Een luxe onbemande privé suite in centrum van 's-Gravenzande. Toegang met codes. Op nog geen 1000 meter van het strand af. Binnen 30 minuten ben je in Rotterdam, Den Haag of Delft. Onze woning is in tweeën gesplitst en top geïsoleerd, begane grond is de suite met een aparte ingang (tuin). Onze kamer beschikt over luxe opties zoals een bubbelbad met sfeerlicht, elektrische gordijnen, ledverlichting, sterrenhemel een kluis en nog meer. Excl. borg van €250,- deze dient vooraf overgemaakt te worden.

De woning is gelegen in het door duinen en bossen omsloten Duindorp met de zee op 400 meter afstand. In de nabijheid is een grote verscheidenheid aan winkels te vinden. Tevens is er de Scheveningse Haven met gezellige café’s en goede restaurants. Het appartement grenst direct aan en kijkt uit over het Westduinpark. Links zijn de Bosjes van Poot en rechts de duinen en de zee. Den Haag Centrum, Scheveningen Boulevard en Kijkduin liggen op fietsafstand. Het perfecte huis voor stellen 🥰🥰🥰😇😇😇

Het appartement bevindt zich in hartje Den Haag in de prachtige Archipelbuurt. Het is boutique stijl ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Apartment includes 2 floors of a 1930s house with roof terrace in the center of Hoek van Holland. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. Apart from some chatty seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.
