Very clean and hospitable family. I was able to try an authentic Chinese dish prepared by a high end Atlanta chef while I was there and Yan had great insight into tips for traveling abroad. I would definitely recommend them to anyone staying in the area and would book again for myself. Private room and bathroom was very clean, competitively priced, and well worth the value.

Definitely one of the best air bnb’s I have been at this far. They have a little farm with cute baby goats etc very spacious 1bd room apt. Very quiet and clean it’s everything you would expect and more. Hospitality was immaculate. I rented it out for my mother in law and she loved it!!

This is our third time to stay at Michael's place. We visit family nearby and it provides quiet and peaceful accommodation while we're there. Mike and his wife are wonderful hosts. The apartment is always clean and welcoming, plus provides all the necessities needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

This location is a detached mother-in-law suite that was very clean, tastefully furnished and well organized. I really appreciated having dishware to cook our own meals with available, and the scenery around the area is stunning. The host was very helpful and friendly and gave amazing instructions on how to find the location of the suite, where to park and how to access the space. I would definitely recommend this host and location.

Cozy room! William made sure any small details/extras were taken care of. I didn't see him or talk to him but I know he would have been quick to respond if I had any questions or issues. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little place, nestled in a quiet corner of Athens. William has set up a nice coffee/tea bar that was really convenient in the mornings. There is also a fridge with waters and sparkling waters that we appreciated. Overall a cute, comfortable, convenient space.

My stay at Williams place was great! The layout of the space is perfect for 1-2 people. I absolutely loved the bathroom design and tile work. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend that you do as well!

Great neighborhood and peaceful. Note: for those who only read reviews, cats are present, so plan accordingly, should you have allergies. Otherwise, please be mindful of the room itself, it absorbs heat really well, so it can get warmer than the rest of the house during the day.

Mikka had a very clean and very cute extra bedroom for me to stay in (with its own mini fridge and small keurig). It was easy to come and go because of the electronic lock and Mikka and their partner were quiet and nice. Would recommend!

Dan and Darlene’s AirBnB is a lovely place to stay and very reasonably priced. We appreciated everything being so clean and all the thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, sound machine and the jar of toiletries. Communication was simple. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

My husband and I crashed here the night before a race at Fort Yargo. It was perfect. 5 minutes from the park. Great value, very clean, private entrance, Netflix, sound machine, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend; great space, great hosts.

We’ve stayed in our fair share of Airbnb’s and this one definitely ranks up at the top. Super clean. Very comfortable. I laid down in bed at 9 prepared to read for awhile but I sunk in to that soft, plush bed and was out! If Darlene & Dan’s place is on your way, book it!

What a cozy and inviting place to stay! Darlene and Dan really put a lot of work into creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for their guests. Their attention to detail in the set-up of the suite and guests' possible needs during their stay was perfect. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean and stocked, snacks and coffee/hot chocolate available, quiet room with private entrance.

I had an amazing stay and enjoyed every bit of it! Amazing hospitality and a spotless room made everything so much better, especially in uncertain times.

I stayed for two nights and the hosts did very well to make check in easy and the space feel like a home away from home! Everything was spotless! Communication was almost instant and I got some great tips on where to eat around town. I will definitely stay again!

I was hesitant at first, as this was my first bnb experience with the host in hoke, but Lawrence made me feel right at home. His place was clean, and his space is nice. The bedroom was comfortable, with a nice big window. His dog, Lucy, is as friendly as can be. Definitely will be staying again

Lawrence was so accomodative. He answered our booking request quickly and made us feel totally at home. The home is very nicely decorated and the bed is plush! Five stars all around.

Tyson and Nguyen were some of the best hosts! They respectedour privacy while still being open and welcoming. Everything was a short drive away making the whole trip very convenient for two out-of-towners.

You will love this cute home!! It has everything you need. It was easy to find, and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in.

John's place was just like it was described and shown in the pictures. The location was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the UGA campus. I especially enjoyed the new construction and a very comfortable king size bed. It was easy to come and go. Being able to park park directly in front of the entrance was super convenient. As has been mentioned in an earlier review, we could hear the footsteps above us but it was only during the early evening. Otherwise it was quiet and so there was no disruption to sleep. I would stay here again during the next visit to Athens. Communication was superb. I asked John a number of questions about Athens and he was quick to respond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient and the space was very clean as well as modern. The bed was comfortable and we loved the fact there was a ceiling fan in the room. This always goes a long way with us. My wife maker instead one of coffee makers. It was a great benefit to be able to park in the drive. That made loading and unloading the car so much easier. We have relatives that live in the area so we certainly look forward to staying here again!

The accommodation is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood which is a great place to enjoy a walk. The self check-in was a simple, seamless process. The room itself was great, furnished with a comfortable bed and access to a shared bathroom from the room. The well-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. I would stay here again and recommend this accommodation to other Airbnb users.

Very peaceful stay at Carmencita's place. Off the beaten path of traffic, busy aspects of town, etc., with very nice scenery, including horses, lots of land, and a fish pond where fishing and feeding the fish is allowed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. There is a dorm size fridge in the room, plus a full-size one right outside the room that we had access to also. There are a couple of nice patio/porches w/nice seating/tables, etc. I met a couple of very nice and accommodating family members of the host. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will stay again when in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time on the farm. It was a great location right outside of town, so it was a quick trip to concerts and restaurants in Athens. Stacey’s place was very close to downtown Commerce, where we were visiting a family friend. She had lovely touches throughout the generous space - games, books, a smart TV, self-serve oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, a mini fridge with water, microwave, and hairdryer. Everything was wonderfully clean and comfortable. We liked that there was a private entrance to the room so we weren’t bothering the residents when we came back in the evening. There was a Confederate flag hanging from the property across the street which made our biracial family reluctant to walk around the neighborhood, but it otherwise seemed like a safe neighborhood.

If you need a place to stay in Commerce this is the place. Also Stacey had a new big screen tv installed in room while I was there. That’s a nice addition

Gordon is a fantastic host! Braselton is the perfect place to stay if you’re needing to go anywhere from Gainesville to Athens. It’s a nice town in itself that’s growing. Gordon’s place is great for me as a travel nurse who has to work in Gainesville, Winder, and Braselton. I will keep coming back!

The only reason I marked the “about what I expected” rating was because the photos of the house and the rooms are very accurate.....the house is wonderful and the pictures show that. I was expecting a warm comfortably appointed room and it was. That’s why I choose to book the Black House. I loved it. Gregory was a wonderful host. I suggested a little footstool might be helpful for us short people climbing up onto the extremely comfortable, but tall, bed :). That evening there was a little footstool outside my door. Gregory also showed me the rest of the rooms and kitchen and dining room of the house. Really worth staying there just for the experience, if not for the architecture and bargain rental fees. Wanna come back in the spring when I can sit out on the porch with a book and a glass of wine and just chill out!

Although we were on the go a lot & did not get to enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the home / farm as much as we might have liked..the time we were there it was nice & peaceful. They were super kind to set up the disc golf course for my husband to play a few rounds. It’s a family friendly setting & super cozy. Not too far from Atlanta or Athens (the 2 places we visited) - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle. Would 100% recommend! We hope to be able to come back again someday!

Spencer and Amy were great hosts. Cabin was great. We even managed to have a snow ball fight in the front yard. That doesn't happen to often in GA.

Have nothing bad to say. It's a nice place. There are houses around but the 3 days I was there did not see another human. Did see deer twice on the property tho. Kinda cool. The hosts were quick to reply to an issue I had pre-check-in and were accommodating. If the wind blows me in this direction again I would rent from them again.

The cottage is super clean and has beautiful little touches to make it an amazing home away from home. You can not beat the price point for what you’re getting! If I could rate six stars I would. We were a few minutes drive from everything and the neighborhood was very quiet! Will definitely be staying here again. Well done April!

Beautiful place! Nicely decorated, but very comfortable. Enjoyed being no more than a 10 min easy drive to my daughter's apartment, and I would definitely stay here again! Too bad it was too chilly for me because the outdoor sitting areas looked very nice also.

Great house. Excellent for those traveling with dogs and kids. Not pretentious. Very comfortable. Excellent location. Jon had super quick responses to questions, everything was well stocked. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome place! Super big too! There were complimentary drinks in the fridge and plenty of space for parking. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Athens.

Location's great, also Seth's coffee place (Hendershots coffee) is the best in town!

Great spacious apartment that was full of lovely plants and quirky artwork. Loved the coffee from Jenn and Seth’s coffee shop, and found the bed super comfy, and the space to be really quiet. Excellent location close to downtown.

2nd stay even better than the first. No complaints.
