This is a double lofted cabin with room to sleep 4. It has beautiful covered front porch. The space is wooded and completely shaded, overlooking a beautiful babbling brook. There is a fire pit (wood provided), charcoal grill, hammock, picnic table, 5 gallons of water for basic washing, solar lights and composting outhouse toilet outside. We also now have a propane heater inside. It is close to the road but tucked away and hidden by the trees. Perfect spot to get away from the hustle! No electric

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

We invite you to come stay and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. Feel like you are a world away while only 10 min to Okemo and 35 min to Killington. Exquisite home set on 35 acres with modern decor throughout. Swim and fish in the two ponds in the summer; snowshoe and sled in the winter. Hot tub, wood burning fireplace, gas fireplace, pool table, Roku, Sonos speakers, and large deck with gas grill are just a few of the amenities in this oasis in the Green Mountains. Located minutes from Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport and the Appalachian Trail.

Carriage Barn at Indian Hill

Our guest cottage is a lovely converted 1840s-era carriage barn nestled in the heart of the Mettawee Valley in the southwest corner of Vermont. It is decorated with antiques, artworks and an upright piano. Our 65 acres on scenic Indian Hill are available for hiking & snow-shoeing. We have 12 acres frontage on the Mettawee River, rated one of the best for fly fishing in VT. Ready access to many area attractions, from local swimming holes to skiing at nearby Bromley and Stratton mountains.

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck. This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. NEW THIS YEAR: High speed internet, Heat pumps for heat and AC throughout the house, and a new refrigerator/ freezer Secluded and beautiful, at the end of a gravel dead end road, the Swallow’s Nest is part of our organic farm and wildlife refuge. You’ll find serenity here with huge open vistas. We are two miles from the town of Brandon. Brandon has restaurants, shops, art galleries and music venues. Check out what’s happening in Brandon at the Brandon area chamber of commerce.

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken
