The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).

The unit has a private entrance, a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, tea kettle and microwave. Feel free to spend time with the resident goats and chickens.
