Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Very good stay with Fides who is an incredible host of kindness and simplicity. We were welcomed like kings with cold drinks for our arrival, pastries, figs and tomatoes during our stay and finally a small gift for our departure. Amazing, we've never been so well received. The house is as described, very close to the pool and has everything you will need. Only a very small downside, the noise of the road which can sometimes be inconvenient but does not spoil your stay. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Loved the house! Nevenka is a very kind host. Lots of recommendations & very good contact. The location is perfect for exploring Istria if you have a car. We got to every part of it in just 2 days! If the weather was better we would have used the pool! But we still swam in the sea thanks to Nevenka’s swimming spot recommendations!

Beautiful and perfectly maintained accommodation with beautiful private pool in very quiet area. Sara is a wonderful hostess. We were warmly welcomed and she was available throughout our stay for advice on nice getaways or restaurants in the region.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation. Definitely recommend this place. Very quiet and secluded. For those who prefer a little privacy. Oh, we were very nicely received by the landlords. Thanks again for that and for the nice birthday present and the delicious cake for my son. We were all really speechless. Great surprise. 😃

We had a truly wonderful stay at House Lana! Kristina’s husband gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything to us in great detail. The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, with a lot of attention to detail. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area with the pool is perfect – clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It felt like a private little oasis. Our children and dog were very happy here, and we truly appreciated the fully fenced garden. Thank you, Kristina and family, for this amazing experience. We would love to come back one day!

Our host and hostess were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were welcomed with drinks and cakes and were also given produce from the farm during our stay which was lovely. A beautiful setting looking out across the hills with a smallholding & vineyard behind. The house was modern, spacious and very comfortable with a terrace at the front shaded below a vine which was a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast and dinner. We found some beautiful places to swim nearby. Mostly swimming off rocks into crystal clear water, which was perfect for snorkelling. We also spent a day in Pula (about an hour's drive away) which was well worth the visit for the Roman amphitheatre, basilica and old town. Heading north and east, we went hiking up Vojak mountain and the '7 waterfalls walk' at Buzet (although not enough water left for waterfalls in July/August!). Other visits included the stunning stalactite caves at Barendine and the castle / zip wire in Pazin. A great holiday!

We booked the great accommodation with Vladimir for 10 days with 6 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house is fantastic. The garden is huge (not fenced) and next to football gates, ping pong table, huge trampoline and co. it is beautifully landscaped. The heated pool was easy to use even in April. The kids and dog could romp outside. There are a huge amount of toys. Otherwise, the house is equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and stylish. You are very quickly in all the great places in Istria and yet a little away from the hustle and bustle. We were most impressed by the quick response and support of Vladimir and Valdi. For small problems (pool heating, heating in general) or other questions, both support immediately. Vladimir gave us many wonderful tips on what to do in the area. Such courteous communication from the Host is rare!

My sister and I had a great peaceful and quite stay - exactly what we were looking for since we live in a busy city. The place is great for a vacation without having any work to do. Since I had lots of work to do and the WiFi wasn’t laid-out for the big data amounts I had to upload I will know for the next time: don’t bring work. (: We were also surprised by the Scorpio’s and spiders that visited us daily but we hadn’t any problems with them - we were just not used to them (maybe important for all the people who are afraid - like me ;-) Pamela’s mother was always in the house right next to us, what made it pretty easy to communicate. Thanks for the cute welcome presents and the lovely goodbyes !
