This cozy but spacious one floor of my home is for one guest. It is closer to having your own private apartment. Located in a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood it provides convenient access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, Longmont and more. Guests have a private entrance to the space that includes a bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry and dining area with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and teapot. I live on the level above the unit.

Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Boulder Mountain Cabin

For Rent is a comfy little Mountain cabin with beautiful views of the Indian Mountain peaks, located next to the Bark Ranch. The cabin is completely private with own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and full size bed. You will find that the cabin offers everything you need for a short or long term stay, from kitchen utensils, stove, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, bed linnens, towels etc. The cabins windows are facing west, for a beautiful view of the sun setting between the mountain tops.

Brand new, fully furnished basement. 1 Bedroom (King), 1 Bathroom, Dining and Living Room area with 75" TV. Private basement with seperate door access. Couch pulls out into a Queen sleeper. Can sleep 4. Great location! 10 min to Boulder, 25 min to Denver. Bus Route to Union Station is a 8 min walk away. Costco, Target, Whole Foods, etc. within a 5 min walk. Free parking on street. Owner (41/M) lives upstairs - would not bother guests unless needed. Quiet Neighborhood, no parties.

Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around.
