It is a comfortable little place and well equipped. You can easy to find everything you need. The weather was cool down quite a bit when we traveled by the end of the season. However the heating worked better than we supposed. Nice place to stay when you explore PEI

Better than we expected. Clean, safe, wonderful to see the hobby farm animals. A good choice for us as we were visiting craft outlets in the area.

Amazing hosts ! Amazing property! Wide open feild across the road to play outdoor activities was great too ! The animals they had were wonderful my son adored having the cuddly friendly cat ! Anything we needed under the sun they were willing and able to provide quickly and promptly. If i return to PEI I would be over the moon to stay again. :) :)

Everything was as described; no unpleasant surprises. The camper is clean and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful (lots of good suggestions). This was perfect for our group!

This has been one of our highlights since we've arrived in Canada as new immigrants. The hospitality shown to us by Joanne and Baxter was amazing. The accommodation was so clean and comfortable even with two busy kids. The location was breathtaking in the country side. Lots to do and see and close to all amenities. We will definitely be back for another stay.

This is a gem of a space. A well stocked, comfortable trailer. Baxter and Joanne are such wonderful, welcoming people. Baxter showed us the best local beaches, let us meet Laverne and Shirley, the pigs, and showed us how to cook a proper eastern clam dinner. Our children loved Skylar, the puppy, Fluffy the cat and meeting all the animals. They also enjoyed cooling down in the gorgeous pool when Baxter invited them over. All groceries we needed were available at the local store. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. This felt like a home away from home(URL HIDDEN)

This house was extremely comfortable and in a great location. It was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family of 7 plus 4 legged friends. The layout of the house is so spacious, the kitchen was one of the best equipped I have ever come across in a vacation home. Every kind of amenity from a PlayStation to Netflix was at our disposal. The property around the house makes if feel very private and secluded yet the location was central and made it easy to explore many different parts of the Island. We will recommend this wonderful place to family and friends and will definitely stay here again!

Lovely woodland retreat. Peaceful evenings in the screened gazebos. A great base for exploring the beaches and rolling hills of the island. Just minutes from the confederation trail for running, cycling and dog walking.

Great place to stay with some friends. Comfortable and clean. There is a little grocery and liquore store nearby. The area is very quiet and the grounds well-kept. They have a great deck with a fly net and tent that kept rain out, so we could still sit ouside in the rain; that was a nice feature. There was a lot of cutlery, dishes, and glasses, but bring a good knife, a frying pan or two, and a mixing/serving bowl.

Lovely house in the middle of the woods. Clancey was very helpful with questions--response time was amazing to any of our queries. It was nice having the different levels for private space--I was traveling with parents and children so that was appreciated. The barbecue was pristine and the fire pit outside was enjoyed in the evening.

Quiet and secluded, yet within easy driving distance of many attractions. We were 6 adults and enjoyed lots of both shared and personal space.

Ann went beyond what was expected. We had fresh linens, towels, flowers, movies, books, games, spices, tea etc. It felt like home

Charles's place was just amazing house for our trip. I had a good time to stay there for 3 days. The hosts are very friendly and kindly. They prepared many of trip guide to enjoy near their house. We got many flesh clams ourselves at the beach. They also gave us a provincial park pass. They have a roku in tv. There are nice scenery from the house. They kindly provide us whatever they can in several days. The house was recently remodeled home. There was open kitchen and pretty large living room and nice sofa. I cannot explain how great is that house in my writing. You can go and stay there. You will like it. I strongly recommend Charles's place for you all to enjoy at PEI.

We had a great time at Charles' place. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. It is located in a very peaceful area but you can travel very easily on the Island. It is also a quick drive from Point Prim which has a gorgeous view at sunset with one of the best if not the best seafood restaurant in PEI. All in all, Charles' house is the perfect place to stay for a nice vacation in PEI!

We had a wonderful stay at the Glashvin Waterside House. Charles and Sylvia were very welcoming and provided some extra items to make our stay more enjoyable, such as towels, beach umbrellas and chairs for our many trips to the shore! The location is picturesque and our children enjoyed the outdoor space, particularly roasting marshmallows at the firepit. The house was very clean, newly renovated and had everything we needed to prepare some of our meals at home.

The home was in a beautiful country setting. It was a great place to relax and unwind after touring the island for the day. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as depicted in the photos. We appreciated the quality of the beds, bedding, and towels as well having access to beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for our children. This was our first experience with Air Bnb and it was a very positive one. We would recommend this home to others travelling to PEI.

Charles and Sylvia's cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It surpassed our expectations and was a perfect spot to explore the island from. It was extremely clean and well organized with plenty of amenities. Charles and Sylvia were very helpful, offering great local advice and tips. They were very accessible if needed. We had a wonderful time at Charles and Sylvia's place. They thought of everything, from ketchup and peanut butter in the fridge to laundry detergent and beach chairs. We felt so comfortable and at home. The location was so convenient to the ferry and Charlottetown. We couldn't be happier and will recommend to all our friends!

My family and I had a wonderful week in PEI. The home was great...exactly as described and a great home base for day trips all over the island.

This well-located home is in excellent condition and has everything that you may need for a short or longer stay. It also has the added bonus of having one of the island's best seaside restaurants a short drive (or cycle) away. Definitely the place to dine and soak in the sunset when the weather is good. We would be happy to come back and stay again anytime!

The cabin was perfect for us. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and was only 40 minutes from Charlottetown. The cabin was super clean and Brenda was great. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a quiet escape to PEI. It is within easy driving distance to Charlottetown and some lovely beaches and parks. You can walk to the wharf and local beach in about 5 minutes. We appreciated the little grocery store close by which carries local produce. The cabin has everything you need for a stress-free stay; a fully-functioning kitchen, modern bathroom, and comfortable beds. Brenda was a lovely host and we hope to come back one day.

The cottage is so cute! A big high ceiling but cozy furniture-we loved the lay-out. Brenda's decorations are very pretty. Our dachshund, Sunny, was welcomed which meant a lot to us. There isn't a large amount of room in the kitchen for food, but Brenda encouraged us to move anything to accomodate our needs. We made dinner a few times that week and had everything we needed. The sunsets and stars were amazing from this place, also the view across the wheat field to the ocean. Beaches are everywhere! Bring everything you need for the beach because if the weather is good, you'll have a wonderful time. Point Prim restaurant was a close by restaurant that exceeded our expectations for dinner by the sea.

Beautiful cottage, very clean and cozy. We loved the screened in dining room! Our host was very helpful and got back to us right away.

The Beachcomber is a gem. If you are looking for a clean, fully equipped cottage in a beautiful and quiet part of the island then the Beachcomber is for you. Brenda could not be more helpful and has done a wonderful job decorating the cottage. We were looking for some ancestors grave sites and both Brenda and her great friend Anne helped us contact relatives we did not know we had. The only problem with our trip was it was way too short.

Brenda's place is a cozy, inviting cottage that makes you feel right at home. It's very clean with beautiful decor throughout. It's an hour away from Cavendish and 30 mins from Charlottetown. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 5.. dog included. Great communication with Brenda. Will definitely book again!!

Jana's cottage is the perfect way to cap our maritimes road trip! The quaint log cabin is the coziest, warmest, cleanest airbnb experience me and my girlfriend had. Upon getting there, we were greeted by our gracious hostess, Jana, who showed us our cabin which had a comfy Murphy bed, a set of couches, mini dining table, fridge, utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, (extremely clean) bathroom, wood-fireplace and enough pillows, blankets and shrugs to keep you warm and fuzzy. Jana even left us pop, chips, bananas and home baked cookies. Overlooking the cottage is a view of the ocean and a short 5 minute trail that leads you directly to one of PEIs red sandy beach it is famously known for. Overall, Jana's warm hospitality, her quaint log cabin and the million dollar view would rate this airbnb experience as 11 out of 10 stars. Truly a gem on the island! Chevy and Mark

We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience with airbnb at this charming cottage. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and flexible with our changing arrival time and made us feel at home immediately by leaving lights on for us on nights we returned after dark and leaving us a welcome snack of chips and soda and lots of different teas. They made themselves readily available for anything we might need balanced with respecting our privacy. We made use of the notes and newspapers that were provided to familiarize ourselves with the local area. The cabin was immaculate and filled with great unique artwork. The murphy bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed eating a few simple meals on site with the appliances and dishes provided. Viewing the ocean from the deck was great and the beach, just a short walk from the cabin , was beautiful and peaceful. We have been singing praises for this outstanding getaway spot to family and friends. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back someday! Thank you Jan and Barrie for one of our best vacations ever!

Jan's cabin absolutely stunned me and my boyfriend. As other reviewers have stated, the pictures do not do it justice. It is on a lovely piece of property and a short walk away from the ocean. The cabin itself is filled with unique art. With so many pieces, it almost feels like walking through a gallery. Jan also made excellent use of the space. Each time I thought of how nice it would be to have something (like a paper towel or corkscrew), I soon found it right in front of me. This is a great private getaway on PEI and Jan is quite knowledgeable of the area. We'll never forget our stay here.

As newlyweds on our honeymoon, my husband and I appreciated the kindness and accommodation given to us by Jan and Barrie. Everything we needed was provided, and they went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The cabin was well-kept and cozy, and the view was beautiful. Overalll, we had a wonderful experience.

We weren't too sure what to expect when we made the booking but what we arrived to was truly something special and magical. This adorable cabin was so creative and artistically decorated. All the thought and detail made it an extremely comfortable stay. They have everything you need. It was incredible and we can see ourselves coming back for years to follow. We had a delightful stay at Janet's - the hosts were friendly, accommodating, and even provided a light breakfast to start our days. The room was absolutely adorable, some good reading material was provided, and they went above and beyond in finding us Anne of Green Gables on DVD.

Jan and Charlie were superb hosts, they trusted that we came in and made ourselves comfortable .The extra care and attention made us feel comfortable and right at home. Jan was so kind and made us breakfast with home made jam and bread. Their home is in a rural setting , nice and quiet, the accommodations were as listed, very clean and spacious , lovely place to stay.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay with Janet and Charlie. They were helpful with tips for our trip, incredibly hospitable, and such friendly company! You will feel like your staying with family. Their place is a perfect spot if you want to ride the Confederation Trail or if you plan to take the Wood Islands Ferry (which is what we did). We also ate at Point Prim Chowder House - about 20 min from their house. Highly recommend that!

Charlie and Janet's home was a great place to stay, they are a very hospitable couple. We had a very comfortable room, enjoyed breakfast with them and received some great ideas of places to see on the island. We would highly recommend their home!

Janet and Charlie did a great job of making us feel at home! They were very thoughtful to our needs and maintained the perfect balance of being open to chat and allowing us space to recuperate after a long day. Their house was beautifully decorated and was very cosy. Janet gave us plenty of good advice on places to see in Prince Edward Island. In the morning, an incredible breakfast was laid out for us with a myriad of options out there on the table. As we were eating our breakfast we enjoyed watching a hummingbird feeding on the porch. Given the opportunity, we would love to come stay here again! Definitely would recommend.

Great place to stay. It is located a little out in the country which means it's quiet at night. Yet, the location was easy to travel to Charlottetown and to Anne of Green Gables. The four bedrooms were perfect for the four in our family.

If going to a place, leaving all behind for a time being, it's a good place. A large cemetery in the backyard and close to none of WiFi availability will ruin your stay if you need it.

We (2 adults, 2 young kids) stayed for 8 nights at John and Kathleen's farmhouse in Belfast. Honestly, for us, the home could not have been better! We loved the quiet, rural location and the modern farmhouse aesthetic. It was a great central location-- exactly 30minutes to Peakes Wharf and a hour to great beaches like Basin Head and Cavendish. Lots of books and toys for our kids and right on the Confederation Trail. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, towels and sheets were fresh and clean. Felt just like home! Zach was an excellent host and his home is in a beautiful spot. He made sure we had everything we needed and was kind enough to offer suggestions and mapped directions to things we should see and do on the island, and even called the ferry for us. We had a great meal at the Chowder House at the end of the road and loved having such a peaceful and lovely home to come back to.

We stayed at Zach's place in the middle of September. The garden was overflowing with veggies and the apple trees had just dropped all the apples. We loved the local restaurant at the end of the road, which includes a lighthouse and a sunset on the water - very nice. Coming from the states - we felt very safe and relaxed.

Zach's home met all of our expectations. It is on a beautiful property and very thoughtfully done-quite peaceful and very homey.

Audrey's place was simply wonderful!! Sea La Vie is an amazing place to stay. Our favorite part was the amazing view from the back deck! You can see the beautiful ocean surrounded by fields of wheat. Breathtaking! An incredible place to watch sunrise or sunset. We also loved the hot tub, especially after a long day of sight seeing. We also used the pool, grill, and fire pit, which were wonderful amenities to have on our vacation. Inside the house, there are multiple rooms and beds suitable for multiple families if necessary. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely inside. We also took advantage of the Smart TV and games that Audrey had. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal. There are huge beautiful windows in the living room which allows for a nice breeze to come in that AC isn't even necessary!! The house is about 30 minutes from Charlottetown, 1 hour from the Anne of Green Gables attractions, and 10 minutes from the closest beach. We didn't mind the driving because everything surrounding the house is so beautiful that the drive was not bothersome at all and allowed us to see a lot of PEI. Audrey was an amazing host! She met us at arrival with wine from PEI. She also had breakfast supplies and coffee for the next morning. The mosquitos were rough, but Audrey provided bug spray and special garlic spray for us to keep them away. Audrey provided many guides and recommendations about PEI for us, and she checked on us daily to see if we had questions and to also maintain the pool. Audrey even showed us her daughter's horse riding stables. She is a PEI expert and a kindred spirit-- thanks Audrey for everything! :)

Audrey's place is exactly as described and just like the pictures. This house is about 25 minutes outside of Charlottetown but its and easy drive. We arrived before the 3pm check in time and Audrey was more then accommodating. She allowed us to drop off our stuff, pointed us in the right direction and off we went. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools you would need. Audrey was available if we needed her and was fantastic to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea La Vie Chalet was a lovely, serene home and we were very lucky to have found it for our family vacation. The sunsets were spectacular. The home was a wonderful layout for a family vacation of grandparents, adult children and young grandchildren. Toys and books for little ones to enjoy when weather or time didn't allow pool time. The kitchen was well equipped and had many incidentals to make the stay easier. The laundry had all you'd require as well. Audrey was a lovely host and very gracious to offer dropping off our belongings a little earlier than the check in time so we could explore or get groceries without having everything left in the car. The only downside we experienced during our stay were the troublesome mosquitoes, despite Audrey's best efforts to keep them at bay.

Great, clean house with everything you need. Outside gazebo is really useful for eating outside in the evenings. The owners are very helpful and it is in a nice quiet rural area but it is easy to get anywhere on the centre and east side of the island.

Great hosts. There was a province wide power outage and they came with a generator to ensure we were not left without power!

This was a great spot. Plenty of room for 6 people. Close to bike trails and golf. The backyard was great. Karen was lovely and easy to reach.

Great location 10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal at Wood Islands and a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown. The home is comfortable and the grounds are lovely. Quiet yet not secluded. All the comforts of home.

Great location in the countryside. Excellent communication. Texted the guests to be sure we were okay and whether we needed anything. The screened-in area in the backyard was wonderful. We had wonderful evenings there as it was a great place for stargazing!

Idyllic, scenic, tranquil, magical…just a few words that don’t even begin to scratch the surface of just how wonderful of a time we had at the Anchorage. Meigan was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the planning process. We had lots of questions as we were trying to accommodate a rather large group and she was always so thorough with all of her responses, even prior to us booking. Her mother who lives on the property was there to greet us and took pride in showing us around the place. The property definitely isn’t your typical rental, it’s first and foremost a home that Linda graciously opened up to our family and for that we are very appreciative. Sipping coffee and chatting with family in the solarium as the morning sun poured in were sublime. Biking down to the waterfront to watch the seals and collect shells at low tide, a child’s dream. And grabbing a bite to eat at the Chowder house nearby, a culinary must. I think we are all still pinching ourselves because of how great of a time we had here. The homestead is truly a special place to drop your anchor, settle in and soak in everything PEI has to offer.

Meigan and Linda's home was lovely and beyond expectations. The directions and instructions given by Meigan were excellent and she was very accessible for all of our questions. The farmhouse itself is very special, and you can immediately tell that is a well loved family home. Bikes, canoes/kayaks, toys were all available to enjoy around the farmhouse. We feel lucky that we had a chance to stay in such a special place.

The Anchorage was nothing short of wonderful, it was the perfect place for our family vacation. The home is so warm and welcoming, you feel immediately as if you've been visiting this place for ages, even if it's your first time (as it was ours). Meigan and her Mum Linda are both spectacular hosts, so friendly and helpful and always so quick to respond if we had any questions. We hope to be back to visit again before too long!

We absolutely loved our time at Bluewaters Retreat! Thilak and Hema were extremely kind, provided us with everything we needed and more. Loved having a bbq to cook on. Great location - right on the coast; very private and cozy. The owners are very gracious and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable (This is always important to us) Excellent value.

Everybody loved their stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped and the view from the back deck is spectacular. We watched the sunset over the water every night while sitting by the campfire in the huge, open backyard. The land is private and far from the neighbors. You feel far from it all but it's only a fifteen minute drive to Montague or Charlottetown. There's also a nice golf course only five minutes away. If you like buying local food, you can buy fresh mussels at the cove just down the street, PEI lamb at Harmony Meadow Farms in Belfast (only 5 mins away) and produce from the nearby farms. I recommend eating at the restaurant by the light house in Point Prim, the food was top notch. Kevin was a gracious and responsive host, it was nice chatting with him and getting some 'locals' tips.

Bearfoot Cottage is an incredible getaway. The pictures perfectly match the house. The cottage is extremely easy to get to (right off the main highway), yet it feels like the most private cottage on the whole island, with incredibly stunning views of the water. All of the major attractions are easily accessible from the cottage, especially all of the middle to eastern side of the Island. We enjoyed visiting Panmure Island, Cavendish Beach, Singing Sands, and Rossignol Winery to name a few places. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful morning light come in through the many windows of the cottage and seeing the stunning sunsets as we came back from our many Island adventures. We loved how well Melanie and Blair communicated with us before, during and after our stay. If you are planning on visiting PEI make sure you stay at Bearfoot Cottage.

Beatuiful view of water and lovely deck. Well kept cottage with a very welcoming feel. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Great location to explore the East Coast.

A lovely, cozy cottage. Perfect for getting away from it all. We had a relaxing stay and yet still able to to get to everywhere we wanted to. A small convenience store 10 minutes away is perfect. Watch out for the mosquitos!!
