldkirch is also free of charge.
