  • Vincent’s Cyclist Studio is in a leafy quiet neighbourhood and close to cafes, restaurants and the city. we loved our week exploring the area, walking through the nearby Fitzroy Gardens and relaxing in the studio. Vincent has gone to great detail and provides everything you could need in a clear and organised way. We loved finishing touches of cyclist life around every corner. We would love to stay here again.

  • Vincent’s place in East Melbourne made for a perfect urban weekend adventure. Great location with easy reach to the CBD and also Richmond/Collingwood areas for the typical inner Melb character, whilst the street was upmarket, classy and quiet even with a major road nearby. The place was really well designed and with all the things you need. Neighbours footsteps were audible but not at all distracting, with earbuds available if needed. A great stay!! Thanks Vincent!

  • We stayed at this georgous apartment for 3 nights and it exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lovely linen. Everything that one could want was supplied and very much appreciated. The location of the property was very central with supermarkets, great cafes and restaurants very close by. Public transport was right outside on Chapel Street and the train station a short walk away. The view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend staying at Qui’s apartment and we will certainly stay there again next time we are in Melbourne

It is a 1 bedroom with high ceilings on the 15th floor (there are 16 floors). It comes fully furnished with Sheridan linen (amazing flax linen is to die for) and fluffy Sheridan towels. An east facing corner apartment with Chapel Street and mountain views - no expense has been spared for you to enjoy this perfectly positioned residence. The apartment is just minutes walk away from an abundant mix of cafés and restaurants (see my guidebook for a comprehensive listing, otherwise I'll be sure to message you with a selection of cafes once your reservation is confirmed). I also adore the convenience of every single service (e.g. yoga, vegan cafe, supermarket (Western + Asian), dry cleaner, hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, banks, post office, bookshops and gift stores) - all right on your doorstep.     South Yarra is a blend of fast and slow. The standard of living is high, the area is safe, and the food is excellent. Close to the CBD, the bay, and major shopping districts, it's perfect for living in true Melbourne style.

  • This is a unique and stunningly lovely apartment. Be so lucky as to book it! It's in the heart of Sth Yarra, with car parking. The apartment is on the 15th floor, and there is some construction noise from the inevitable nearby buildings, but it wasn't a problem. Every tiny detail is attended to in the most tasteful way. There are thousands of identical B&B apartments in Melbourne, this is not one of those. It's as individual as it could possibly be, and is an experience as well as a lovely place to stay. Good work.

    Superbly located hotel style accommodation in a quiet courtyard with independent access.
    The Stables is a single bedroom unit, akin to a hotel room, which is separated from the main residence by the yard. Built in 1900, The Stables were lovingly and sympathetically renovated in 2010. They retain their original red brick floors and timber doors, but now feature a beautiful modern ensuite. Location is everything, and you would be hard pressed to get closer to the MCG. All of the attractions of the city are just a pleasant stroll through the beautiful parkland. This is an excellent location if you are going to concerts or sporting events at Rod Laver Arena or AAMI Stadium. Located centrally between Bridge Rd and Swan St, which are home to fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Trams, trains, and buses are all nearby. While fruit, biscuits and tea & coffee facilities (with a bar refrigerator) are provided, we are not a traditional 'b&b' with a kitchen or breakfast offering - but we can recommend that you head to the Rowena Parade Corner Store for all of your breakfast and lunch needs. The Stables are independently accessed via their own entrance and are located at the rear of our property, sharing a yard with the main house (where two dogs sometimes sit during the day). Parking is available on-street adjacent to The Stables and we provide a visitor's pass for your vehicle.
    Richmond is a great neighbourhood. A beautiful walk across Yarra Park, past the Melbourne Cricket Ground, to the City - or along the River. Shops, cafes, and restaurants abound on Swan Street, and Bridge Road.

  • Great stay! Ione was was super responsive and helpful before during and after my stay, check in and out was super easy with a key box. The stable is awesome and a very unique space, modern as well as keeping the original features. It's exactly as seen in the photos, clean and has a private entrance. It's in an ideal location just outside the city but is well connected and walking distance to train, tram and buses stops to get you around Melbourne. The neighbourhood itself has some amazing restaurants and cafes!Would stay again and highly recommend!

    Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! Once you arrive, no need to drive, as an array of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Stroll and discover the vibrant nightlife of Chapel and Greville streets.   • Our stay at the tree house was absolutely great! Very close the the train station (5-10 mins to walk), Prahran is a beautiful suburb of Melbourne. It’s only 3 stations to the city if you catch this train (tram takes a little longer). We loved the room and the furniture with the beautiful sense of details (except of a rather small bed, which we are not used to ;-)). Sue and Paul are fantastic people, very caring, courteous and near by if something is needed. This place is Highly recommended, stay here if you are looking for a “home” - far away from home!

The location is very convenient close to the station and the shops while the place itself is located in a quiet residential area. The hosts are kind and welcoming, they are easy to get in touch with since they living in the front house. As mentioned in other comments, parking is a bit tricky because of the narrow laneway, but everything else was just fine! Highly recommended.

    The room is big, and besides sleeping arrangements the room has its own living area with sofa, table and a 40" TV with Netflix. Two adults can live here very comfortably.
    Balwyn is a family suburb east of Melbourne, about 10km from the city. It's a residential area with many schools, families, kids and pets, and very quiet and safe both day and night.

Although the location is distant from the city you can walk through the nearby large shopping centre to get to the 907 bus which will take you easily to the city. The kitchen is good to use but the cookware was a disappointment. We asked for a few kitchen items that were missing for food prep and they were quickly provided. Free Wifi and a smart TV would make this a really great AirBNB, however as is it is it's well priced and a nice space to stay in.

Proximity to a huge mall - Westfield Doncaster is literally across the road from the apartment, and you have a huge variety to choose from, be it luxury brands like Furla, or sports brands like Nike. The food choices are immense and you can eat Asian food, fast food, and loads of boba tea and coffee places. And there are like 4 supermarkets in the mall, which is awesome for longer stays. 2. Apartment - the apartment is extremely clean, very new and well furnished. The bed is super comfy with throw pillows and nice smelling sheets. There were also spares sheets and pillows but I didn't use them. The living room was lovely, with a large sofa for just laying about and napping. And the balcony is great for a morning coffee to kickstart your day. The kitchen is also super well-equipped, we didn't cook much but there is basically everything you need once you stock your fridge. There are knives of various sizes, bowls and plates. Sandwich maker, rice cooker and also wine glasses. The fridge was really clean too! 3. Special Mention - The dressing area - just to the side of the bedroom there is a ledge table with a chair which can be used for a working area or makeup area, the huge mirror was lovely I could really use the space when travelling. The ample shelves in the bedroom also made travelling easy to keep life organised. 4. Security & Parking Lot - my boyfriend and I were super thankful for the accompanying parking space. The unit's access system also allowed us to order takeout on hot summer days. You really can't go wrong with this apartment, it is spacious, clean and a home away from home.

  • I had a marvellous stay with Lily. After two days of rain, and having to catch public transport everywhere, I arrived at Lily's tired, exhausted and damp with a pile of laundry. Nothing but my gym shorts and one clean t-shirt! She assisted me with the laundry- & encouraged me to take a shower & nap! (which I did). THEN she offered me food, knowing I had not been to the shops. This is over and above the call of duty. She had no requirement to do any of this. It's called compassion. I have NO complaints whatsoever. I felt extremely welcome and cared for. Lily is a beautiful human being. I urge you to stay here if you need some TLC!

On the first day, we seriously recommended the delicious and fun things around us, and later lent us the transportation card, so that we do n’t need to go back to the card. The location of the apartment is quite convenient. You can walk to the food center Box Hill in ten minutes, and you don't have to worry about eating. If you travel, Box Hill has a train station, but it is recommended to rent a car or use Uber to be more free. The room is not very big, but the win is warm, the bed linen and towels are new, and it feels like home. Overall pretty good, suitable for couples or two friends.

Westfield is directly across the road which is great to get groceries to cook in the neat kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was the best.     Yarra River & Darebin Creek walks are a highlight of the area - you wouldn't believe we are so close to the City - 7kms. We don't offer meals, but Apte Cafe serves amazing food & is only 20metres away. The new cafe Hoppa & Joe is two streets away. 20 metres to bus stop to Carlton, Melbourne University & Queen Victoria Market. You could catch this bus to Fairfield Boathouse too. 7 mins walk to Fairfield Station & train service around Melbourne. Station Street has busy shopping, with three small supermarkets, is 8 mins walk away. Our street is a friendly Suburban street with wonderful neighbours. Fairfield Boathouse sells great food & you can hire a row boat or kayak. It is a nice easy walk to it or you can catch the bus. Grandview Hotel has comedy, live music, good meals - about 500 metres away from house.

Our house is located in the eastern suburb of Templestowe Lower. Tbis is a suburb for quality schools. It is 30 km from Melbourne Airport. It has a very convenient location to anywhere in Melbourne. CBD is only 15 minutes drive via the Eastern Freeway, The house is in walking distance to Macedon shopping centre and restaurants. The popular Westfield shopping centre is 5 minutes drive away. Box Hill Central is 10 minutes down Manningham Road. From there you can hop on the train to anywhere in the train network. There is a bus stop in front of the house. The guest room has a single bed, a build in robe and a desk with windows. It is very spacious with lots of room for your luggage. The bathroom is big. We have evaporative cooling system and ducted heating. If you have 2 people, I can add a folding bed for the extra guest. Bed linen and towels will be provided. You are welcome to use the kitchen, the lounge and the laundry. Free Wifi internet is provided. There is plenty of off street parking. Taxi fare from the Tullamarine airport is about $100. I can offer pickup & drop-off to and from the airport. This service costs $50 each way subject to availability.

  • We had a great time staying in Lower Plenty for one month. Everything was very clean and Carmen provided us with cereals, toast, milk, tea, coffee and fruits. I recommend to have a car because it takes a bit of time to get into the city by the metro. I would definitely come back and stay in this little apartment! It’s much cheaper than living in the downtown of Melbourne and also very quiet.

The amenities provided were better than expected with a really nice meusli cereal, toast, tea and coffee available for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious for the two of us.     Our house is in a beautiful area of Melbourne. The vibe you get here is one of feeling very safe. Buses and public transport are less than 200m away. Deakin Uni is a short walk from where we are. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle. But conveniently located close enough to access the major shopping and restaurant district of Box Hill. A great tall tree sheltered backyard with table, chairs and hammock to swing in while relaxing. 2 large friendly dogs live here with us.
    Your room is separate from the house allowing you to have an even greater level of privacy. The room is cosy, has plenty of cupboards and hanging space for clothes. A desk with fast unlimited WiFi access. Plenty of bedding and clean linen. The room size is 10'x12' / 3 x 3.5m. There is a heater and fan in the room. Extra blankets are in the wardrobe for your use
    The Box Hill area is an integral part of Asian culture in Melbourne. As such there is an abundance of excellent eateries specialising in Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisine. The area is quite, peaceful and friendly with easy access to all Melbourne has to offer without the noise that comes from city living.

  • Great cosy clean apartment! Definitely money for value! And great communication with James (the host) very prompt responses! Early check in fees do apply which was the only downfall but other than that would definitely stay here again !
