The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

IMPORTANTE: l'alloggio è tutto in piano (non ci sono salite da fare per raggiungerlo!) e NON SI TROVA A RIDOSSO DELLA FERROVIA, quindi...tranquillità, no rumori!
